My mom and I stayed in Room 2852 at No. 61b Linshui, and upon check-in, we were given two bowls of sweet soup. The proprietress told us to call if we needed anything, and the breakfast was so plentiful we couldn't finish it. The young man who helped us with our luggage at checkout was very enthusiastic. We had already walked some distance into the crowd, and he was probably worried about the stone paths damaging the wheels, so seeing him jogging with two suitcases in hand was really touching. Even after leaving the scenic area, customer service called to follow up on our stay, asking if we received the sweet soup, providing a contact number, and confirming luggage assistance. Prices in Wuzhen are low, and the service everywhere is warm and welcoming. All in all, our stay, including dining, lodging, and transportation in Wuzhen, was very comfortable. I hope all tourist attractions across the country can learn from Wuzhen.

The location is superb, the environment is first-class, and the views are excellent. I stayed on the 12th floor with a lake view, overlooking Taihu Lake, which offered a fantastic perspective (though sometimes the wind was a bit strong, so I couldn't stay on the balcony for too long). The hotel's decor is magnificent, and facilities like the swimming pool and gym are good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied; it rotated during my two-day stay. The room itself was generally acceptable, but the carpet was a bit old, and there was a noticeable damaged spot that hadn't been repaired. Service was hard to describe. After check-in, a butler added me on WeChat and I told them I wanted to check in around 1 PM, and the butler said they would relay the request. However, at the front desk, I was told the room wouldn't be ready until 3 PM (though in reality, it was available a bit earlier). A fruit plate was delivered after check-in. My Trip.com order included a daily dining package. The front desk staff seemed to misinterpret it, telling us it was one package per order (we stayed for three days and two nights). I must praise Trip.com; after communicating with them, the hotel reluctantly agreed it was one package per day (meaning two packages for a three-day, two-night stay) and told me I could just go directly to the restaurant as it was included in the order. But did you think that was the end of it? When I went to Shuyu Chuan for dinner, the owner asked for meal vouchers, so it took a long phone call to sort it out. The next day, before going to Mian Baifu, I first went to the front desk to get vouchers and mentioned the issue at Shuyu Chuan. The front desk still didn't give me vouchers, saying I could just go directly. And sure enough, the same thing happened; the owner also asked for vouchers, leading to another ten-minute phone call. I've never seen such service at a five-star hotel. If they were so unwilling, why didn't they just cancel that bundled order? Furthermore, regarding the package issue, it was me who called Trip.com to coordinate and resolve it, yet the butler on WeChat still acted as if she had helped me obtain some special privilege. The order also included a daily entry to the 25th-floor Xuan Bar (starting at 7:30 PM, including two soft drinks and snacks). I must commend the staff there; the Xuan Bar also had a pool table, and we had a great time.

The room was spotlessly clean and bright. The window overlooked the street, and pulling back the curtains revealed a lively urban scene. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and after a day of walking, lying down felt incredibly relaxing. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the hot water came quickly and was consistently stable. A comfortable shower instantly cut my fatigue in half. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Not only did they hand-draw a tourist route for us, but they also shared tips on how to avoid peak crowds. When we checked out early for an early morning train, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us, including bread, eggs, and milk – perfect for grabbing and going. Overall, the experience was incredibly comfortable. There were no fancy frills, just genuine convenience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I bring my family!

This hotel is located in the heart of Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's just a 5-minute walk to Wuma Street and the Shamiao River snack street. As soon as we arrived, the staff warmly greeted us with tea and roasted sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were absolutely delicious, especially in the winter! The staff were all very enthusiastic and told us about the hotel's breakfast. What truly stood out was that breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea are all complimentary at this hotel, offering incredible value for money. We really stumbled upon a gem here; it's a fantastic value! The room itself was also superb. The moment I walked in, I fell in love with it. It was very clean and tidy. The in-room massage chair was super comfortable, and having a free foot-soaking tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. Whenever we needed anything, the front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and even recommended nearby attractions in Wenzhou. Because I had an early flight the next day, I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Terminal 4 last night. I had already booked a scenic room on floors six to eight. However, after checking me in, the young lady at the front desk specifically emphasized that she had upgraded me to a scenic room on the sixth floor. When I told her I had already paid for the slightly more expensive scenic room, she pretended to check her computer and said they had two types of scenic rooms, and mine was the best kind. I was speechless! I believe the most basic service principle in the service industry should be sincerity. The front desk is the face of the hotel, and hypocrisy and deceptive tactics should never become a habit.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

First of all, the hotel is in a very good location and is easy to find. The front desk is very welcoming and upgraded my room type. There are also free snacks. The lobby is also very beautiful and gives people a very clean feeling. The cleaning lady is also very meticulous and provides good service. It is cost-effective and very suitable for people on business trips. I will come again.

The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

The room was spotless and well-maintained, featuring new facilities and a very comfortable bed. However, the bathroom design was impractical, offering no space to place personal toiletries – a significant flaw. Room service was quite disappointing. The complimentary welcome fruit was completely forgotten and only delivered after I called at 11 AM. During check-in, I requested an additional set of adult toiletries and a children's set. These were not delivered as promised. After prompting again late in the evening, they finally arrived, but it was two adult sets, and the children's set was still missing! This standard of service is simply not what I expect from the Wyndham brand. Even small amenities felt lacking; only one comb was provided per room, which comes across as quite stingy. On the positive side, the breakfast was extensive and very good.
