Amazing
GGuest UserIf I could give ten stars I would. Fantastic location with B1 connected to subway. Excellent amenities although the onsen was weirdly located just next to shower area so u could see people showering as you soak in onsen. Other than that, hotel allowed us to leave our bags with them 2 days before check in. And when we checked out, a staff helped us with our luggage to the cab. Awesome service. Will definitely recommend.

Ssu-xhlExcellent location right in the Tenjin shopping district, making it convenient to get anywhere. The subway station is directly accessible from B2. The lobby is on the 19th floor. The room was quite spacious with comfortable bedding, and the shower had great water pressure. The unagi donburi at breakfast was delicious.

GGuest UserRooms and location are great; swimming pool not being available to children is a bit of a minus. Very negative experience with the staff at the reception: Booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child. Our booking confirmation very explicitly said ”breakfast for 3 persons included” on every single day of the stay; only during the first breakfast we noticed that we had only been given breakfast coupons for two adults per day. In spite of pointing out repeatedly that this must have been a mistake at reception, staff repeatedly kept asking us to sign an extra breakfast fee for our 6-year-old daughter. Even after showing the booking confirmation to the staff at reception, they kept refusing to give the extra coupons for a while; we finally got them after continued complaints. Maybe the reason could have been a miscommunication between the hotel and the booking site (which however is the hotel's responsibility to fix). In any case, if you want to create the impression of being an anti-children hotel, this is exactly the way to go!

稻荷KunThis is the most comfortable capsule hotel I've ever stayed in! The bed was super big, just like a single bed in a regular hotel, soft, and had plenty of space above, below, and to the sides. You get your own private compartment, not those small bunk-bed-style pods. Whether sitting up or lying down, it didn't feel cramped at all. The bed was a smart sofa bed, which was really cool – you could control the headrest angle via an iPod, as well as the lighting, fan, alarm, and more. All the facilities were new; it seems like the hotel was recently renovated within the last two years. You need to use your key card to enter after going upstairs, which felt very secure. The restrooms and individual shower rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and stylishly designed. The hotel front desk staff provided excellent service. They offered luggage storage, proactively provided an umbrella, and helped me exchange coins. The ground and first floors house a charming Western-style bar/restaurant with a great atmosphere, perfect for guests to relax in. Finally, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right by the Nakasu-Kawabata subway station, surrounded by an abundance of dining and entertainment options. It's also within very easy walking distance to the Nakasu Yatai (food stalls) and Tenjin.

GGuest UserHotel was located in an excellent location. Room was tiny but that's expected as it was right in the city centre and price was reasonable. Plenty of food and shopping.

SSoft_tacoPros: The rooms were very clean and spacious, with well-controlled temperature. The public bath on the tenth floor was warm and clean, and the outdoor bath was also very comfortable. The staff were polite and offered complimentary drinks. The breakfast was excellent, with very fresh and delicious sashimi! Cons: We went to the nearby shopping mall recommended by the hotel at 9:15 pm to have dinner, but due to the New Year, none of the shops were open. The food court, which was supposed to have a last order at 9:30 pm, was also closed, and even the vending machines were not operating. We returned to the hotel and searched several floors but couldn't find any snacks (such as instant noodles or chocolates). The hotel's vending machines only had drinks, and we couldn't find a way to order takeout in our room (the Japanese instructions were incomprehensible). We ended up going hungry all night. I suggest the hotel provide food options in the evenings on special occasions. Other: The hotel is suitable for drivers and offers free parking.

GGuest UserGood: Nice and spacious room, free parking good for us to drive around, powerful shower head which served strong stream and stable temperature for nice shower, big beds, convenient shops, food and big AEON store nearby with driving distance 5 mins, nice night lounge with free flow crafted beer, popcorn, and bbq marshmallow, my daughter requested to go every night But if you’re not coming with a car, it’s sorta inconvenient

MMarie AjaiThis hotel was pretty entertaining, check in would have been a breeze if we booked only one room. the check in is seamless, all automated while the velociraptors look at you. we needed some assistance since both rooms were under one name and the system cannot accept one name for both rooms. the attendant was promptly notified by the check in machine itself and we received assistance quickly. as with most Japanese hotels now, most of the amenities were by the check in counter, robes and razors. The towels and toothbrush were in the room. Ground floor is where you have breakfast - it is self service and the staff refills it. i think this is pretty decent for a meal - no frills... since one would go out to enjoy the japanese cuisine anyway instead of filling up too much on breakfast. the drink bar is very helpful. ice, water, soda and juices. there are snacks in the afternoon and at night, they have a selection of alcohol and popcorn. this is very convenient. The rooms were surprisingly spacious - we got a twin room and we could open two medium sized luggage and one small hand carry for packing easily. the bath, toilet and sink were all separate which made it very convenient. Some rooms had decor, unfortunately we didnt get one of the special rooms. you can see its special since the door would have decor on it. they replace the towels and trash bags daily unless you place the do not disturb sign. Check out is extremely easy. Unless you charged anything to the room, you use the same ATM looking machine to feed it all your dispensed room keys and then youre all checked out. I do recommend this hotel - its pretty convenient with all the items needed (no skin care or bath bombs though). Would stay here again when i get the chance. Its definitely a different experience!

GGuest UserGreat location Amenities and service ok. Self check in was a bit annoying. Breakfast decent but nothing crazy. Had better deals for less money in japan but overall not bad.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the location — it’s incredibly convenient and made getting around the city very easy. Whether for sightseeing, dining, or transport, everything is within close reach, which really enhanced the stay. The reception staff were warm and welcoming throughout. A nice touch was the complimentary beer offered in the evening, which added a relaxed and friendly vibe to the hotel experience. However, the room itself was quite small — noticeably tighter than expected, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. It may be fine for short stays, but could feel a bit cramped over longer periods. Cleanliness is another area that could use some improvement. While the room was generally acceptable, there were small details that didn’t feel as well-maintained as they should be. Overall, a good choice if you value location and friendly service, but with room for improvement in cleanliness and space.
