We stayed here for two nights in the beginning of our trip to Japan and for one night at the end of our trip. The hotel allowed us to store a lot of luggages at the hotel when we travelled elsewhere. The staff is very service minded and my daughter even got gifts at check in. The rooms were very clean. We also got a room upgrade for our last night. The location is as good as it can be with its own subway entrance.
The breakfast is delicious. However, Please note that unusually for Japan five year olds have to pay for breakfast (1650 JPY).
Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Fukuoka I will stay here.

Fantastic location. The hotel is very clean & the staff are helpful. I got the superior room so the room was a little bit more spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The room is a little dim, so maybe difficult for business travelers who need to work in the room. Also, I did not realize the parking was not on the premises. It is about 5 mins walk. Luckily the rain stopped when we arrived. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Good:
The location is great, close to Tenjin district, to subway and railway station. Many good restaurants around. I like the shared kitchen very much, all kinds of cookware are available.
Staffs are helpful, speak fluent English.
Bad:
I booked the Studio Corner room which has the balcony. The balcony is large, but I didn't use it at all. The room and washroom are quite small. I can hardly put anything in the wash basin area.

Easy to travel and conveniently located near tourist spots. Everything is within close reach, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The surroundings are great, and the service is comprehensive, including free water. The breakfast lives up to the hype—delicious, fresh, and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to help. I was impressed with everything. The price is reasonable for the experience, and I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The service staff is friendly, the room is clean and spacious, the bathroom bathtub is very large and very comfortable to use, the location is close to the station, there are many restaurants to choose from, there is a convenience store on the left side opposite the hotel, and there is a rooftop when you walk out. The disadvantage is the location It’s so lively. Even if the room faces the road, you can still hear people playing on the road in the early morning. Overall, it’s highly recommended. Everything was greattttttt! The room was spectacular and the amenities were mind-blowing. I will definitely come back here if I ever come to Fukuoka. It’s not too far from Hakata Station (main / central station) which has so much to offer - more like a plaza to me. Only 700 meters away. The staff speak good English. I really really recommend this hotel. Everything just ticked all the boxes.

It is a hotel that was made into a daimyo in Fukuoka in December 2021. It is famous as a hotel that can read books. There is a cafe on the first floor that is open at midnight, and you can bring a lot of books here to your room. When you open the door, there is a bed in front of you, so the room looks small at first glance, but the comfortable size bath is large and comfortable! Also, the lighting is gentle and this is also comfortable. There are Lawson and drug eleven near the hotel, but there are many drinkers and few convenience stores, so it is good to buy what is necessary in advance and go to the hotel.

The room is white and there is a living corner, and it can be used 々 wide. When I went to the veranda, there were two chairs and a table, and the yacht harbor spread in front of me, and I felt even an illusion that I was overseas. I had a very relaxing time with a yacht harbor from the bath. The spa was very comfortable and the guests were good price, so I would like to go to the spa again for a stay. Breakfast is brought to the room because of the corona. I was looking forward to choosing by the night before. The luxurious breakfast to eat in the room was delicious with local vegetables. The hotel is connected to shopping in Marinoa City next door, so you can shop a lot and it is easy. Of course, the hotel parking is free.

