I stayed at Ambience Suites during the off-season in Santorini when there was a small earthquake, but I had a wonderful 3-day stay and left with only good memories. Unfortunately, I dropped my AirPods under the bed and realized it too late. I hope I can come back someday to retrieve them. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Perfect hotel, 100 meters from the beach and overlooking the sea. Balcony and small table for enjoying the sea. Small clothes rack and ample storage. On the other hand, the walk-in shower isn't very pleasant when we need to go to the bathroom because after a shower, the floor remains wet. No squeegee to remove the water. Be careful, the hairdryer installed in the bathroom is still dangerous since the floor is wet. The easiest way to electrocute yourself. Friendly staff.

Had a great time in white caves. Spacious room and had all required items. Very clean and good hospitality. Swimming pool is beautiful..

I was very satisfied with this hotel, which was cost-effective. I extended my stay for another night. The hotel is a cliff hotel, and you can sit by the small swimming pool and enjoy the sea view. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Fira town along the path along the cliff, and you can enjoy the sea view and the town scenery. I rented a car and drove to Oia town to watch the sunset in just 25 minutes, and to the airport in 12 minutes. It was very quiet to sleep at night.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't express how delightful our experience was. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Manolis and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and incredibly cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I truly appreciated the little touches that made me feel right at home.

The outside looks okay, but the inside is really dilapidated. There's no proper curtain separating the shower and toilet in the bathroom. Although the price is cheap, the experience is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location, facing the volcano and not far from the town center. The church is nearby and you can often hear the melodious church bells. The room is not small and well-equipped. The breakfast was delivered to the balcony of the room at a scheduled time, which was exquisite and rich. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk when we checked in, and it took a while for someone to come after calling. However, when we went there, it was the off-season, the whole island was in a semi-dormant state, and there were few tourists, so it was understandable. We had to go to the airport very early on the day we left the hotel, and the store also sent us a packed breakfast, which was very considerate.

The location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.
