The location is excellent, just a short walk from The Bund and Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street. It was especially convenient for shopping, as we could easily return to the hotel to drop off our purchases before heading out again to explore the city.
The hotel was also very convenient for receiving deliveries, which added to the comfort of our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We particularly appreciated their assistance in arranging transportation to the airport, making our departure smooth and stress-free.
Overall, the combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made this a wonderful experience. We will definitely choose Treasury Hotel again when we return to Shanghai and would highly recommend it to fellow travellers."

"The hotel is located very near to nanjing east street with alot of resturants nearby. It is behind the holiday inn hotel building. The counter staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to the housekeep auntie on level 5. She give us extra bottle water and coffee upon request and always kept a smiling face. Laundry room was good as the machine for both washing and drying was big. The hotel bed and pillow was firm and comfortable. Will definitely choose this hotel again."

"The location is great, near to many famous food places and shopping district. However, the hotel room is small, bathroom is small too. The room has a smell of mouldy air con, or clothes not dried with sun kind of smell that lingered for long. They don’t change bedsheets or blanket covers unless requested (we stayed five nights). And after night 3 I requested cos it was dirty. Ordering food and collection of Taobao parcels were easy. Service staff were friendly. So all they need is really a Reno I guess. Oh there is no drop off area for hotel so getting on cabs or didi was a bit difficult but doable."

Transport: Airport transfer service is available, but you need to coordinate with the hotel. The shuttle runs every hour, so if you miss one, you’ll have to wait another hour.
Free Disney shuttle bus service is available for both going to and returning from the park. However, the shuttle to Disney leaves very early at 7am. Unless you have Early Park Entry, otherwise it may be too early to arrive, as the regular park opening time is 8:30am.
Location: There are plenty of food and drink shops in front of the hotel. The hotel is located slightly inside from the drop-off point, requiring about a 1-minute walk. The entrance can be a bit hard to find when you first arrive, as it’s not directly at the roadside.
Overall: Comfortable stay with a spacious room and good amenities. Convenient if you’re visiting Disney the day after you touch down."

"We stayed with two children, and they upgraded us to a Little Yellow Duck themed room, which the kids absolutely loved.
The complimentary scheduled shuttle service was a thoughtful touch. On our first day, we wanted to go to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Just as we were about to call a taxi, the shuttle driver told us he could take us directly and advised us not to bother with a taxi, which was super convenient.
Heartwarming late-night snack: We could enjoy a late-night snack after returning to the hotel. They offered mini wontons and mixed noodles. The mini wontons were delicious, and the kids really enjoyed them.
Cleanliness: Overall, it was excellent!
Minibar all-you-can-drink: There were sodas, and for the kids, oat milk and cookies. The cookies were incredibly tasty!
Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering it directly to the room.
Another shout-out to the hotel: I accidentally booked an extra room on another platform but forgot about it. The hotel proactively contacted me, which was very considerate, and they even refunded me in the end. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for family travel."

"The location of the hotel is good, near the Bund and with a big Raffles City mall alike next to it. However, the room is not as well maintained as what the pictures depicts online. There are corners and spots that you can tell with the wear and tear or lack of proper maintenance.
Wall beside sink moldy, due to impractical design; hole in pillar due to structural design failure again too; burnt marks on table etc. These are not too major but adds up to determine a comfortable stay or not. At least, the bed, towels and room is generally clean.
This is also probably a hotel that I've visited in Shanghai that does not have a proper drop-off for cars. This makes it inconvenient for visitors arriving by car with luggage."

"We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin.
The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs.

The way they make their way to the lift just to press button for you, the way all staff including the housekeeping cheerfully greet you every time they see us, the free laundry services (they wash and dry for you, not self service), this hotel is where you would want to stay at when you’re in Shanghai. Big kuddos to all the front desk staff, male and females, and the Disney tour guide Ms. Li that we engaged from hotel last minute to make our Disneyland trip easier and happier ❤️

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because of its excellent location, which makes dining and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are quite new, not an old-fashioned style, but rather modern and minimalist. The bathroom isn't large but it's clean, and the automatic toilet is a nice touch. The sink and toilet are also separate, which is great for two people traveling together as you don't get in each other's way.
The bed was comfortable. It rained a lot during my stay, but there was no musty smell in the room. The room facilities are also quite new, making it a good choice for solo travelers. The front desk service was excellent; any small issues were quickly addressed and resolved. The breakfast buffet is conveniently located on the ground floor, right by the front desk. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

KKCLim67Hotel was good with clean room and excellent service. This hotel do not have a proper pick up and drop off, hence have to do it at next building without shelter. We were very unlucky as it was raining during our check out rushing to airport and got wet.
Next was the restaurant for breakfast. Never expect its was like a 2 stars hotel breakfast environment. The breakfast spread was fine with a coffee machine.
They do have a coffee machine at lobby for free serving 24 hours. There is a convenient store just beside the hotel but not operate 24hrs.
Another postive was the Metro station just opposite the hotel.

