This hotel is located on the 8th floor, right next to the subway exit. Its location is super convenient, though a separate city tax applies. My stay here was comfortable, even if some of the rules were a bit inconvenient at times – but it was fine for me. You have to hand in your key card every time you leave. As it's a capsule hotel, soundproofing isn't great, but that's expected. Compared to other capsule hotels, the room felt relatively spacious, but the bed is quite firm. If you dislike firm beds, I wouldn't recommend it. The shared facilities were well-equipped and comfortable.

Guest UserThe location was excellent, being very close to Hakata Station. It was easy to find as you can see '9h' high up on the building. You take the elevator to the reception on the 9th floor, then go to your room (on the 3rd or 4th floor). The showers being on the 7th floor was a bit inconvenient, but I appreciated that the elevators were separated by gender. A big plus was the USB port in the room, in addition to the power outlet and light controls!
I would have liked a hanger near the sleeping area. My only real concern was that I wished the cleanliness had been a bit better.

Very good customer service! I e mailed the hotel if I can leave my luggage for a week before checking in since I will be going to Nagasaki. The staff at the front desk are friendly especially Mik. Upon checking in my luggage is inside the room already! Highly recommend this manned air bnb. Hassle free checking in unlike most air bnbs without staff. They provide Yukata, towels, some tolietries daily. Free vitamin drink too the whole stay. The room has a balcony, clean all over, separate toilet & bath with toiletries, a washing machine, kitchen & cooking utensils, microwave & fridge with freezer.

The room is small, just like the picture. The location is very good. As for the shower and bathroom, they are shared but I think the facilities are OK. There is a bathroom on each floor, so you don't have to worry about not having a toilet. The shower is on the first floor, with 4 seats for girls and 3 seats for boys.

Juri was so helpful throughout my stay. The female dorm is on the second floor, next to the private room. Quiet hours are respected by others who are staying at the hostel and the free washer and dryer was a lifesaver for a stay that is longer than 3 days. They provide earplugs, which I think is convenient if you share a bunk with someone who snores or if there is movement around the hostel in the middle of the night. The location is a bit of a walk from the closest train station but there are also nearby bus stops and a convenience stores along the way. I definitely recommend this place and most likely will stay here or try their other locations if I pass the area again. :)

The room is very small. We booked a twin room but the size looked like it’s a single room. There is hardly any space to open our luggage fully. Air con is good though but there isn’t any bottled drinks provided in the room. You have to take the lift ( again a very small lift u cannot fit in with 2 persons with luggages) to get free coffee or ice water from the reception and the coffee it’s only available during breakfast time. After 11am you need to pay for 150yen per cup. Also hotel charged us 1000yen per person for accommodation tax. The breakfast was good though just that it ends at 9am and it’s a struggle to wake up early after a long night before to eat. The rice balls and miso soup was fantastic. Try not to use the coin laundromat as the dryer do not dry the clothes properly. We had to spent 300yen for 3 cycles and yet it wasn’t fully dried. Also need to pay extra 100yen for detergent which is a small packet. Good things about this hotel: near to Ohori park where u can see the full cherry blossoms and it’s walkable to the nearest subway where u can connect to most main lines. Not all staff speaks English so be prepared to use google translate on your phone to communicate

Large spacious rooms, conveniently located within walking distance to Canal City Hakata and the Yatai street.
There's no staff on location but they are reachable via the check-in tablet and are very responsive. One night my door jammed and we called the staff past midnight to help fix it. They arrived within 15 mins and was very helpful.
Rooms are clean but the mattress and pillow covers are hit and miss - there were dried stains on the ones in my parents room, and one of my rooms pillow cover had a few strands of hairs on it. Hence one point deducted for cleanliness.
Overall would highly recommend for groups.

Guest UserThe facilities are very complete, with a washing machine and kitchen, making everyday life very convenient. However, there are a few areas that are a bit dirty. But it's worth it.

The hostel is nice, clean and well located. Beds are very comfortable with good curtains.
The only downsides are check in (19) and check out times (10). If you're only staying for one night it might be annoying. Otherwise the hostel is great. Just a heads up!

SigmundIIIWe booked a 2 futon tatami room. The futons are comfortable and the cushion is good. The room was not big but there was also air conditioning and a small fridge, a table and a small tv.
The staff is really polite and there are a lot of free amenities that you can get including tea, razor and toothbrush with a small toothpaste.
There is free breakfast but it's not incredible. I would say it's an ok breakfast.
Overall for the price we paid (120 euros total for 3 nights for 2 people) it's a good option.
There is a small foreigners accommodation tax to pay at the reception, make sure to bring some cash.
