MMs Korean kimHip hotel, hip food, room, balcony, all-inclusive food~
And a hotel with a 2:00 PM check-out time ♥️❤️🩷
Stayed here twice. Young, casual, yet professional staff!
The second time, there were no rooms at this hotel, so I
stayed at the Tenjin One Building One Fukuoka Hotel for two nights (same chain hotel).
Here we go~~
For me, except for the pillow, this place was better than the new One Hotel!!
Exit Hakata Station's east exit and take the main road on the right.
A leisurely 10-minute walk, a brisk 5-minute walk.
This is it!!

Amazing
JJW hkStandard Ritz service, nice as usuals. However, the front desk staff is quite mean, stayed two nights and requested extend late checkout from 1pm to 1:30pm but rejected, what a shame to a loyal customer to Ritz and it also do not in line with Ritz global marketing”Late checkout”promotion video. 🫣🫣in over all this hotel is mean, swimming poor need extra charge ¥4000/ppl. It is shame and surprising, we stayed a many Ritz Carlton in the world and never seen one need to charge swimming fee😓😓😑. For birthday trip, it is the worst arrangements among all other Ritz Carlton, no bday card message, no simple room decor etc. Do not recommend this Ritz among all Ritz hotels . Concierge service is good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, about 4km from Fukuoka Airport by taxi, which cost around 2300 yen. The hotel isn't super new, but it's conveniently just one stop away from major shopping areas like Hakata and Tenjin. The only downside was the slightly small bed. Everything else was fine.

Great
SSoft_tacoPros: The rooms were very clean and spacious, with well-controlled temperature. The public bath on the tenth floor was warm and clean, and the outdoor bath was also very comfortable. The staff were polite and offered complimentary drinks. The breakfast was excellent, with very fresh and delicious sashimi!
Cons: We went to the nearby shopping mall recommended by the hotel at 9:15 pm to have dinner, but due to the New Year, none of the shops were open. The food court, which was supposed to have a last order at 9:30 pm, was also closed, and even the vending machines were not operating. We returned to the hotel and searched several floors but couldn't find any snacks (such as instant noodles or chocolates). The hotel's vending machines only had drinks, and we couldn't find a way to order takeout in our room (the Japanese instructions were incomprehensible). We ended up going hungry all night. I suggest the hotel provide food options in the evenings on special occasions.
Other: The hotel is suitable for drivers and offers free parking.
JJason@tourLocated in the Fukuoka Port area, it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the city center. Free parking is available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I was surprised to find a dedicated duty-free shop, which I assume is for tourists, as it's the first time I've seen one in Japan 😅😅. Definitely worth a stay.
GGuest UserStaff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, but the hotel is looking a bit tired (compared to 10 years ago when we stayed previously). Lighting in rooms is poor and the beds are simply old and worn out. Shuttle bus into Hakata is useful but the schedule is pretty limited and whilst the railway across the road is an alternative, there probably are better options closer to town.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very large, the hot spring is on the 2nd floor, there is an open-air pool and indoor pool, and the bath is very large. The hotel is right by the sea, the window of the room is facing the sea, the view is first-class, you can go to the beach for a walk and swim. The hotel's pool is only open every afternoon, we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm, and checked out at 10 pm the next day, so we were not able to go swimming in the pool. Breakfast and dinner are very rich! We have two children (3 and 8 years old), 3 years free, 8 years old will pay 8,000 yen (including breakfast and dinner and accommodation). There is no water in the room, but a pot of ice water is prepared. There is no bathtub in the room, so you must go to the big bath. The hotel has a washing machine and a dryer, 200 yen per time.
JJo-JoeyLocation Located at the subway station Hakozaki Kudaimae Station, exit 3 or 4, one of the exits have an elevator, along the road are stone road, towing is more difficult, about 15 minutes away, via Leshi Street and 7-Eleven, eat and play, very convenient. If you don't take the MTR, you can actually take the bus, but not so frequently. Please pay attention to the West Rail bus timetable. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool with a spa, a 3rd floor lounge with a microwave, induction cooker, toaster, food vending machine, soda vending machine, ice cube machine, drinking water machine.....there is also a suction area. The room is quite large two 30 inch suitcases can be opened, a set of towels per person, can be exchanged with the front desk, if you have to clean the room 3000Yen once. There are planes passing by every day, but fortunately the noise is not loud and the planes are not frequent. Maybe because of the decoration, plus the lights are relatively quiet, I have the illusion that the room is not clean enough.
