We loved our short stay at MoYu Movie Hotel! It is in an excellent location - close to the metro and so many areas! The movie element was everywhere - from the front desk reception to how your room key looks. So festive, especially for movie lovers! 🎬 The room was comfortable - especially the bed. The shower had a waterfall feature which is always great - soaps and shampoos smelled nice. The front desk was super helpful to help me find a package and also contacted us about a shirt we left behind. They went above and beyond! We would stay here again!

Choosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Disney experience! The hotel's location is superb, making dining, entertainment, and transportation incredibly convenient. The room hygiene was impeccable; it was so clean and tidy that we felt completely relaxed. The front desk staff were attentive and reliable, making check-in a breeze, and they were proactive in resolving any requests we had. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a thoughtful touch, making transport hassle-free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the toiletries were high-quality, offering a great user experience. We also enjoyed the free massage chairs in the lobby, along with freshly ground coffee and daily brewed plum juice available at all times. On a night we returned late from the park, our clothes hadn't dried, and a staff member thoughtfully offered to dry and fold them for us. This level of detailed service truly made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

The rooms are clean and tidy, predominantly featuring a minimalist modern decor with wood tones and white accents, creating a fresh and elegant ambiance for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is a buffet with a rich variety of options; the freshly cooked noodles and mini wontons are particularly popular, with a free choice of toppings. The front desk staff are friendly and highly responsive, striking a perfect balance—never overly intrusive, yet always on hand to assist promptly when needed.

This hostel is centrally located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of popular attractions like Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, People's Square Metro Station, and the Bund. It's surrounded by a wealth of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making transportation very convenient. The subway station is only a 2-5 minute walk away, and daily necessities like the First Department Store and 7-Eleven are nearby, greatly enhancing travel convenience. The front desk staff: Xiaoxin, Xiaoshi, Xiaoxu, Zhuzhu, and Xiaolei, provided exceptional service. They were enthusiastic, helpful, and proactively assisted in resolving minor issues during our stay.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making the check-in process very efficient. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The cleanliness was impeccable, showing great attention to detail. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

We stayed at Magnotel (Shanghai International Tourism Resort, Pudong Airport) for 8 nights, and overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. For the price, we felt that we got good value, especially since we were staying for more than a week as two international travelers. The room was surprisingly spacious for two people. We had quite a lot of luggage with us, but there was still plenty of space to move around and organize our things. The bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping. After being out all day exploring Shanghai, it was nice to come back to a clean and tidy room. The hotel breakfast was okay. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but there were enough choices for a decent breakfast before heading out for the day. Having breakfast at the hotel was convenient, especially when we had an early schedule. Another big plus was the shuttle service. The hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as shuttle service to and from Shanghai Disneyland. This was very convenient, especially when we had luggage or were coming back late after a long day. It made getting to and from the airport much easier, and the Disneyland shuttle was also helpful during our visit. The location worked well for us because we were usually out for most of the day exploring different parts of Shanghai. There is a bus station within walking distance, although it takes around 15–20 minutes to get there. The walk was manageable for us, but it's something to consider if you're not used to walking or if you're carrying a lot of things. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel, which was useful for getting water, drinks, and a few basic necessities. However, the selection was quite limited, so there really wasn't much to choose from. There also weren't many restaurants or food options immediately around the hotel. Because of this, we ended up ordering food delivery quite often, especially after long days when we were already tired and didn't want to walk around looking for somewhere to eat. Thankfully, the hotel's delivery robot was very convenient. Whenever we ordered food, the robot would bring the delivery to the hotel, so we didn't have to keep going down to the lobby to collect our orders. This was a small feature, but it made things much easier during our stay. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which was probably the main thing we noticed was missing. It's not a major issue, but it's something worth knowing in advance if you're used to having one. Overall, the hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable, and good value for an 8-night stay. The area is relatively quiet, and it may not be the best choice if you want to step outside and immediately have lots of restaurants, shops, or street food options. However, if you're okay with using public transportation, walking a bit, or ordering food delivery, it works well. For us, the combination of a spacious room, daily housekeeping, comfortable bed, airport shuttle, Disneyland shuttle, and convenient delivery robot made the stay easy and comfortable. We were mostly out exploring Shanghai anyway, so the hotel served as a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. Overall, we would consider booking again if we return to Shanghai. It was a comfortable and practical choice for our trip, especially for a longer stay.

The air conditioning, lighting, and power outlets in the room all worked properly, and I didn't encounter any malfunctions. The common areas were well-maintained, and the overall environment looked clean and fresh. The location is also good, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Whenever I had an issue and contacted the front desk, their response was prompt and helpful, not perfunctory. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one offers good value for money. It was a comfortable and reliable stay, and I didn't regret choosing it. It's suitable whether you're staying for a business trip or a short stopover. While it wasn't particularly amazing, everything was up to standard. I would consider staying here again if I need accommodation in the area and would recommend it to friends.

I chose this hotel for a trip with my grandson. It's very close to the Bund, just a few minutes' walk, and about 20 minutes to the City God Temple. There are many Shanghai-style restaurants around the hotel, and stepping out, you're right on an old Shanghai street. Nanjing Road and the subway station are also just a few minutes away.

The hotel's ambiance is truly relaxing, with lots of greenery that gives you a sense of quiet solitude away from the city buzz. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great for sleeping. Watching movies on the projector at night was a real treat. The staff provided excellent service, and the shuttle to Disneyland was always on time. Overall, it was a very hassle-free and pleasant stay.
