Perfect
MM817156****I personally feel it is pretty good. The facilities are new and complete. The service is also good. The waiter helped to open the door with the suitcase and helped to put it in the car. The breakfast is also good and quite rich. The hygiene is also good.

Excellent
AAnonymous UserThe service from the staff was absolutely excellent. To find the entrance of the hotel, you have to go alongside the left of the tower and use the lift as in the picture to go to level 5. The breakfast was a delicious buffet. The room with no external window was very quiet, clean, and functional, the mattresses large and firm but comfortable, we slept well. However, it was still a bit hot in November with no air-conditioning, so we had to leave the door open, as the corridor was cooler, but it was a bit strange for us. So, I would objectively rate the room 9/10 and the service 11/10, so 10/10 in total ;)

GGuest UserThe location is unbeatable. It allows for leisurely morning strolls through Yongkang Hutong and evening walks to Yonghe Temple (Lama Temple), where the lingering Buddhist chants instantly soothe the soul. Open the window to a view of old Beijing's charm, with its grey hutong tiles and the red walls of the Imperial College. Close the door to find yourself enveloped in a serene, wood-toned haven. Drift to sleep dreaming of old Beijing, and wake in the morning to the melodious sound of pigeon whistles. Pure comfort.

TTonyJsoOk the room was clean, a little tired but clean
The hotel staff were friendly and polite, English language via translation app which I’m comfortable with.
The low score is due to the disgusting carpet in the common areas including hallways. Specifically level 3 it was NEVER cleaned it has stains everywhere. Gross
The location is OK not great, yes subway is close but not a lot of good restaurants around.
The dirty carpet is really bad and should be replaced, I would not return until the carpet is replaced.

AALI AZIZ JALALII am at the hotel where I am staying. Why did they call the police on me? Is this how they treat a foreign student? I have stayed at many hotels in Beijing before, and nothing like this has ever happened. They were all very good. To be clear, I don't have a personal issue with the hotel itself.
My concern is this: after I provided my passport for check-in and submitted all the required details, why were the police summoned? Do they think I am here illegally? I am a legitimate international student who has been in China for seven months. The elderly lady at the front desk was the one who made the call...
AAnonymous UserDue to a last-minute hotel change, the staff were very accommodating, and the facilities were complete. Initially, I had a room without a window, which felt a bit stuffy, but then I was moved to a room with a window, and the ventilation was much better. Most rooms are standard, and the TV's screen mirroring feature is a big plus. Breakfast was decent, mainly carbs, which is very convenient for business travelers. The hotel is also conveniently located near snacks, making it much better than some more out-of-the-way hotels.

Good
AAnonymous UserI was asked to book a room for my relatives and friends who came from afar when they got married, but the service at the front desk was really beyond words. The advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to my home. Originally, it was a very festive thing to arrange for relatives and friends to stay. As a result, being treated by the waiter was not pleasant at all. First we checked in as if we all owed the front desk money. From the tone of voice to the expression, nothing makes people feel comfortable. During breakfast, because my relatives came from the countryside, I was criticized for eating too much. Because I was in a hurry to decorate the wedding venue in the morning, I said I would come back two days later to issue the invoice, but I was told by the front desk that it was not possible!
AAnonymous UserBudget hotel, fantastic location, Tiaoqiao underground <5min away, eateries round the corner. Supermarket (Wu Mart) within 15-minute walking distance. Temple of Heaven and Natural History museum within walking distance.
Cleanliness is average. On the first night, all the towels smelled of cigarette smoke, which were yucky.
As the hotel had many rooms, it would be good if there was a proper storage room for luggage instead of placing them all in front of the lift, which was quite unsightly.

GGuest UserI had the best experience in terms of staff going above and beyond. My girlfriend didn't bring her laptop charger thinking we can buy a powerbank in Miniso with the capable power but it turned out they only sell powerbank for cp. The staff suggested to download ******* app and we can order a powerbank with higher wattage and be delivered within an hour and since we didnt have a Chinese phone number, he typed in his number and we were able to order the powerbank. We were also able to order food using his number haha. He also gave us tip when riding didi, so we didn't have a hard time booking one. In terms of facilities, I didn't like the bed because it's too firm for me, they didn't have a hair blower, can't enjoy the tv as it's all in Chinese. Daily cleaning of room is a plus and replishment of bottled water and slippers. In terms of location, it's near Dongsi station but there's no convenience store around the area. Overall, it's still a good experience.

GGuest UserThe staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was well-cleaned.
The location is between Shichahai and Nanluoguxiang, both of which are about a 10-minute walk away. It's also fun to explore the hutongs off the main road.
The amenities, which were hard to find online, included two plastic bottles of water, face towels, bath towels, slippers, cups, toothbrush set, shampoo, body soap, comb, soap, electric kettle, and converter plug.
However, although there is WiFi, I couldn't connect it with my Japanese smartphone no matter what I did, and the shower room in room 2209 that I stayed in had a terrible sewage smell, which was a big minus. I couldn't stand it, so I asked the staff to change my room.
Apart from that, I think it's a good hotel for the price.
