"My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The hotel's decor is luxurious and stylish, and the common areas are spacious and elegant. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the facilities were top-notch. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient, and they were very responsive to any requests. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, and it offered great value for money."

GGuest UserComing to Shanghai Disney, I looked at many hotels and finally chose this one. The hotel service made us feel right at home, with incredible attention to detail.
Disney Shuttle Service: Punctual. When we returned in the evening, there was hot tea and warm cookies. Before 11 PM, the hotel even provided a late-night snack. It was truly thoughtful.
Scheduled pick-up/drop-off at Zhoupu Station (Line 18): Very convenient for guests.
The hotel breakfast was also abundant, a mix of Western and Chinese options. There were quite a few international guests.
Service: Warm and considerate.
If I had to find a fault, it would be that the facilities aren't as modern as chain hotels, but it's more than sufficient for a vacation.

The room was spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed, with a modern yet luxurious feel. The highlight was definitely the stunning skyline view—especially at night, the city lights created a breathtaking atmosphere right from the comfort of our room. It was a perfect setting to relax and unwind.
The beds were extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful sleep. The room was impeccably clean, and every detail reflected the hotel’s high standards. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a well-designed layout, a strong shower, and a generous bathtub, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The service was exceptional, as expected from a Ritz-Carlton property. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
The location in Pudong is very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and key attractions. It is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and service. It was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return in the future.
这次在上海浦东丽思卡尔顿酒店入住一晚，整体体验非常出色。我们是两位女士出行，预订的是摩天景观双床房。
房间宽敞且设计优雅，整体风格现代又不失奢华感。最大的亮点是房间的城市天际线景观，尤其是夜晚灯光亮起时，景色非常震撼，在房间内就能感受到上海的繁华与魅力，让人非常放松。床铺非常舒适，床品质量上乘，睡眠体验很好。房间卫生状况无可挑剔，每一个细节都体现出酒店的高标准。浴室同样令人满意，空间布局合理，淋浴水压充足，还有浴缸可以放松身心。
服务方面也非常到位，员工专业且热情，从入住到退房都非常顺畅，整体体验十分愉快。
酒店位于浦东核心地段，周边有商场和餐厅，出行和购物都很方便，无论是商务还是休闲出行都很适合。
总体来说，这是一家兼具奢华、舒适与优质服务的酒店，是一次非常愉快的入住体验，未来有机会还会再次选择入住。

YYe111I have to give a special shout-out to Cissy, our customer manager. Her service attitude was absolutely wonderful, always with a sweet smile and a warm, approachable demeanor. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and patiently helped us resolve any issues, making our experience truly excellent. However, I do need to mention that the air conditioning in the room was really poor. It was too hot, which significantly affected our rest. Even though they said the cold air was on, I couldn't feel it at all, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, the young lady's excellent attitude made me feel very well taken care of despite this.

The room was spacious and elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking view of the Huangpu River. The glittering nightscapes of the Bund and Lujiazui were right there, and waking up to the morning sun sparkling on the river was like looking at a painting. The biggest surprise was the service from our butler, Lorna. From pre-arrival itinerary reminders to attentive care throughout our stay, every detail was perfect. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for a stroll along the Bund or a visit to Nanjing Road. It truly offers the facilities of a five-star hotel with the warmth of feeling right at home. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I'll definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and stunning views.

SsignxService: The best hotel I've ever stayed at! No exaggeration. I've tried many hotels in Shanghai, including Shangri-La (Jingan, Pudong), Ritz-Carlton (Pudong), Peninsula (Bund), Shanghai Tower J-Hotel, Grand Hyatt, Kempinski, Disney hotels, Westin, Kerry Centre, Sheraton... Apart from Banyan Tree, which I'm not interested in, and St. Regis, which I tried in Sanya, and Waldorf Astoria, which I haven't had the chance to visit yet, I've checked out almost all the hotels my child and I were interested in.
Honestly, W truly impressed me.
From purchasing the package and booking the dates in advance to phone communication, the staff consistently displayed genuine warmth and professionalism. They meticulously noted all my requests, ensuring accurate internal communication.
On the day of arrival, I wasn't feeling well and my tone wasn't great. Yet, the front desk staff listened attentively and with incredible patience throughout. This level of internal training deeply impressed me. There was none of the arrogance I've experienced at the Peninsula or Ritz-Carlton; instead, it was full of understanding for the customer. I actually want to come back and stay again soon! 😂
I even joked with the hotel staff, asking if this excellent service was because I booked a suite. 😝 But then again, I had suites at Shanghai Tower J-Hotel and Ritz-Carlton too, and the service there was... well, let's just say it was different.
At the W, it's not just the front desk and lobby; even the staff helping with the elevator and the cleaning crew in the basement are incredibly cheerful and sincere. I love this fresh, uplifting energy and team.
Facilities: The facilities are clean and hygienic, and every room has a bidet toilet seat, which is a nice touch!
Environment: Very clean, and most importantly, the view across the river is absolutely stunning.
Hygene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean. And their response time is super fast.
If I had to pick one downside, it would be that the配套 facilities at Magnolia Plaza are a bit too low-end, haha. They really don't match the W's standard.

CChikaocuigujiaodetaiyangxuetengThe hotel has a bit of history, and stepping into the room gives off a retro vibe. The bathroom style is certainly unique, but overall the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel lobby was always busy, which just goes to show that the Andaz Xintiandi is still a classic and worthwhile place to stay. Special shoutout to Peter for being so responsive and attentive to guests' needs.
