The rooms are tidy and comfortable with soft bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The location is convenient with easy transportation nearby, and it’s pleasant to take a walk outside. The staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions, making guests feel at home. With shuttle services to and from Pudong Airport and Disneyland, overall, it’s a great accommodation choice.

TTiffanyReceptionists are very helpful and polite. Room is very spacious and clean. Location a bit far from MRT (15-20mins walk) but overall is good location to stay. Nearby also have local breakfast and some cafe and restaurants.

MManlianrenThe hotel experience was really good. The location is excellent, right by the Lujiazui Central Green Space, making shopping, dining, and subway access very convenient. The service was also great; we had someone guide us to the front desk upon check-in, and deliveries could be sent directly to the room. The concierge service was excellent. It was just a cloudy day, so I hope to visit again when the weather is better. I'll definitely choose the classic Ritz-Carlton next time I stay.

开开水ksbooked a room at the Banyan tree for my parents who were visiting to celebrate their wedding anniversary and upon check in we were greeted by the most lovely staff who quickly helped my parents check in and upgraded us for free to a nicer room. It also had prepared Rose petals within the room and some desserts to celebrate their wedding anniversary which was very appreciated. The room was unbelievable and the view alone made the whole experience worth it. My parents absolutely loved their stay and couldn’t stop raving about the service of all the workers as well. we had some items that my family were unsure if we could bring onto flight, and the hotel staff even went out of their way to call the airline to confirm for us. hotel amenities also great, huge gym and pool with multiple spas, and gym having a reformer pilates machine too. we’ve been to many hotels within shanghai now and this is by far the best , with strong service, a modern room and incredible view. all the photos of the view in the review were taken from within the room, better than going out to the bund!

Environment: From my room's window, I could gaze directly at the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower. The hotel is only about 50 meters from the Bund, just a crosswalk away. Once you're there, you're right in front of the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the night view is stunning. Most importantly, it's incredibly convenient. For anyone staying in Shanghai near the Bund, this hotel is highly recommended.

**Facilities**: Overall, they're good, though it might be an older building on a lower floor, which led to a slight odor. That's the only drawback.
**Hygiene**: The bedding and linens were very clean, and the bathroom was also spotless (though the toilet was a bit [censored, implied dirty/stained]).
**Environment**: The decor is a minimalist style. The desk is quite good.

AAnonymous UserPerfect location from Nanjing main road . Super easy to go to. Best if you arent too picky. Good for bag packers, a Friends. If you just need a place for good sleep. It definitely could work 👍 on maintaining the place more . A little beat up and will do wonders with some repair works. Perhaps more intense cleaning will help . Overall. For the price n location it's good enough for us!

GGuest UserThe house is being renovated, so for the weekend, I decided to stay overnight as a local resident of Shanghai. During the two years of the pandemic, I also took my child to many iconic local hotels to experience them. After considering factors such as comfort, location, cost-effectiveness, dining, service, opening hours, and overall quality, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends planning a trip to Shanghai. The staff are very attentive and responsive to any needs. The location is excellent, situated in North Bund, Hongkou District, which is not too noisy and offers easy access to various amenities. For those visiting Shanghai, there is a stand-up comedy show nearby that is definitely worth checking out. The dining options are plentiful, and you can easily reach Siji Minfu within walking distance. The North Bund City Terrace and the Waibaidu Bridge are also within walking distance. Last night, I took a stroll around the area and stood at the North Bund City Terrace. Seeing Shanghai and Pudong's Oriental Pearl Tower from this vantage point was truly breathtaking.