GGuest UserI've been wanting to visit this hotel for ages, and I finally got to arrange a stay. When I arrived, I noticed a really long queue, which just goes to show how popular this parent-child hotel is with families. Most guests seemed to be from the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area, bringing their kids to burn off some energy. The backyard has plenty of play facilities, but the beach was definitely the highlight. The sand was so soft; it felt amazing to walk on barefoot. This season is perfect for a visit – not too cold and not too hot – but you definitely need to pick a day with good weather. It's not open during the rainy season. You'll need to bring your own beach toys, which is understandable for public hygiene and safety. Bob provided excellent service during our stay, responding quickly and helping us with many things. Parking at the hotel is also free.

GGuest UserIn a word, the Banyan Tree hotel did not disappoint us. We stayed there for eight consecutive days, enjoying the high-quality service of a luxury hotel every single day. Although we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in, it was because my wife is sensitive to all hair, so they specially treated our room. By the time we opened the door to our room, our luggage was already there. The room design was impeccable, with huge windows offering a perfect view of the boats cruising on the Huangpu River and the Shanghai skyline.
Not only was the breakfast abundant, but it was also served for an exceptionally long time, until 12 PM. The restaurant staff were incredibly diligent and responsible. On one occasion, my wife left her sun hat near the hotel restaurant and thought it was lost outside, but they actually found it the next day. Furthermore, the lobby manager and concierge were very responsible; they proactively helped us track every package we ordered online and had delivered to the hotel. Our private butler was also very attentive, always resolving our issues quickly and perfectly, and proactively asking if we needed any further assistance. Many small details like these made us truly love this hotel.
Of course, only praising the hotel would seem a bit unrealistic. We feel that the area most in need of improvement is the room's hardware facilities. Some details in the room showed cracks in the flooring, peeling cement and broken bricks on the walls, and the drainage system wasn't perfect. We hope the hotel will undertake renovations and improvements when the opportunity arises. It's understandable for a hotel that's over ten years old; maintaining it to this extent is already quite an achievement.

AAndx517Located at Pudong East side which is slightly outskirt of Shanghai town but good for Disneyland/Shanghai Zoo stay. Provided the shuttle bus for the airport and Disneyland transfer. The two lady staff at night arrival were kind and polite, full of sincere greetings during arrival but the morning check in staff doesn't seem friendly compared to the night shift. The room was spacious and comfortable, comes with an intelligent toilet bowl and XiaoDu home control. and also a washing machine inside. Complimentary simple snacks and soft drinks in the fridge. Breakfast more to local Chinese cuisine well enough and acceptable but expected better for Hyatt standard. This Hotel comes with a beautiful garden beside river which is good for photography and hanging around with children, had small children's playground at the garden as well. Overall we had a great experience for our stay , but there's room for improvement on the Breakfast side and also the services from the morning shift receptionist.

It was packed with animated elements, and we got to take home bath towels, luggage tags, and pillowcases, plus there were other complimentary gifts like sticky notes. Most importantly, the room was very clean and definitely worth staying in. Breakfast was better than we expected, really tasty, and the restaurant wasn't crowded when we went around 10 AM. After eating, we even made some fridge magnet crafts. Staying at the Toy Story Hotel made everything so convenient; after checking in in the morning, we didn't have to worry about a thing – our luggage was already in our room when we returned in the afternoon. The lobby and room service staff were all very welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

It was stress-free and wonderfully relaxing from start to finish, so I absolutely have to write a detailed, glowing review to recommend it to every couple planning a Disney honeymoon!
First, let's talk about the most crucial aspect: its location and shuttle service. This is truly a godsend for Disney visitors! The hotel is only about a 20-minute drive from Disneyland, and best of all, they offer a complimentary dedicated Disney shuttle service. We checked in the day before and reserved the 7:30 AM shuttle with the front desk. The next morning, it departed promptly, taking us right to the park entrance. No rushing for the subway, no hassle with taxis, and we even had time for breakfast before heading out – perfectly suited for the relaxed pace of a honeymoon. After watching the spectacular fireworks show at night, there was no squeezing through crowds or worrying about finding a taxi; we simply took the hotel's return shuttle back. It was effortless and reassuring the entire time, making it incredibly convenient for honeymooning couples.
Next, I have to praise the hotel environment and room experience – it was romantic and elegant, perfectly capturing the honeymoon vibe! Walking into the hotel, the common areas were tidy and tasteful, with refined details that made for great photo opportunities. Our room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding, changed for each guest, was soft and skin-friendly; lying on it, our fatigue instantly melted away. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, stable water pressure, and plenty of hot water – a hot shower after a long day at the park was incredibly therapeutic. The smart facilities in the room were also a huge plus: automatic curtains, a Bluetooth speaker, and welcoming music, combining technology with warmth.
