Ssu-xhlExcellent location right in the Tenjin shopping district, making it convenient to get anywhere. The subway station is directly accessible from B2. The lobby is on the 19th floor. The room was quite spacious with comfortable bedding, and the shower had great water pressure. The unagi donburi at breakfast was delicious.

XXiaoxiangbiziExtremely satisfied! The location is super convenient for getting around, everything is within walking distance. Coming back from a concert, I could even enjoy the massage chair, and they provide face masks and foot patches to relieve fatigue – truly a divine hotel! They even have wine for breakfast, which is amazing!
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, being very close to both JR Hakata Station and Fukuoka Subway Station. If you're coming from JR Hakata Station's West 15 exit, simply take the elevator to ground level, cross the road, and walk about 30 meters. Alternatively, from the West 18 exit, turn right and you'll be there. Popular attractions like Tocho-ji Temple, Kushida Shrine, and Canal City Hakata are all within walking distance. It's also very easy to get to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, Tenjin Parco, Tenjin Chikagai (underground shopping mall), and other key spots.

AAnonymous UserBooked a private cabin. Amenities are great, clean. There's a lift to go level 2 and 3. There's washing machine, dryer, microwave, hot water kettle, smoking room, hairdryers in shower room, drinks vending machine. You are able to get new towels every day.
Location is very convenient.
Downside is the locker in the cabin room is very small and wouldn't fit a handcarry luggage, but there's enough space in the cabin to leave your luggage, just that it is not secure as there's no locks to the cabins.
GGuest UserThe location was superb as it's just a few steps away from the underground entrance to the metro. There's also a 24Hr supermarket just minutes walk from the hotel above ground or if it's raining you can take the metro underground walkway which will also get you right to the entrance of supermarket. There are a few drug stores nearby (for medicine / cosmetics) and some open till 9pm or even midnight. It's only a very short walk to get to Canal city shopping area which has an array of shops and dinning options.
We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was included in our room rate and it was very good with a decent amount of choices (we ended up eating there 4/5 mornings). Although the dinning area was not very big so if you're there during peak hours there could be a bit of a wait.
The room was a standard 'Dormy' room that you'd expect in almost any other Dormy Inn but for this particular hotel we felt the cleaning needs a bit of work. We have a habit of wiping down the shelves / tables before placing our things and even after three rounds of wiping with wet cloth / tissue it's still grey which shook us a bit.

BBananaJChose this one for its location. But I have to say it is the worst 4-star hotel I’ve had in Fukuoka.
It is clean and the staff were friendly — Japanese standard.
But they organize the front desk poorly: always a long queue at check in. Under staffed and low efficiency. They installed self check-in machines but everyone using that ended up requesting staff attention. Thus, they are useless.
Breakfast is poor in Japanese standard, both quality and taste. And they charge insane price for very small kids.
Bed is terrible. Can you imagine for a 4-star hotel, the bed is made of cheap steel frame. Mine is even shaking when lying on it!
Overall not recommended. There are much better choices around Hakata station.

CCzdachengziThe hotel's location is excellent. It's less than 100 meters from the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station – just turn left and you're there. Right next to the hotel, you'll find a FamilyMart convenience store, a Yoshinoya, and a ramen shop.
On the other side of the hotel, there's a bus stop with a direct bus to Fukuoka Airport's International Terminal, which is incredibly convenient.
Check-in is at 2 PM, and you can store your luggage for free if you arrive early. Check-out is at 11 AM. Both check-in and check-out are done via machines, which have a Chinese language option, and the hotel staff are very helpful if you need assistance. Next to the check-in area, you can self-service amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and bath salts.
To use the hotel elevator, you need to scan your room key card. I booked a double room for single occupancy, which was 18 square meters – a standard size for a Japanese chain hotel. The shower is located inside the bathtub.
Housekeeping is available daily; just attach the 'Please Clean' sign (found on the back of your door) to the outside of your door if you'd like your room serviced.
The hotel's facilities are typical for a Japanese budget chain hotel, nothing extraordinary to note. It's clean, and the service is decent. Its biggest selling point is definitely its proximity to Hakata Station, making it super convenient for taking the JR, subway, and Shinkansen.

CClaraLinsnSpacious and comfortable room with a lovely city view. The room was clean, cosy, and well maintained, with plenty of space to relax after a long day out. Location was very convenient, close to shopping, food options, and transport. Service staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again 🌟

GGuest UserConveniently located in the Tenjin area and right next to the Tenjin stop (on the airport line) and also the underground street mall. there is a good line up for breakfast, though it only starts at 7am, which is difficult for those who are catching a 10am flight. A really busy hotel, which speaks of how good the location and service is, and perhaps the staff look over work. I made my way to the reception to get them to deliver a luggage rack up, which the reception promised she would do so personally this moment. But after 40mins still no sign and I needed to go to bed, so I made my way down and asked a 2nd time.

WWidjono GozaliExpensive for what you get, but I am told that Fukuoka hotels are expensive (even more than Tokyo) because of the limited hotels compared to the amount of visitors it gets. The twin rooms are ridiculous TINY- way too small for two people and our two luggages! The receptionist was helpful and apologetic, and we were able to upgrade to a bigger twin room but you still get very bare amenities.