GGuest UserI stayed for the first time even though I live in Fukuoka. Although it was the pioneer of a designer hotel, there were many regrets such as the color of the sofa and the unbalanced feeling of the furnishings in the room. It may not be very concerned for people who are not interested in architecture. It is scheduled to be renovated this year, and there are many questions about Shigeru Uchida now that he has entered the demon register, but it is doubtful whether it will be better. Still good ① Although it is casual of the staff, it is willing to follow this hope. Thank you ② Bathroom Design ③ Bed Headboard Design ④ Black Shoe Bella, Black Clothing Brush Assimilated with the Wall and not messed up ⑤ Only the washbasin was white and the spotlight hit I was worried about it ① No smoking, but the smell of the room ② The height of the chair and table is inconsistent (this is not possible) ③2F The sound of the air conditioning in the lobby toilet (probably improved by renovation) ④ Outside light leaking from the top of the curtain (the pattern of the curtain that Mr. Uchida doesn't think it was originally a roll curtain) ⑤ The soundproofing of the window is not good ⑥ The sofa at the buffet where the brightness is too bright I thought it was difficult to hold a long ** spirit with a cheap color and vinyl sofa. Will the management change and the bubble burst and become more important to the current cost performance than the dignity at the time of the building? Additional note: Breakfast is normal. Because of the reasonable price, the distance from the next seat was not settled. I doubt that there is olive oil in the salad but there is no vinegar (balsamic). It was not even at the hotel buffet I went to the other day.
EEUNSUNGThe room is spacious, which is good. Also, there are only two rooms on one floor, so you don't have to run into people in the next room. There are plenty of towels, and there is a washing machine and a sink in the middle space when you enter the bathroom. There is a basket under the sink, so if you put your towel in there and leave it outside the door, they will change it for you. Since there was no mention of a bathtub in the reviews, I thought there wasn't one, but there was one, so I could take a half-body bath every day and relieve my fatigue, which was nice. Also, the bathroom and the space are separate, so it would be good for families to come. The only thing is that the accommodation is a bit far from the subway, but it's the best.
GGuest UserRequire to walk about 15mins from Hakata stn.
Easy self check in and check out.
Room as per photo. 2 big double and 1 single bed. Enough for 5paxs.
Not enough space to open our luggage.
Beds are comfortable.
PPark papaWhen checking in, it is a bit uncomfortable because it is an unmanned check-in. The distance is quite far from Tenjin Station, but it is easy to get around once you get used to it. (I recommend taking the bus.) There is a lack of food around, but there is a kitchen, so it is good for simple cooking. (The frying pan is not in good condition, so buy one at Daiso and throw it away when you return home.) The room is really spacious, and the bed is good, so I slept comfortably. There is a washing machine and a dehumidifier, so you can do laundry whenever you want, so if you come later, you can reduce your luggage. It is a good room for families.
( Randor Residence Hotel Fukuoka ) There is a place,
I hope you don't get confused.
GGuest UserFirst of all, I still recommend this hotel. The main reason is the location, which is about 1.7 kilometers from Hakata and 1.3 kilometers from the center of Tenjin. It's not far to walk. The second reason is that the price-performance ratio is quite high. Because I have to stay for four to five days, I searched for a long time and only this hotel met my requirements. I was dissatisfied with two points: First, I also accept the self-service style of this hotel. They will send me an email to pick up the key on the day of check-in. The problem is that since you can send it in Chinese, why can't you fully explain how to get started from a novice's perspective? You claimed that there was a front desk customer service at 3 pm, but in fact there was no such thing (I have learned this from the comments sent by other friends who stayed there, and I was surprised that since you can't do it, why do you still note that there is a customer service at the front desk at 3 o'clock?) The fact is that I got the key from the password box, but there was a glass door to enter the elevator (as shown in the picture), and there was no explanation in the email. There was a button sticker on the wall next to it, but there was no Chinese. No one would explain it in Chinese when making an Internet phone call, which was really maddening. Later, I carefully studied it and found that it might be that the keyhole under the right button could be opened by twisting the door with the room key. So if you require self-service, can you think about the settings from the user's perspective? The second thing I strongly reacted to the operator is that there are blind spots in hygiene, but the problem is that the degree of dirtiness inside and outside the air-conditioning outlet is shocking when it is opened. It is obviously a blind spot for cleaning. For a long time, no one has cleaned it, no one has regulated it, and no one has ever checked it. Because such a relatively closed room, the hygiene of such an air outlet device is so poor that it may affect the health of the residents. I strongly hope that the operator will pay attention to this and make improvements. I believe that the air-conditioning outlet in your own home will not be so dirty, so ”do not impose on others what you do not want others to do to you”, not to mention that this facility is for the public, it should not be like this!
AAnonymous UserAlthough the room is small, it is very clean. There is free coffee and a public area for use. There are unlimited cold water bottles, which is very convenient. I will consider it next time.
GGuest UserWe stayed in a family suite (2 double beds + 1 sofa bed) for 3 nights. Room is spacious for 5 of us. Well equipped with a balcony, simple cooking / 2 door fridge and washer. This is a truly no staff manned hotel: Check in - you need to deal with a machine (relatively not user-friendly) to enter all information required plus photograph your face with passport. Complicated but manageable. After that you will get a key to access Hotel lift lobby and your room. Housekeeping - nobody literally enter your room for cleaning at all. We didn't need it thus it didn't bother us. Service - no human service at all except a local telephone number. Not sure how to manage it as we didn't need it and we don't have a local phone sim card can call. Just one thing though, what if in case of emergency? Rooftop there is a communal area where you can chill out enjoying a view over Tenjin and the river. Check out - just drop your key in the box and go. Location is good, approx 5 min walk from the ”Nakasu Kawabata” station. Nearby all kinds of eateries and shopping. We would stay there again if price is right.
AAnonymous UserIt's a place that takes a bit of a walk from the station or bus stop, and although it's called a hotel, it feels like an Airbnb. You have to check in and check out yourself at the entrance, and it feels like a kiosk that requires a lot of authentication. The room is an apartment-style, so it feels clean rather than the latest facilities. There's a basic TV, refrigerator, microwave, iron, etc. in the room, and there's a washing machine (there's also disposable detergent). However, there's almost nothing that can be dried, so you can only do a small amount of laundry. The most regrettable thing is that there's no front desk, so it's difficult to give immediate feedback. It's a hotel with clear pros and cons, so it's difficult to recommend.
Ffran_oisp636We stayed 3 nights in A Good Day and it’s honestly difficult to find something to complain about. As its name suggests it, the hotel is located along the Naka river, a bit south of the Nakasu island, 15 minute walk from the Hakata station. We took actually the time to walk in the neighborhood, full of small and cute shrines, gardens and cozy and cool restaurants and bars. It was actually nicer to discover this neighborhood and much more outside the common tourist areas, which was fine by us. The personal is incredibly nice, the room are clean and very practical, the breakfast is a mix between continental and Japanese. We had a great stay, highly recommendable. The only bémol for us was the powerful green light of the smoke alarm system (I think) on the bedroom’s ceiling. It was really powerful and can be annoying during the night.
SSALTYICEThe room is quite far from Ohori park station, but not long walk. About 10 minutes chilling Yes, but it is recommended that the room is quite small, we stay for 3 people, there is a 29-inch open space for luggage, not enough. More suitable for staying no more than 2 people. But the convenience equipment is complete. Hardly need to bring anything more. The room is on the 2nd floor. The stairs to go up are quite narrow, but there are many steps of wood. The shower room is narrow. The toilet is narrow, the big people are not suitable.
