Connected with them via wechat before booking to confirm a 12.30am drop off to the airport for a 3am flight, and they said ok. I proceeded to make a booking after their confirmation. However, upon check-in, i was told that their airport shuttle doesn't operate at that time. I had to make a bit of a fuss, and after checking our wechat conversation, the staff went to the back to speak to the manager. After awhile, they came back to say they will call a taxi for us at that time. Other than that, the hotel itself was great - room was clean and comfy, nice and strong hot showers and lots of food options just around the hotel.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment is excellent, and the service is attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Great value for money! The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Exceeded my expectations! From check-in to check-out, the experience was fantastic, and the attention to detail was impeccable.

Pros: I like the breakfast spread, it was huge and diversified from salads to cold dishes, Yunnan noodles to close to 10 different cooked dishes. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was somehow self heated, felt warm during winter. Internal room temperature was around 27deg. The hotel is very well located amongst the food street with many halal food around the area. There was a yummy beef pastry store right at the entrance with snaking queues. Cons: Had to open the windows for ventilation; due to central airconditioning, could only make it warm but not cold. Too eager too soon? There were a scenario where the hotel staff tried to enter the room within 5secs after knocking the door, whilst another when the staff actually entered my room when I was in the room, after knocking the door for few secs, to deliver food platter.

I absolutely loved the hotel's ambiance; the decor was very charming and tasteful. Although the room didn't feature smart devices, all the essentials were present. The entire room was carpeted, providing excellent soundproofing, which ensured a quiet night's sleep. My mother tends to get up at night, and the small night light in the room made her feel very secure. The hotel's service was also outstanding. We encountered a minor issue upon arrival, but the staff were highly resourceful and offered several effective solutions. What's even better is the hotel's superb location, directly opposite Cuihu Hotel and with Huanggongdong Street right behind it – it's absolutely perfect for city walks. We stayed for three days, and each evening we were provided with bedtime drinks and small snacks. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Overall an amazing experience, I’d definitely comeback again and recommend to my friends. Young staffs were very friendly and helpful since we arrived, good location and pillows are the most comfy ever. Breakfast has a wide variety of selection. City center surrounded by restaurants and easy accesible by Didi or taxi. Night time they offer free snacks at the restaurant and also reception of Taobao courier. 10/10!

This place is highly recommend. It has a good vibes. t's really a lovely place with spacious room, cleanliness is top notch. The decorations at the room also really nice also got a very beautiful courtyard. The owner (Cassie) is a wonderful beautiful women yet so friendly. She help us so much by suggested a good halal restaurant nearby. The staff also very friendly & gave us so much tips about our vacation. This hotel is also located in a very strategic place. It is within the Old Town Lijiang area & it is also not far from the main road. Very easy access.Owner provides pick up & drop off service from the train station. We had no problems with transportation to this hotel. We were also greeted with a welcome drink.We were served with pu'er tea & evening snacks. Breakfast is also included in the hotel price. We were given a vegetarian breakfast. The breakfast was very tasty. This hotel also provides packages to visit interesting places around Lijiang at a price which is very affordable. Overall I really like this hotel and we will come back here again with our family❤️

We had such a wonderful time together in this hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They even helped us find a restaurant that we want to go and booked didi for us. For breakfast, since we’re Muslim couple they served us vegetarian meals for breakfast. We were a bit late for breakfast time and since it’s already passed breakfast time we were thinking to have breakfast at the train station but the staff manage to get us a breakfast even though it’s past breakfast time. The view on our room and on the rooftop is amazing too! For those who want to go to lijiang ancient town, this hotel is just 800m away from ancient town. During our check out they even gave us a small gift as appreciate us staying at their hotel.Definitely worth staying here!

The biggest feeling is that all the waiters in the hotel are warm and thoughtful. We have stayed in many parent-child hotels with our children, and the waiter training of this hotel is really great! The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location and very quiet. Especially the front desk Minnie George is also very enthusiastic, and she took the initiative to add WeChat. If you have any needs during the three-day stay, you can send her WeChat to help solve them in time. There is also a male lifeguard with braids by the swimming pool. The child's swimming ring fell in the pool. He collected it specially the next day. My mother insisted that I write down to thank him. The buffet dinner is also great. After the meal, I took the children to DIY food. I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience. Our whole family had a lot of fun staying during the May Day holiday.

We had an excellent two night stay at this hotel. The owner kindly came to the airport to collect us. The room was large and nicely decorated, with heated floors and an oxygen machine if you needed. We had the option of staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor and I think they upgraded us at check in to a room with a balcony. It was lovely to be welcomed with tea, fruit and pastries on the balcony. Breakfast was good, we had a bowl of noodles each morning. The location is slightly outside of the old town but only a 5-10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place.
