很差的入住體驗。晚上11點多入住，沒有做能量測試和壓力測試可以理解，第二天也沒有工作日人員提醒我們去做，如果不是以前來過知道有這麼個流成，那麼包括測試，手環，茶等一系列入住酒店該有的服務都享受不到。另外，套餐內的一份正餐山野櫻，我在入住前跟前台定好了第二天晚上用餐，到店後餐廳説不能使用，不僅如此，前台和餐廳雙方推卸，電話轉來轉去，沒有工作人員解決問題，電話裏説用餐在一樓大廳，到了一樓説在二樓。行李員拿了行李後沒有寫房間號，還要客人從車裡再去大廳找，真的誇張，整個很混亂，工作也沒有人交接，整個差評。

Very satisfied with the stay experience, although there was a small episode, I hope the hotel can improve the communication of lost and found. Everything else is very satisfactory. The staff are very enthusiastic. Less courses are set during the week but there are fewer people. I recommend the chanting class at 4 o'clock! The hot spring is very suitable for parents and children, and the children love it. You can experience health care from the beginning of your stay, and there is health tea delivered in a thermos cup every day. The energy physical examination is also good, thank you housekeeper Moon. And Albert at the front desk contacted me in advance. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor tastes good. I will probably visit this hotel again.
