GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures inside the hotel. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions – a taxi ride is only about 10-20 yuan. I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The bed in the standard room was huge, I think it was even bigger than 1.35 meters. I particularly loved having a washing machine and a fridge. The staff's service was fantastic; they promptly handled any requests and greeted me warmly every time I came and went. The room decor wasn't super refined, but it's perfectly reasonable for the price.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent amenities. Since I was traveling with a baby, the concierge reached out to me before my arrival to check if I had any special requests, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location near Tianfu Square is incredibly convenient for getting around. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was both delicious and plentiful. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserNot bad at all! We had a butler service, and even though we were busy working late into the night, we asked them to bring two extra bottles of water with morning room service and to dispose of some delivery boxes. The butler showed up within ten minutes – super efficient! The staff also helped us with our luggage. The front desk's service for receiving and sending packages was incredibly convenient. There's also self-service laundry and drying available. Plus, the front desk has three little lovebirds chirping away!

AAina1008What a wonderful place! Tucked away in the back makes it quiet and serene, while still being at the center of the traditional Wenshu Monastary area. Perfect for all sorts of travelers, i was a solo female and stayed in the dorms with other friendly guests. Lovely inner courtyard with a cafe for relaxing and drinking tea. The staff are all so friendly and ready to give you all the tips on what to do in Chengdu. They speak perfect English as well! There are a lot of regular visitors, since people keep wanting to come back. The rooms are cleaned everyday and beds are made, with fresh towels provided. Everyday felt like I had just checked in, brand new. Breakfast has a range of western (toast, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal) or chinese (rice, wontons, fried pancakes..) and fresh fruit that changes from day to day. All ranges of coffee and tea as well. It filled me up well to start my day walking around the city! Definitely recommend to anyone, and I will be staying here next time I visit! Thank you :)

JJinshuiWe stayed in Meishan for a week for a sporting event. The hotel has clearly seen better days—especially compared to many newer properties in the area (aging lifts, worn carpets, etc.). We chose it mainly for three reasons: breakfast, gym/pool, and laundry facilities. 1. Breakfast The daily buffet was solid and met expectations. It featured a typical Chinese spread: hot stir-fried dishes, vegetables, meats, buns, dumplings, fried rice/noodles, porridge, plus a live station for dan dan noodles, eggs, and simple meats like sausage or ham. There was also a rotating Chinese dessert (e.g., red date with longan, green bean soup), along with some Western options like salad greens, yogurt, bread, cake, and fresh fruit. Since we stayed a full week, we appreciated the small variations. That said, we were surprised by the limited fruit selection—mainly oranges and watermelon—especially given the abundance of fresh fruit available locally. Breakfast vouchers are issued daily and must be presented before dining. 2. Gym & Pool This was the biggest disappointment. Both the gym and pool were completely closed, and the entire floor was gutted with no visible renovation activity. It looks like these facilities have been—and will be—out of service for quite some time. This was a major letdown, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 3. Laundry There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. We were concerned about availability, but only had to wait once. The 15-minute wash cycle helps with turnover. However, the dryer takes a long time and unfortunately shrunk all my cotton clothing. I’d recommend partially drying cotton items and then air-drying them in your room. Package Perks We booked through Trip.com, which included a small daily package: a plate with two oranges and some snacks, complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, and a free transfer to the high-speed rail station (must be booked at the front desk one day in advance). There were also canned sodas included, which we didn’t use. Room & Noise We were initially assigned a room facing the plaza, which was very noisy. After requesting a change, we were first told the hotel was sold out—but after some persistence, a park-facing room was “found.” This room was significantly better: quiet, bright, and pleasant, with birdsong in the morning. We were told these were actually an upgrade, and that road-facing rooms are even worse due to constant traffic noise. 4. Smart Room Features (“Xiao Du”) We did enjoy the smart room system—“Xiao Du,” which works similarly to Alexa. It can control the curtains, TV, room temperature, and lighting, which is a nice modern touch. However, it was also a bit frustrating at times—for example, it would automatically turn off the lights in the bathroom sink area. The lighting there is already quite dim and not ideal for doing makeup. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve lighting around the mirror (brighter bulbs would make a big difference), or even better, install a mirror by the writing desk near the window where there is natural light. Smoking Smoking is allowed in the hotel, and we did notice it in the lobby, elevators, and corridors. Thankfully, our room itself was fine. Housekeeping turns off the AC and opens windows when cleaning, which seems to help ventilate lingering smoke. Location & Surroundings The hotel is in a convenient area. A nearby park is lovely, with traditional structures and inscriptions related to the Su family. Within a short walk is a lively commercial plaza with restaurants, bubble tea shops, salons (I tried a newly opened nail salon), and more. Getting around via Didi is easy. Overall For the price, the hotel offers decent value. However, the closed fitness facilities were a major downside. If we return, we’d likely try a newer hotel—but this one works if you prioritize cost and location over amenities.

FFenggeweiwuyouOur first stop on our summer trip with the kids, and even though we only stayed one night, we absolutely adored this place! The accommodation was spotless and tidy, with a simple, Chinese-inspired Loft design that's truly perfect for families. My daughter especially loved the cozy and charming little loft space upstairs! The hotel also has a great outdoor patio area, perfect for enjoying a cold beer and a breeze in the evening. The location is fantastic too – right downstairs is a shopping street, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to Nanqiao Bridge and Yangtianwo Plaza! This was genuinely the most comfortable and heartwarming B&B we stayed in during our whole Sichuan trip!

RRuishaoRickyTraveling for business this time, I was mainly in the east and, on a friend's recommendation, I tried the Hyatt Centric for the first time. First off, the location is excellent; it's just two stops on Line 2 from the East Railway Station directly to the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel service is fantastic; both the concierge on the first floor and the front desk staff on the seventh floor were warm and polite. The hotel even has a really well-behaved and adorable resident white West Highland Terrier! The hotel itself is very new and has a great artistic vibe. There are charming art pieces in the room that I found very appealing. The facilities are also top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel first whenever I'm in Chengdu for work in the future.

IiamkeenThis guesthouse truly exceeded our expectations! The room design is very stylish, clean, and tidy, with an absolutely stunning view – we could admire the snow-capped mountains right from our bed, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner's service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; not only did they provide convenient transfers to and from the scenic area, but they also proactively helped us contact and book a vehicle back to Chengdu, which saved us a lot of hassle during our trip. Any needs we had during our stay were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniang Mountain, and we will definitely be back!

GGuest UserMy friends and I drove all the way from Inner Mongolia to visit Jiuzhaigou. After a day of exploring, our clothes were covered in dust. Thankfully, the hotel has a self-service laundry room, so we could wash and dry our dirty clothes right away. The hotel isn't far from the scenic area, making it very convenient for getting around. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's a great place for both seniors and kids to relax. The service was excellent; they even upgraded our rooms for free and made sure we were all together. Plus, the hotel is really close to the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service (a buggy) to take us to the entrance. There's also a large parking lot right outside, which is super convenient for those driving.

AAnonymous UserThis location is fantastic! It's less than a kilometer's walk to Kuanzhai Alley, and super close to major attractions like Du Fu Thatched Cottage, Sichuan Museum, Wenshu Monastery, and Jiuyan Bridge. It was great to be able to pop back to the hotel for a nap after a tiring morning of sightseeing and then head out again in the evening. The hotel is very smart and modern; if you have any issues, just call 'Xiao Shi'. They also offer free coffee and afternoon tea. It made for a very enjoyable two-day weekend trip!
