The location is fantastic! I really enjoyed the mall located right downstairs. It has a three-story Chanel store and many trendy Japanese brands, perfect for leisurely browsing. There's also a general store on B1 where I spent at least an hour, and still felt like I could have stayed longer.

byti.coWonderful location! A straight walk from Hakata Station (or you can take one stop on the subway). The hotel is right outside the subway station. Very short walk to Canal City too. A 24h pharmacy nearby with an AEON mart at the basement. There's good food around too. Really great location but if you stay the STAY ROOM type, please note that you will be facing a huge cemetery š„². It's mostly hidden by trees but you absolutely can see it. The hotel is right infront of the cemetery. Other room types won't get that view thankfully.
There's a free to use public bath, free ice pops, and free to use microwave. Washing machine outside is paid per use. You can see the status from your room. STAY ROOM washing is free with detergent provided š
Service was great initially. Check in team aided with my requests. However, checkout team was not the best. I arrived at the counter, confused and in a rush but the team in the morning all stood behind the counter, leaning their backs to the wall. I utter a word of question and nobody came forward to help. I tried to figure it out myself, by slotting in the card, then finally someone came forward, no talk no acknowledgement, tapped some stuff - all in japanese - and then nothing. I was confused, then one of the English speaking stuff said āall doneā... I was very unimpressed with this service. Especially with the sight of all of them leaning against the wall when I obviously needed help. Really a downer to a good stay.

SuoyicixuetaoI stayed in two room types. The street-facing smoking room was larger and offered a nice view of the city lights at night. The non-street-facing room had no view and was very noisy, so I had to keep the windows closed to sleep. However, the location was very convenient for getting around.

Guest UserThe location was superb as it's just a few steps away from the underground entrance to the metro. There's also a 24Hr supermarket just minutes walk from the hotel above ground or if it's raining you can take the metro underground walkway which will also get you right to the entrance of supermarket. There are a few drug stores nearby (for medicine / cosmetics) and some open till 9pm or even midnight. It's only a very short walk to get to Canal city shopping area which has an array of shops and dinning options.
We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was included in our room rate and it was very good with a decent amount of choices (we ended up eating there 4/5 mornings). Although the dinning area was not very big so if you're there during peak hours there could be a bit of a wait.
The room was a standard 'Dormy' room that you'd expect in almost any other Dormy Inn but for this particular hotel we felt the cleaning needs a bit of work. We have a habit of wiping down the shelves / tables before placing our things and even after three rounds of wiping with wet cloth / tissue it's still grey which shook us a bit.

dolphinboyThe 20 sqm twin room easily accommodated two 28-inch suitcases, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was the same every day and lost its appeal after two mornings. However, they did offer fresh squeezed orange juice and the freshly made veal burgers were quite good. There's a self-service laundry on the 5th floor, complimentary coffee on the rooftop, and a free happy hour in the afternoon. The location is superb, with direct access to the airport line from B2, and the airport bus stop right on the 1st floor, which is also the meeting point for most day tours departing from Fukuoka.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering every question we had with a great attitude. The room was super clean. Even though the space wasn't huge, it had everything we could possibly needāespecially the microwave and washing machine, which were total lifesavers. It was so convenient to buy local food back to the room and heat it up. There was also a nice round table in the room that gave us plenty of space to enjoy our meals.
Downstairs in the lobby, they offer free welcome drinks and an ice machine. In the scorching summer heat, being able to grab an ice-cold drink whenever we wanted was amazing! Another cool feature was the big LED screen in the lobbyāit let us explore local sightseeing spots, and the information was incredibly detailed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Location of this hotel is excellent! Extremely easy to find - exit from the Chikushi Gate (East) at JR Hakata station and walk about 5 mins to reach the hotel. There is also a bus stop just 100 meters away (1 min walk) that you can take from the airport to reach the hotel, or from the hotel to reach the airport.
Room is clean and decent size. Love the bathroom and the standing shower which has a nice rain shower, handheld shower and jacuzzi style massage shower. Thereās also a bathtub for those who like to take baths. Room amenities can be obtained at hotel lobby so there is little waste - just take what you need.
There is also a coffee machine that is free at the lobby. There is a self-service washing machine and dryer at level 3, level 7 and level 11. There is also a Family Mart just infront of the hotel and also a Lawson just around the corner. Great for getting late night light snacks. Overall, an excellent hotel! Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the station, and there's a small park nearby. The room itself is quite spacious by Japanese standards, has everything you need, and is very clean.
The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection (they even have steak!). We really enjoyed it and will be back.

Guest UserThe hotel location, cleaning level of each area, etc. is very good. However, there are 2 points of my comments and hopefully the hotel will improve them. 1) The bathroom at the hotel room is a bit stinky and spreading to the room. I guess the bathroom's ventilation is not running very well. 2) In the room, the air conditioner outlet is dusty. I kindly suggest the hotel clean and maintain it more regularly to improve the hygiene of the room.

SinsinisThe room is quite small, and itās a bit difficult for two people to open their suitcases at the same time ā we had to take turns. Other than that, everything was very good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. I had seen reviews mentioning ikura, but it wasnāt available during my stay, which was a little disappointing. Still, I was overall very impressed.
