A stylish hotel located in Shinsekai, Osaka's downtown area, about a 4-minute walk from Dobutsuenmae Station.
"The hotel is nice and located in a tourist area, but unfortunately, it’s not an area that we particularly liked. The food around there was quite expensive and, in our opinion, not very good. The hotel is also quite a walk from the subway/metro station, which was a bit inconvenient. Perhaps it was because we visited during hot weather, but we didn’t feel very comfortable with the location.
On the positive side, the staff provided good service and the room was clean. However, overall, we didn’t really like the location."

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as Japan's top choice. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive. Housekeeping replaces toiletries daily, and the room facilities are excellent. It's conveniently located, and they offer a free, abundant, and well-balanced breakfast. Plus, there's complimentary freshly ground coffee available all day. I stayed for four days this time and will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka. I also heartily recommend it to all my travel-loving friends!

AhwuWhat we found especially charming was that all the amenities were displayed in the lobby and were free for guests to take. They had everything you could possibly need—even face masks, which was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere felt more like a modern student accommodation than a traditional hotel, which we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly, the rooftop bar was fantastic, and bike rentals were available. They also had a cafeteria-style common area with a coffee machine, microwaves, and water dispensers, making it the perfect place to enjoy food from the convenience store. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay, and we'd happily stay here again.

Guest UserThis is my second time going to this hotel as my first experience was so good. I went solo this time round and I was impressed by it again.
Superb location as it is walkable distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market and Namba area and Nipponbanshi station. Staff are super friendly. The bread and drinks for breakfast was so good and convenient. Will always recommend this to anyone who is going to Osaka on a trip :)
And I am planning to come back to this hotel again while booking my next trip to Osaka now for June.

JiaowobimawenThe T0 hotel in Rinku Town has zero shortcomings—its facilities, environment, room size, views, and location are all top-notch. You can practically walk to the station with your eyes closed, and it's just one stop away from Kansai International Airport. It's my must-stay hotel every time I visit Osaka! I especially have to mention the unbeatable ocean view; a view like this would easily command a sky-high price back in China!

Guest UserThis was my first trip to Japan with my child, and I spent a long time looking for a triple room close to Nihonbashi. The hotel is perfect for young people who enjoy nightlife, as it's surrounded by clubs and bars. It's also ideal for first-time visitors to Osaka and young people who love shopping. There are also many anime/manga stores and bookstores nearby, so my child enjoyed it too. Overall, it's very convenient for dining and shopping. Although the hotel is small, it's very clean and has bathtubs in the rooms. Compared to Hong Kong hotels, which are also known for being small, this one is significantly better. The only downside is that the hotel's breakfast was a bit... indescribable, so you might want to skip booking breakfast.

Guest UserOur stay was incredibly worthwhile. The room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff were wonderful, especially one lady who kindly helped me with the self-service laundry machine. This stay made our family trip to Osaka very happy and comfortable. Plus, there's a large Yongsheng Supermarket right below the hotel, and it's super close to the Shiyotsubashi subway station. Walking to Shinsaibashi is also very convenient. The hotel room even provided an air purifier, so there were no unpleasant odors, which is crucial for me. I also really appreciate the hotel providing a proof of stay. Next time I'm in Osaka, I'll definitely stay here again; it offers excellent value for money.

yxineI stayed for a night in this hostel recently when I needed to catch an early ride to the airport from the train station. The location is superbly central and also easy to find thanks to the giant strawberry above the entrance.
The dorm environment was quiet during my stay here and everything was very clean. The aircon was cold but the warm comforter ensured a great night’s sleep. Both shampoo and bath gel are available in the shower room and after staying in about ten different hotels and hostels during my trip, I must say that the scent of the gel here is my favourite!
The dormitories is located on the third floor with no elevators so it may be daunting for the physically dis-inclined, especially after a typical long day of walking everywhere in Japan. All in all, I’d give this hostel 5 stars for it’s high ‘CP value’.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient. Just across the street on the right is Shin-Imamiya Station, and to the left, there's a convenience store and a huge Don Quijote. It's great to browse there for some fruits and snacks after a night out. They have a wide variety of products, and it's really good value after the tax refund.

Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Environment: Very close to Nihonbashi Exit 2, which is its biggest advantage. There are many shopping options in Sennichimae and tons of dining and entertainment spots in Dotonbori.
Service: The front desk staff had excellent English proficiency.
