Lleotiger22A perfect hotel with unexpectedly excellent service! From the lobby manager to the bar manager, everyone was always there when you needed them. The food was carefully prepared, and the non-slip flooring in the guest bathroom was impeccable. The marble on the walls looked like a painting, very tasteful. If I had to find a flaw, it would be that the hairdryer is a bit big and heavy, and the body lotion the hotel uses is too fragrant. Other than that, it's definitely the top choice hotel for value for money!
VV_TeoEarly check in was not possible but the room is spacious. The amenities in the room are great with a tea set, ironing board, shoe shine and spray that’s great for business travellers. The breakfast was a decent spread with a few nice ones like the Tonkotsu, soba. The onsen was also a highlight, the facilities are great with sauna and multiple shower corners for many people. The location is excellent, just next to the Hakata train station and there are a few pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. The overall ambient of the hotel is nice, clean, and peaceful.

Amazing
MMs Korean kimHip hotel, hip food, room, balcony, all-inclusive food~
And a hotel with a 2:00 PM check-out time ♥️❤️🩷
Stayed here twice. Young, casual, yet professional staff!
The second time, there were no rooms at this hotel, so I
stayed at the Tenjin One Building One Fukuoka Hotel for two nights (same chain hotel).
Here we go~~
For me, except for the pillow, this place was better than the new One Hotel!!
Exit Hakata Station's east exit and take the main road on the right.
A leisurely 10-minute walk, a brisk 5-minute walk.
This is it!!

Great
DDatouxiaoxiaoThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to Canal City, so you can go shopping as soon as you step out. The service is fantastic, and everyone is very friendly. The bathroom has great water pressure, making for a very enjoyable bath experience.

Very Good
GGuest UserStaff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, but the hotel is looking a bit tired (compared to 10 years ago when we stayed previously). Lighting in rooms is poor and the beds are simply old and worn out. Shuttle bus into Hakata is useful but the schedule is pretty limited and whilst the railway across the road is an alternative, there probably are better options closer to town.
JJason@tourLocated in the Fukuoka Port area, it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the city center. Free parking is available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I was surprised to find a dedicated duty-free shop, which I assume is for tourists, as it's the first time I've seen one in Japan 😅😅. Definitely worth a stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very large, the hot spring is on the 2nd floor, there is an open-air pool and indoor pool, and the bath is very large. The hotel is right by the sea, the window of the room is facing the sea, the view is first-class, you can go to the beach for a walk and swim. The hotel's pool is only open every afternoon, we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm, and checked out at 10 pm the next day, so we were not able to go swimming in the pool. Breakfast and dinner are very rich! We have two children (3 and 8 years old), 3 years free, 8 years old will pay 8,000 yen (including breakfast and dinner and accommodation). There is no water in the room, but a pot of ice water is prepared. There is no bathtub in the room, so you must go to the big bath. The hotel has a washing machine and a dryer, 200 yen per time.
JJo-JoeyLocation Located at the subway station Hakozaki Kudaimae Station, exit 3 or 4, one of the exits have an elevator, along the road are stone road, towing is more difficult, about 15 minutes away, via Leshi Street and 7-Eleven, eat and play, very convenient. If you don't take the MTR, you can actually take the bus, but not so frequently. Please pay attention to the West Rail bus timetable. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool with a spa, a 3rd floor lounge with a microwave, induction cooker, toaster, food vending machine, soda vending machine, ice cube machine, drinking water machine.....there is also a suction area. The room is quite large two 30 inch suitcases can be opened, a set of towels per person, can be exchanged with the front desk, if you have to clean the room 3000Yen once. There are planes passing by every day, but fortunately the noise is not loud and the planes are not frequent. Maybe because of the decoration, plus the lights are relatively quiet, I have the illusion that the room is not clean enough.
