"The room was clean and incredibly quiet despite being close to the airport – absolutely no noise. The Cantonese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel serves outstanding food! 👍🏻
As Hongkongers, we were absolutely blown away by the authentic Guangzhou-style soup. The Peking duck, roasted pigeon, and braised platter were all incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it to any Hong Kong friends staying at the hotel.
There's a 24-hour free shuttle bus to Terminals T2/T3 too! 👍🏻"

Perfect
JJieximeimeiThe quadrangle courtyard room was a really interesting experience, especially being in the hutong. It would have been even more convenient if we didn't need the shuttle bus, but that's probably only an issue in winter. The decor and facilities were decent, but the service was exceptionally good, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were always ready to help, responding to messages in the group chat and solving problems at any time. A special thank you to our housekeepers, Melody and Vicky – they made us feel so welcome. Since we were traveling with our child, they even upgraded our room to a connected one, which made it much easier to look after the little one. Our kid absolutely loved it! 👍 During New Year's, there were special and very fun activities in the Ten Alleys. The New Year's Eve dinner at Vicini was also delicious. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived.
But there was happened several things as shown below,
1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport.
2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB.
3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB.
4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport.
5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi.
6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance.
7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back.
8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor.
But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me.
I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful.
Thanks,
Best regards,

GGuest UserLast year, for National Day, I chose the Wanda Vista Hotel in Beijing and was thoroughly impressed by its luxury and warm service. I immediately decided it would be my go-to hotel for all future visits to Beijing. This time was just as excellent as before. The location is superb, making dining convenient, and transportation to various attractions is a breeze. It's just a few minutes' walk to Dawanglu subway station. The breakfast features fresh ingredients, a wide variety of options, and delicious flavors. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, creating a refined and peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, with high-quality amenities and impeccable cleanliness. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was professional and discreet; they didn't intrude but were immediately responsive to any needs. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious, with a diverse selection and excellent taste. The location is superb, making travel convenient while still being quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle – perfect for both relaxation and work. The overall ambiance is sophisticated yet warm, with thoughtful details evident everywhere. It was a truly pleasant experience, definitely worth revisiting and highly recommending.

GGuest UserAside from being a bit old, and its location contributing to the higher price, this hotel has no other major flaws. Despite its age, the facilities aren't run down.
Even though I stayed in a 1.2-meter bed, I noticed the mattress was slightly wider than the bed frame, making it feel much more spacious than 1.2-meter beds in other hotels. I just wish the pillows offered a bit more support; as someone with neck issues, I found them a little uncomfortable.
Great location, excellent service, and a pleasant environment. Lots of foreigners around – always seeing handsome guys, hahaha!

ZZhuangrumaoniuLet's start with the downsides: the soundproofing isn't great. You can hear people walking around upstairs, and the doors don't block out sound at all – it's like people talking outside are right in your room. Also, no one helped with luggage when I arrived, and sometimes the concierge didn't even bother to open the door.
On the plus side, the front desk service was excellent and they answered all my questions patiently. Breakfast was just okay, not a lot of variety. The biggest advantage is definitely the hotel's location; it's super convenient for getting around.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an InterContinental hotel, and I booked a panoramic suite. At 5,000 for two nights on Trip.com, it felt like the best value for money among similar hotels. The location was perfect, right next to Sanlitun, where I wanted to explore, and also near BM (presumably a brand or store). The customer service staff were all excellent, especially Zoey and Daisy. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the mini-bar had the widest variety I've ever seen. The welcome fruit selection was also very generous. Considering the dry weather, they even provided pear soup, which was warm and a really thoughtful touch. The toilet was smart – you didn't even have to lift the lid yourself! The facilities are great; those who prefer a modern minimalist style will love it! Also, when I mistakenly thought I'd left something behind, they were incredibly thorough and helpful in searching for it. Now that I've said so many good things, I'll mention one minor drawback, as I'm not a shill and this is an honest recommendation. I found their breakfast to have a wide variety, but the taste wasn't refined enough and lacked distinctiveness. Since I'm quite particular about food, if 10 is a perfect score, I'd give it a 7. Perhaps my expectations were just too high!

11860103****Although the suite isn't huge, the room layout is very practical. Having two bathrooms, one for guests and one en-suite, is a thoughtful touch. The pillows in the bedroom are incredibly comfortable; the slow-rebound firm latex is perfect for anyone with neck issues. There's also a wall-mounted bench along the bed, great for sitting or placing items. The handheld showerhead had a slight buildup of limescale, causing the water to spray out a bit, so I'd suggest a quick descaling. Also, the toilet costing 18,000 was truly astonishing! Overall, a very good stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel felt a bit dated, but the service was genuinely excellent. They knew we were celebrating a birthday, so they upgraded us to a suite and were very helpful in getting our luggage delivered directly to our room. The hotel has a swimming pool and a hot tub. In the changing rooms, there's a sauna and a hot plunge pool. The sauna was a bit ordinary; unlike some high-end hotels, it didn't get hot enough quickly to make you sweat, nor did it have any added fragrances. Also, a cold plunge pool would have been a great addition. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were good. Four Seasons is Four Seasons; even if the hotel is a bit older, it still delivers the expected level of service for its class.
GGuest UserOverall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, right next to Wangfujing Street and close to a subway station, making it super convenient for getting around! There are also plenty of malls nearby, so it's great for dining and shopping!
