Hot Springs Hotels in Shanghai

It was a great experience in Shanghai puyan hotel. The hotel is really close from the nanjingdonglu train station, it's about 5 mins by walk. And the view of hotel is heading the dongfangmingzhu tower! Especially, the hotelier Shirley, she help us in the kindest manner! She helped us to change to a new room with great view when we check in, And at the end of stay, we lost something in our room, but she helped us to find the missing luggage! Room condition also great! Scent, water, bedding, everything. I recommend to visit in here!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. The staff made us feel extremely welcome - special mention to the lovely Jasmine Chen from the front desk and the lady duty manager at the breakfast restaurant who’s customer service and attentive nature was a blessing.Will return if we visit Shanghai again. I live in Shanghai Metropolis, so a long weekend break in Songjiang was much-needed, and your hotel was my first pick as I am an IHG Member!!!!! Just take a look at my photos, and you'll see my happy face!! The experience at the hotel and the surrounding area was fabulous!!!! Wonderful, helpful, pleasant, smiling staff - from GM Richard Hng, to Director of Rooms, Mike, to Alisa who told me about my gift at check-out, to Seven at check-in, to Alex the bus-boy who carried my luggage and was so helpful , to the doorman who hailed me taxis and held the door open . . . .to the dining staff...to the housekeeping staff.....THANK YOU for my wonderful memories!!! Songjiang is beautiful and cultural..I enjoyed Guangfulin Park, a ride on the Green Line in a tram, Thames Town, and, of course, meeting friendly people, so wonderful as I travel everywhere alone!! I hope to return to your area in March for the sakura in the park!!

We booked this hotel specifically for the onsen experience, but, to our disappointment, the hot springs are closed for an entire month! While the room is comfortable, it feels like a letdown without access to the baths. Unfortunately, the front desk didn’t offer any upgrade or discount to make up for this inconvenience.

We chose Capella for our first visit to Shanghai. Truly, it is a charming and supremely tranquil hotel in the heart of the city. The warmth and eagerness of the staff to assist us left us deeply moved. Every detail in our villa was meticulously and elegantly arranged, from the placement of the slippers to the absolutely silent light switches. We've stayed in many luxurious hotels and received beautiful luggage tags upon checkout, but the farewell gift from Capella left an impression far warmer and more memorable in our hearts. A truly elegant and exquisite experience.

Next to Disney, about 15 minutes by car, it's easier to go to Disney in the morning. I came at night, there is a small road without street lights, it's a bit difficult to drive. The room is a little surprise, the baby is very happy to sleep upstairs, and the floor heating is also very comfortable. You need to tell the housekeeper about the hot spring in the yard, and the housekeeper can open the main valve and then drain the water. It's very comfortable to soak and then go to sleep. The breakfast is very ordinary, you can choose between small wontons and seafood noodles, and the small wontons taste good. Others include orange juice, milk, boiled eggs, croissants, milk can be heated, and the croissants are not heated. It was agreed to be sent to Disney at 8:30, but it broke the appointment. It was only at 8:50 that they said the car was broken, which was speechless.

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. When I entered the door, I saw a beautiful flower stand. The breakfast was rich in variety, clean, and tasted good. The experience was good. I will choose this place again next time.

Our favorite hot spring hotel in Shanghai, one of very few (if not the only one) that has rooms with private courtyard bath. We booked one of those and loved it , service was nice and they try to speak English to you if you can’t communicate in Chinese. Highly recommended for hot spring lovers and Disney visitors - place is minutes away from Disneyland and has a shuttle bus to get there. Only issue is the floor, since you have to remove your shoes on the entrance, I feel like they could pay more attention to it and keep it cleaner. We didn’t risk it to walk around barefoot, it felt sticky 😣 Food in their Japanese restaurant was quite decent, breakfast was rich (very Asian tho). We will be back regardless 🙌

Originally, I contacted the small sweet potato account for the cleaning fee and asked if I needed a cleaning fee. The reply was not needed and the small sweet potato store sent notes and replied to the comments saying that there was no cleaning fee. We went and looked at the picture. Environment: The homestay is not big. The environment can also have a fence. There is a cute puppy in it. Hygienic: Generally, the chair under the sink is very dirty after taking it out, and some sanitary corners are also dirty. Service: The staff is very good because there is no elevator on the 3rd floor. We have a lot of luggage. The front desk lady came back and helped us several times. The child broke a sand shovel. I was going to lose money. The staff were very gentle and said it was okay.
