Perfect
DDiazChanI highly recommend this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the experience was perfect. The front desk service was friendly and efficient, processing my check-in in minutes, and they even provided me with local guides. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were very useful.
The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of the shopping district, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

CchenmiayThe facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the lighting design is thoughtful. The bathroom facilities are excellent: the bathroom has a wet/dry separation design, the shower head has smooth water flow, the water temperature is stable, and the toiletries are of good quality and very pleasant to use.
Clean and tidy: The king room I booked was very clean, the sheets and duvet covers were white and odorless, and there was no grime in the bathroom. Overall, it gave a comfortable and reassuring feeling.

GGuest UserThis place truly exceeded my expectations! Let's start with the location – it's absolutely perfect, right in the city center. Exploring attractions or finding great food was incredibly convenient, all within walking distance. Plus, with shopping malls and a subway station nearby, it's ideal for both retail therapy and easy transportation.
The front desk staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive. Check-in was super quick, and they even thoughtfully offered recommendations for local attractions. My room was spotlessly clean, and the soft, comfortable bedding ensured a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, modern facilities, and was completely odor-free.
The only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, though what they offered tasted good. Overall, my stay here was fantastic, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again!

• 3/10 smoking - prohibited, but unchecked (sometimes people smoke in the restrooms, and worse, in the rooms. The ventilation is shared, and the smell carries into your room)

Women leave their hair and trash in huge quantities. They don't clean up after themselves in the restrooms. Horrible.
The staff cleans well, but dirt accumulates very quickly.

1/10 toxic air
(I don't recommend this hotel for people with sensitive respiratory systems). On weekdays between 6 and 9 am, highly toxic air enters the ventilation system, making it impossible to breathe. This passes, but reappears occasionally. You need to understand when to open the door, when to turn off the extra ventilation, and when it’s sometimes better to just leave the hotel. The smell is constantly strong in the elevator. And not much on the first floor. It's also sometimes present on the street around here. It's a characteristic of the building or area.

• It would be great if there were spatulas in the bathrooms for guests to soak up water around the sinks (since everyone uses a lot of paper for this and leaves it just like that).

GGuest Useri would like to thank the hotel staff a lot for being accomodating and helpful to our group as there were miscommunications as we didn't know chinese and relied on translation apps that weren't accurate for the most part. i acknowledge that they did extra things that came with having guests like us who couldn't understand chinese (ex. how to work the washing machine for example, or letting us borrow their wechat to deliver food the first night because we were hungry and there was no place to eat that was open on that day-CNY) and they helped as in every step as much as they can, which i really appreciated.
the hotel cleans the rooms every 3rd day too but they always give new towels, and water bottles and slippers every day. which i think are very kind of them. the rooms are VERY spacy too which is great. the beds were comfortable as well. you can also request toothbrushes if you need more. there;s a lso a very good and restaurant next to the hotel that is open very late if anyone was wondering (esp since the location is a bit far from others). the washing machine was very confusing though because we would wait for the whole time it would say it would take to finish, but when we would check after that stated time, it would add like another hour. and it would do that every time so we had to physically ask to override the machine everytime we would need our clothes.
only downside was there was miscommunication with communicating through trip.com and the hotel because i would message trip for help and they would say that the hotel said one thing but then it wouldn't exactly be correct. (like my family wanted to get the coat rack fixed because it was broken and it was maybe 3 days before it was fixed--the problem was trip told us it was already fixed in the 2nd day? so it was a bit confusing when we arrived. the hotel staff were very kind though and fixed it on the 3rd when we specifically went up to the front desk for help). i also think trip.com should maybe not put that breakfast is available as the hotel breakfast is a bit debatable and not a full meal. my father need FULL meals for his medication so one factor for our booking this hotel was because there was breakfast available. but the hotel only provides a few fruits, boiled eggs, and plain toast. so we often got breakfast outside still.
overall, the hotel itself and hotel staff was very good and comfortable to stay with! thank you!

Cleanliness: The hygiene was good, no strange odors, and the toilet was a smart toilet.
Environment: The overall environment was decent. Soundproofing was average, but there was generally no noise at night. There's a road next to the hotel, so you occasionally hear cars.
Service: The overall service was good. There's a policy for disposable toiletries, which are provided during check-in.
The only minor drawback was the lack of tissues in the room. This could be considered for future provision to enhance the overall experience.
Transportation: Transportation is quite convenient. It's about a hundred meters from the subway station and very close to one of the entrances of the Temple of Heaven Park, just across the traffic light.

It's close to both Dongsi and National Art Museum metro stations, and you can take a taxi directly to the hotel entrance, use the subway, or grab a shared bike. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Although there's no central heating in the room, the AC unit provides plenty of warmth. The window is small, mainly for ventilation. Overall, we were very satisfied; choosing this place for its location was definitely the right decision.

GGuest UserThe staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was well-cleaned.
The location is between Shichahai and Nanluoguxiang, both of which are about a 10-minute walk away. It's also fun to explore the hutongs off the main road.
The amenities, which were hard to find online, included two plastic bottles of water, face towels, bath towels, slippers, cups, toothbrush set, shampoo, body soap, comb, soap, electric kettle, and converter plug.
However, although there is WiFi, I couldn't connect it with my Japanese smartphone no matter what I did, and the shower room in room 2209 that I stayed in had a terrible sewage smell, which was a big minus. I couldn't stand it, so I asked the staff to change my room.
Apart from that, I think it's a good hotel for the price.
