Five-Star Bay Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hubin Yongjin Plaza)

The hotel is conveniently located near West Lake, just a 10-minute walk from i77, where you can find delicious food, local specialties, and quaint local shops. Check-in is super easy, available on both the 1st and 5th floors. The rooms are also very clean. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is located inside Yongjin Plaza, very close to West Lake, about a six or seven-minute walk. There's also a noodle restaurant next to the hotel that's quite delicious; they say it's authentic Hangzhou noodles, and they're very chewy. Getting around from the hotel is also very convenient, with the Route 7 bus taking you directly to Lingyin Temple.

This hotel is super close to West Lake, easily walkable, and the transportation around here is really convenient. You can hop on the subway or bus right outside. Plus, there's Hubin Yintai for shopping! The staff are so warm and welcoming, very friendly. I was really happy with my stay. The room was clean, the environment was great, and the bedding in particular was super comfortable.

The neighborhood is nice and transportation is convenient. The service was excellent, warm, and hospitable.

The staff were really attentive; they showed us to our room and even helped with our luggage during check-in. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, offering delicious local cuisine. It's also very close to West Lake. The room amenities are complete, and the environment is excellent. I have to say, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Our stay was fantastic, highly recommended!
