The breakfast buffet is incredibly lavish. The beds at the hotel are also very comfortable. My friend introduced me to this hotel last time, and I chose to stay here again for my current Disneyland trip. If you stay for multiple days, the hotel can even assist with laundry services, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Since I was going to Suzhou, I chose a place right by the high-speed train station. It's just a few minutes' walk, which saved a lot of time and effort. The subway station is also right next to the hotel, which is fantastic. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the room has plenty of charging ports for any type of charger. The room service was also very attentive. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The sofa by the window was perfectly angled to offer a fantastic view of the city skyline, and even the lighting was gently adjusted to be soft and non-glaring. This meant I could leisurely enjoy breakfast and then relax in the room for a bit longer without rushing to pack up. This unhurried, relaxed feeling, free from any pressure, truly is the most luxurious experience when traveling.

Their polite and considerate demeanor, along with their attention to detail, truly showcased their high service standards. The executive lounge experience was excellent as well. It was quiet and elegant with a comfortable atmosphere, and the food and drink selection was extensive. Both the afternoon tea and evening snacks were top-notch. It was perfect for a quick break, getting some work done, or simply relaxing. My time in the lounge was very enjoyable. Overall, the guest rooms were clean and tidy, the hardware was well-maintained, and the comfort level was very high. From the customer service at the front desk and concierge to the amenities and experience in the lounge, you could feel the hotel management's dedication and thoughtfulness at every step. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families, and I will definitely choose it again for my next visit. Special tip: The underground parking is charged, but you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange complimentary ground parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

I made a last-minute decision to stay at this hotel, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The room offered a direct view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' skyline, including the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower – the entire panorama was right before my eyes. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's still very well-maintained. The breakfast selection was extensive. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This family-friendly hotel is quite famous, and I've been wanting to try it for a while. I couldn't book a room for this Sunday using my voucher initially, but then two days prior, I saw a twin room became available. I quickly seized the last bit of the summer vacation to check out this hotel in Sheshan. There are many entertainment attractions nearby: Happy Valley, Guangfulin Cultural Relics, and Maya Beach Water Park are right across the street. The hotel itself features an artificial beach and a swimming pool. The Squirrel Park alone is enough to keep my two young babies entertained for two days. Bob provided excellent service. After checking out, I saw a Ctrip 919 event offering two nights for 999 RMB, so I immediately bought it, eagerly awaiting our next family trip!

This is my second stay here, and it's definitely a great value-for-money option near Disney. The room was huge, and they even provided complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge. After a whole day at Disney, it was a perfect place to rest. Next door is 'One Foot Garden', so on the second day, we just took the kids there to play on the slides and in the sand. The adults enjoyed the breeze by the lake and had some tea. This time, I was a bit lazy and also ate at the hotel; the set meal was really good value, and the scrambled eggs were incredibly delicious.

Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's very well-maintained. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no obvious dust even in the corners. The amenities were easy to use; the shower had great water pressure, and the hot water temperature could be perfectly adjusted. The air conditioning was also individually controllable to my preferred temperature. This time, I tried the AI smart sleep-aid bed. I was skeptical at first, but after turning it on, I really did fall into a deep sleep very quickly. There was no noise at night either (haha, the benefit of being on a high floor). I skipped breakfast because I wanted to sleep in, but I'll definitely try it next time! 😏 The views from any side are fantastic – beautiful both day and night.

I give a huge thumbs up to the service at the Play All Hotel! As soon as we arrived, staff at the entrance helped us with our luggage and directed us to the baggage storage. I had already completed the online check-in, and they proactively informed us about the half-day passes and early park entry options when we arrived. Once we had our room number, our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and even express deliveries were brought right inside. The guest services center was always smooth, efficient, and incredibly responsive to any request we had. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job; everything was spotless, and we even found a handwritten note from the staff. Water and other consumables were replenished on demand. The mattress was comfortable, the bedding was cozy, and the 1.5-meter bed was quite spacious. They also have a shuttle bus service with very frequent departures, and the staff would even help lift strollers on and off. The recreation center staff at Play All Hotel organized a variety of engaging activities for the children, playing with them and even having interactive sessions with characters like Buzz Lightyear and Woody. They also offered hotel tours for kids, fridge magnet making, and clay activities. On B1, you can even buy ice cream and chocolate lollipops. Overall, the experience at Play All Hotel was superb and perfect for families. All the service staff were proactive in greeting us and responded to our needs immediately. It was an unbeatable experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again.

The overall experience was absolutely fantastic, so I must give it a well-deserved five-star rating! The location is truly unbeatable. It's incredibly close to Shanghai Wild Animal Park, just a 10-15 minute drive away. This means no early mornings and long commutes, and my child didn't get restless during the car ride. The hotel even offers a thoughtful complimentary shuttle service, dropping guests off at the zoo promptly at 9:00 AM and picking them up at 5:00 PM. This saved us the hassle of finding parking ourselves and made traveling with a child so much easier and more convenient. The surrounding area is also very well-equipped. Within walking distance, there are supermarkets, snack shops, convenience stores, and various restaurants. You can easily buy snacks, milk, and baby food that your child loves at any time. All daily essentials are taken care of in one go, meaning you don't need to carry a huge bag of supplies when you go out with your child. It's also very close to the subway, making it convenient to explore the city center later on. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, with simple yet cozy decor. The lobby is clean, bright, and well-ventilated, without any noisy or bustling atmosphere, which is ideal for children to rest and play. The whole atmosphere feels comfortable and reassuring. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally good. Every corner of the room, under the bed, and the vanity area were spotless, free of any strange odors or dust. The bed was very comfortable, with a mattress that was just the right balance of soft and firm, so my child, after a day of playing, could lie down and sleep soundly. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the floor was treated with anti-slip material, so I didn't have to worry about my child slipping and falling. The attention to detail extends to the room facilities, which are also very child-friendly. The smart lighting and automatic curtains are easy to operate, so you don't have to walk back and forth to switch things on and off, making it more convenient to care for your child. The toiletries are mild and non-irritating, which gave me peace of mind using them for my child. The Wi-Fi speed was also very fast, so my child could watch cartoons occasionally and adults could use their phones without any lag. What I want to praise the most is the hotel's service. After a hearty breakfast, we were full of energy to explore the zoo. This May Day trip to Shanghai Wild Animal Park was so easy and enjoyable because we chose Guyiju Hotel. My child had a great time, and the adults weren't exhausted. I sincerely recommend this hotel to all parents bringing their children to Shanghai Wild Animal Park or Disneyland.
