Our six nights stay in Somerset Rama9 has been perfectly pleasant. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We specially chose to stay in the room with washing machine which provided us much convenience especially because of the hot weather in Bangkok. The hotel is having a big shopping mall nearby. We can walk there within 5 minutes and the Jodd Fair night market within 10 minutes. The hotel staff are very helpful and well polite. We already planned to stay there again in our next visit to Bangkok.

The hotel is at the thong lo rd whereby a lot of massage shop there and huai kwang and also nearby RCA the well known place for disco and partly.. the hotel staff is very friendly and the room give me a feel, like a classic and high class hotel.. previously they are from Assort group and nw they are not but the area still maintained in a 5 stars standard wow that not bad

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel as our flight arrived later into BKK and we needed a place to stay before meeting up with our friends the next day. For what is an ‘airport hotel’ it was quite far from BKK, luckily there is a free shuttle service the hotel provides to and from the airport. The staff were personable and professional. Check-in was very quick. The room was clean and the facilities were good. I didn’t get to try the breakfast but saw there were plenty of options. There are some supermarkets nearby and a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel which was great for a getting a coffee first thing in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for a stop-over.

The location is not far from Suvarnabhumi Airport. There is a street food market under Ramkhamhaeng Station. I recommend going there to eat. The food is cheap and delicious. If you walk a little further, you will find a bank and a 7-Eleven.

My parents really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the staff members were kind and professional. They were very happy with the complimentary room upgrade. They got a bigger room on the top floor (17th floor) and it had an excellent view of the river. This is a highly recommended hotel. Everything was really satisfactory.

Location: First of all, it was located in front of the bar of Chungmuro Station, so the accessibility was very good! As soon as I got off the station, it was easy to find because it was right there, and it was easy to move to the subway. In addition, there are many food nearby, so I ordered it to be delivered in the evening. At night, I went out with my friends and played in my favorite bar. 🍻 Room interior, cleanliness: First of all, the room stayed in a room for three people, but it was wider than I thought, so three people went to sleep. It was enough, very neat and clean. There was also a table, so it was easy to eat, and it was okay to bring a laptop and see the work! The bathroom is clean and Netflix is available (you need to use your own ID). There is a washing machine, induction, and sink, so you can cook and wash! (I haven't used it, but,) it was just new and tidy because the bathroom was just built. Is it a little unusual that the sink is on the outside? It wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't as noisy as Hongdae or Sinchon. It was nice to be quiet at night, not like a noisy downtown area, but because of its good accessibility and location, it was convenient to use public transportation and places to eat or cafes around. It was nice to have a lot! I stayed with my friends, but I think it would be suitable if you are looking for a place to stay for long-distance business trips or business purposes.. !

The receptionist is very friendly. Especially to receptionist 小杨,雪梅,Layne(鲁杨). Had a wonderful stay here. Has personal WeChat service can contact them for anything you need to ask or check. Even I need a universal plug, WeChat him and he delivers up using a robot. Though it is the canton fair period and the hotel is slightly high, but it is totally worth it. the service is good. The location is good. The lobby has free wine and coffee which can be brought back to the room. Join members can have free breakfast late check out too. Canton bus to fair. As well as the breakfast is thump up. Order food delivery and it is also delivered up by the robot. Worth the value. And I highly recommend it. The room is clean and spacious too. Thump up!

Me and a friend stayed here over a few nights and it’s a really great value. We were mainly interested in the tech markets and the hotel is right around the corner from them. It seems to have been recently renovated it is really clean and great looking. Everything worked fine and the rooms were spacious. There was a gym and a nice terrace where there sadly was some building materials in one corner but it was fine for sitting around and taking in the view. Also there are these sick robots that automatically take the food you ordered, call the elevator and bring it right to your room. We tried figuring out how to order to use them but when we couldn’t the guy at the reception happily helped us. Although no one at the reception speaks English great WiFi is provided and translating apps do the trick. All in all a great stay!

Awesome experience and hospitality. The staff is kind to provide us early check in as my friend need breast feed. Location is located really just infront of huanggang mrt station. You could found all food, massage and entertainment opposite the road. The famous dimdoudak dimsum is also walking distance. The room is clean and cozy, comfortable duvet and pillow, we had a great rest and even check out late to enjoy the day. Free laundry and gym is provided at L4. Overall it is an awesome experience and we will definitely be back for next stay

We had an amazing stay!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and they gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and showers were also well equipped. It’s right outside fumin metro station and it’s close to coco park too! In the morning I asked where we can go to have breakfast. It was before 7 am so the staff said they would send the breakfast up to our room and it was delivered fresh within 5 minutes. This hotel is great and we will come again!

Nice hotel, artistic design and layout. Closer to metro station 5-10mins. The size of the room is enough for my family. They regularly clean the room which is nice. They provided toiletries but sometimes were inconsistent. For 4pax booked, sometimes they provided 2 sets of toothbrush/slippers. Other days they provided 4. No problem though, you can always ask the receptionist but it would be better if consistent. However, one of the reasons I chose this hotel are the amenities posted. Children playground-maybe I overlooked it or haven't read that you need to pay for 200 hkd per hour. So it is not free. Swimming pool- you need to book in order to use and limit it for 1.5hrs only. I am not sure if it comes with a fee, better check it first. No free drinking water provided. Charger outlet/adapter- you need to buy or bring one Using their power source- it takes ages to charge. Tried the breakfast, just okay for 77/pax Overall, a good stay but would prefer another hotel with the same rate next time.

Stayed in Alva a few times. Got upgraded to a bigger deluxe room this time. Nice location with 7-11 downstairs and convenient shuttle bus. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Amenities are of the best, with all floors equipped fresh water refill, in room coffee making and ipad control facility. Also free bike rental provided for bike riding. Will come again.
