English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, and check-in/check-out is very efficient. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the location is super convenient. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

We extended our stay by one night due to our high-speed rail tickets. I specially bought a bubble tea and had the robot deliver it to our room – it was so fun meeting that cute, square delivery robot! My parents were very happy with the hotel's breakfast; it had a distinct Chengdu Giant Panda theme, with both Chinese and Western options. I really enjoyed the meat buns! On both our check-in day and the day we left, we tried the afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and the 'guilinggao' (herbal jelly) and 'bingfen' (iced jelly) were perfect for the current weather, very refreshing!

Nestled quietly on the outskirts of Langzhai Village, this hotel offers a prime location. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the main road, and cross the street, you're at the gorgeous Huameishengdi. The location is truly excellent. Even before arrival, I was added to a service group, where all my questions regarding check-in and travel received immediate responses. The assistant manager, Danzeng, provided travel advice early on, and on the first night, the manager, Puncuo, even gave a detailed itinerary planning for Jiuzhaigou. Every day, Zaxi, the shuttle driver, and Ms. Namu, were incredibly warm and helpful with transfers. The restaurant's breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the dinner featuring cured meats, sausages, and pork trotters was outstanding. The private car they arranged was in excellent condition, and the driver was skilled and steady. Right next door to the guesthouse is Daji Temple, and the temple cats frequently wander into the guesthouse – they're super friendly and love to be petted and cuddled!

I also had dinner at the on - site restaurant one evening, and the food was not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor. The location was ideal, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy walking distance. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and eager to assist. Our experience was absolutely fantastic, primarily due to the incredibly kind and approachable owner. We encountered some personal issues during our stay and when we asked the owner for help, they were incredibly enthusiastic and supportive in resolving them. Because our hiking route was quite unique, the owner even gave us a blessing bracelet for a safe journey down the mountain. The room was very clean and offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel's location is also excellent, right inside Yading Village, less than 50 meters from Station 1 where the shuttle bus from the scenic area entrance stops. This is perfect for those who've just arrived at high altitude and want to avoid too much walking. Station 2, where you catch the bus into the scenic area, is also less than 100 meters away, and it's just a 10-minute ride to the park entrance. The hotel's elevation is 3990m, just under 4000m. If you're planning a longer trek, I highly recommend staying here to acclimate to the altitude first. Once you've adjusted, the hike should be no problem at all.

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

Choosing this hotel for an early morning flight was incredibly convenient. Our stay in the Cloud Enjoy Deluxe Twin Room was perfect. The room itself was spacious and bright, a well-laid-out 48 square meters. The twin beds were just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing throughout was exceptional; with the windows closed, we couldn't hear any airport take-off or landing noise at all. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all the toiletries were provided. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling window offered expansive views of the airport buildings. Inside, the smart temperature control and fresh air system were all top-notch, and the cleaning was meticulous. The biggest highlight of this hotel is the ability to check in and check luggage directly on-site, saving the hassle of queuing at the terminal the next day. We could walk unburdened to the security gate in just a few minutes, and we even received a fast-track security pass. The front desk staff were responsive, professional, and very helpful. Breakfast started at 5:30 AM, perfect for early flights. This is definitely the top choice for airport travel, balancing comfort and efficiency. I'll stay here again on my next layover.

The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. They provided shuttle service to and from town whenever needed, which was a great experience! Although I didn't get to see Siguniang Mountain, it's normal for this season. After hiking, it was wonderful to relax in a nice bath.
