EElzyataThe location was good. Taxi stops completely not so far away from the hotel. The walk was Ok even with 4 luggages. Breakfast was good (seafood, chicken, pork with veggies, dumplings, croissants, mooncakes, coffee, tea, yogurt). Though, like almost everywhere in China, the taste of fried pork was in all dishes (I guess the oil that is used in cooking is the thing). The territory is nice, the rooms are pretty as well. But be aware that it’s very cold in winter. It was even impossible to take a shower. On the second day the staff increased the temperature till 30*. It was still very very cold, we slept dressed in sweaters😅. It’s worth mentioning that we always returned late and fatigue so we forgot to complain upon the room temperature. So, maybe it could be solved. I guess it should be warmer if you stay in the main building. In the summer the stay must be way better.

SShuihetianThe hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has no strange odors. While the environment isn't beautiful, it's very close to the subway entrance. The service is generally acceptable, though the lobby greeters don't proactively help guests with their luggage. The facilities are the worst. The toilet seat opening is too large, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit on, especially for those with smaller hips. You also can't use disposable hygiene covers, and it's not a smart toilet. The room is so small that with the 1.8-meter king-size bed, you can only get on and off from one side, which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable for guests. The window in the room can only be opened a tiny crack, making proper ventilation difficult.

MM47409****The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and the location is incredibly convenient, right next to Beijing West Railway Station (high-speed rail and subway). It's just a few minutes' walk to both the subway and high-speed train, making it perfect for getting around central Beijing. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. I stayed for 4 consecutive days, and the housekeeper cleaned it daily, which was great. On my birthday, they even sent a card, fruit, and yogurt – very thoughtful!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers a shuttle service from Gate 15 on the 1st floor of the airport, running every 15 and 45 minutes, which is super convenient. It's only a 5-minute ride to the hotel. The front desk lady and the manager were incredibly kind; they upgraded me to a huge, spotless room. I was extremely satisfied, and they even thoughtfully provided a space heater. I'll definitely book the China Southern Pearl Hotel again for my next trip!

The staff are incredibly service-oriented and have excellent attitudes, always ready to help with any request. The breakfast is quite rich and varied, and the rooms even have balconies with great natural light. It's also very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending.

JJielimiThe hotel's location is fantastic, right on Qianmen Street and very close to Zhushikou subway station. You can find delicious Beijing cuisine just a short walk from the hotel entrance. We were there for a weekend trip with our child, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a family room. Although the bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area, it didn't impact our comfort at all, and the water heater provided hot water very quickly. With one king bed and one single bed, the bedding was super comfortable, and after a day of sightseeing, a good night's rest in the room immediately relieved our fatigue. Qianmen Street is right outside the window. The room's decor has a beautiful Republic of China era style. All the staff were very friendly. For this price, this location, and this level of comfort, it's truly a great deal.

WWangxiaoguai510Excellent value for money!!!!! The surrounding amenities are very convenient, and it's newly renovated. Honestly, you won't find a hotel of this caliber in Beijing for this price. The service is also great; they basically meet all your needs. The breakfast is also very generous; I thought it would be simple for such a low price, but they even have a coffee machine. The only drawback might be the lack of central air conditioning, as it's an older wall-mounted unit. However, for Beijing, where there's no heating, being able to turn on the hot air whenever you want is actually quite comfortable.
