"I was very satisfied with the hotel room overall — it was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very kind.
The hotel also provides a microwave, which is convenient for heating food.
Towels can be replaced daily, and they are placed in front of the room door. However, only one hand towel and one bath towel are provided each day.
I would like to make one small suggestion: there are no signs or instructions in Chinese.
Currently, the hotel provides information in Japanese, English, and Korean, but not in Chinese, which can be a bit inconvenient for Chinese guests.

"The guy at the front desk, who seemed to be Indian or Nepalese, let us check in over an hour early, which was great. Laundry and dryers are on the 10th floor, and it seems like the front desk, toiletries, pajamas, and coffee are all up there too. It's a bit inconvenient that there's no free luggage storage; they have lockers on the 1st floor that cost 500 JPY. For checkout, you just drop your room card into a box in the elevator. To get here, you transfer one or two stops from Nakasu-Kawabata to Gofukumachi Station, then it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store nearby."

"The employes were really nice. The hotel was in a good place, not too far to the important places. The room was a little small for all our luggage ( 2 Big cases and 1 carry on). The bathroom really small and old.
Basic but good enough for a just sleep a few days. They have free breakfast (just a 3 little pieces of bread, coffe, Apple juice and soup. they give you a Yukata for the room, really cool."

"I stayed here for 3 nights and had a comfortable stay. Location is relatively near to Bus, train station and sightseeing spots.
Breakfast is delicious. Clean rooms and toiletries are provided.
Staff are courteous and kind.

"I was worried because it was old, but it was absolutely wonderful! Best of all, the hotel parking lot is right next to the Chari Chari area, which made it perfect for a bike ride. "About a 7-8 minute walk from Hakata Station. I was a bit worried because many reviews mentioned the rooms being small, but I think the price is reasonable for the location. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and on the first floor, they offer coffee and disposable amenities. What's unique is that you use a machine to check in, and then staff come out to assist you. The atmosphere is good, and the service is quite friendly."

"This is the place I stayed on the second day. It was very cozy and the shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, so I was able to use it comfortably. I plan to use it again next time. Thank you. There is Nakatsu Street nearby, so it was very convenient to look around. The photo is of Nakatsu."

헤헤수스The Hostel is located 2 min from the subway station, and 15-20 min walking from Hakata Station. The capsule/pod is very spacious, with a adjustable light, hangers and a blackout curtain. I liked that even closing the curtain the capsule wouldn’t get hot. There are lockers for small bag and important items and also a designated area for bigger bags and coats.
The bathrooms in the dorm were always clean. They have 2 shower rooms based on gender. The shower room has a minimum if 6-7 showers. They have baskets to place your clothes and personal items. Before the shower, there is room for changing, it is wide enough it can easily fit 3 people. I noticed the shampoo bottles were always full/refilled. Dryer and some extra amenities were also available at the shower room. The lounge is really good, the ac worked perfectly, enough chairs and tables to eat or work, and even bigger tables for groups. As expected they have information for tourist but also assorted books and mangas, even some in english. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, microwave, stove, plates, hot water, etc). The breakfast was simple but fresh. The first floor has a room for bigger luggage and also they have a washing/drying room, just make sure to have 100yen coins, if not ask the staff to exchange cash. TBH i can’t think of a negative experience, the staff was always friendly and ready to assist, they spoke perfect japanese and english. After checking out i visited another city but ended coming back to fukuoka and making a reservation in this hostel again. 100% recommended.

MMomeliFirst, the staff service is excellent, always greet you with a smile and accommodating. Second, the hostel is well maintained and clean, and the pillow, blanket, and bed are good quality. Common areas like the lounge, shower, and toilet are functional and clean. Third, the location is close to the bus station, a 3-minute walk, and 10-15 minutes to Hakata station. I love that they have options for female and male-only dormitories and mixed—an excellent price for what you get. I highly recommend Hostel Toki and will visit again when I travel to Fukuoka.

GGuest UserStayed in one of these in Tokyo before- this one definitely has more space in the locker room - when you need to get something out from your luggage. I wouldn't recommend staying here is you have an oversized bag though - not sure it's gonna fit in the locker itself... the pods are clean, they change bedding every day, you get a set of fresh towels - however there is no face wash, so you'd either bring your own or you can buy it in the machine upstairs.
The logistics of checking in is confusing though. When you arrive you need to go to floor 9. There is a self-check in touchpad, but make sure you are inputting ONLY the numbers as your ”reservation number”, without the T. You get the key card with the QR code, which you can use to enter one of the 2 elevators - M or F. Then you need to go to the locker room floor. But if you need water or smth - the only machine in the building is again on floor 9.
The price is good though. Worth it for a few nights

RRC CanchIt was not as bad as what other reviews said. If you are coming to Japan, expect that business hotels and hotels in general are small but compact and have all that you need. This space is big enough for 2 people. There's also kitchen where you can cook, microwave, ref and washing machine. Train station is 10-minute walk but there are nearby bus stations so it's not that hard to go around the city.

TTan Kok LingIt is only suitable for a couple. For first 2 nights, there was 4 of us, and it was very cramp. If 2 people and the sofa bed not set up, then more comfortable. Location right at canal city tourist area. Big malls nearby, so shopping and food no problem. Parking is on the street parking, but always available.

The owner is friendly - he explained everything, showed everything himself 😊
The room was clean and cozy. The air conditioner worked perfectly, so the temperature in the room was adjusted as desired. The futon is moderately soft, the pillow is small (for me this is a plus, not a minus 😁).
Of the minuses - poor soundproofing, but I only needed one night, and besides, I walked to the point of exhaustion, so I slept soundly despite this 🤣. And a very small toilet (on the 2nd floor) - I am a very compact person, but even for me it was not very comfortable 😅. But these minuses are insignificant, in my humble opinion, so I was satisfied)

哈哈哈哈羽田I think the environment and atmosphere of this hostel is very nice. The bed is comfortable enough to sleep and the shared space is very clean when enquieped with heater and microwaves. Also the self service of check in and out is very convenient for me. I would come again.
