Standard Ritz service, nice as usuals. However, the front desk staff is quite mean, stayed two nights and requested extend late checkout from 1pm to 1:30pm but rejected, what a shame to a loyal customer to Ritz and it also do not in line with Ritz global marketing”Late checkout”promotion video. 🫣🫣in over all this hotel is mean, swimming poor need extra charge ¥4000/ppl. It is shame and surprising, we stayed a many Ritz Carlton in the world and never seen one need to charge swimming fee😓😓😑. For birthday trip, it is the worst arrangements among all other Ritz Carlton, no bday card message, no simple room decor etc. Do not recommend this Ritz among all Ritz hotels . Concierge service is good.

Early check in was not possible but the room is spacious. The amenities in the room are great with a tea set, ironing board, shoe shine and spray that’s great for business travellers. The breakfast was a decent spread with a few nice ones like the Tonkotsu, soba. The onsen was also a highlight, the facilities are great with sauna and multiple shower corners for many people. The location is excellent, just next to the Hakata train station and there are a few pharmacy and convenience stores nearby. The overall ambient of the hotel is nice, clean, and peaceful.

Hip hotel, hip food, room, balcony, all-inclusive food~ And a hotel with a 2:00 PM check-out time ♥️❤️🩷 Stayed here twice. Young, casual, yet professional staff! The second time, there were no rooms at this hotel, so I stayed at the Tenjin One Building One Fukuoka Hotel for two nights (same chain hotel). Here we go~~ For me, except for the pillow, this place was better than the new One Hotel!! Exit Hakata Station's east exit and take the main road on the right. A leisurely 10-minute walk, a brisk 5-minute walk. This is it!!

This hotel, located in the Hakata Station area, offers a shuttle bus service that takes about half an hour to reach the property. However, it's important to note that on weekdays, there are only a few scheduled trips to the hotel. On holidays, the free round-trip shuttle runs all day, approximately once an hour. During my stay, which was on a weekday, only the 10 AM and 11 AM shuttle buses were available for departure; there were no other times, so calling a taxi was more convenient. The hotel offers both Japanese and Western dining options, a simple gym, and a nice public onsen. Since the hotel is situated on a mountain, it's not overly crowded, making for a more comfortable stay. My room this time had a good view, and the lobby has been renovated. However, the room only had a shower stall and no bathtub, which guests should be aware of.

The room is about 21 square meters, which is quite spacious and comfortable for Japan. There's a large public bath on the 10th floor, which is really refreshing. They have a shuttle bus to JR Chihaya Station, which helps mitigate the somewhat secluded location. The surroundings are beautiful, and the breakfast is decent, though there's quite a noticeable gap compared to the SORA next door – you get what you pay for. I'd say UMI is good for solo travelers, and SORA for couples!

Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, but the hotel is looking a bit tired (compared to 10 years ago when we stayed previously). Lighting in rooms is poor and the beds are simply old and worn out. Shuttle bus into Hakata is useful but the schedule is pretty limited and whilst the railway across the road is an alternative, there probably are better options closer to town.

Summary: don't stay here. You've been warned. I've been to many capsule hotels in Japan. None were as horribly bad and overpriced as this one. Good: close to the station and the staff do what they can within their (very confined) perceived limits Bad: no sound insulation so you get to enjoy ambient sounds like traffic, trains and other patrons scuffling about during nighttime. The mattress is moldy, dirty and super thin so it doesn't feel comfortable unless you're used to sleeping on a moldy floor. The layout makes absolutely no sense at all. They tried cramming in as many capsules as possible in one small area and called it a day. 2 toilet stalls for 62 capsules? Laughable. The bath area is minuscule so you're queueing just to get a cramped dip. Lockers are minuscule and the luggage area is right next to the reception so you have to cross public area just to get some stuff out of your luggage. No space to unpack in peace either. I'd rather have them drop the breakfast and bathing area in favour of fixing the one thing they're supposed to deliver: a good night's sleep. Consider this place a last resort, not a proper stay.

I stayed here for two nights during the Fukuoka Dome concert. I left Haneda at night and left the airport after 10:30pm. It said that check-in was until 11pm, so I called the hotel and they told me that I could check in until midnight, and that there was a side entrance after that. The location is about 15-20 minutes by train from Fukuoka Airport (with one transfer), and about the same from PayPay Dome. It's about a 3-minute walk from Hakozakimiyamae Station Exit 3, but the elevator to the ground level takes you to Exit 4, so it's quite a detour. (And there were few streetlights, so it was pitch black and quite scary.) There are no convenience stores (or supermarkets) around the station. If you need to prepare breakfast, I recommend buying it before you reach the nearest station. (There's a McDonald's next door, so you can have breakfast!) The room and bed were quite spacious and were enough for one person. Is the building heated even if the indoor air conditioning is turned off? It was quite hot, but there was a humidifier (air purifier) so it was comfortable. Of course, the room has a bathtub, but there is also a large public bath, and I was able to use it right away, which was great. There are four showers and faucets, and the bathtub is big enough for 4.5 people. The changing room is also small, so it may be inconvenient during busy times, but I used it after 11pm on both days, so it was smooth. The amenities and drink service (coffee, black tea, green tea, water) were also sufficient and impeccable. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. I would definitely use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

The hotel is very large, the hot spring is on the 2nd floor, there is an open-air pool and indoor pool, and the bath is very large. The hotel is right by the sea, the window of the room is facing the sea, the view is first-class, you can go to the beach for a walk and swim. The hotel's pool is only open every afternoon, we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm, and checked out at 10 pm the next day, so we were not able to go swimming in the pool. Breakfast and dinner are very rich! We have two children (3 and 8 years old), 3 years free, 8 years old will pay 8,000 yen (including breakfast and dinner and accommodation). There is no water in the room, but a pot of ice water is prepared. There is no bathtub in the room, so you must go to the big bath. The hotel has a washing machine and a dryer, 200 yen per time.
