We stayed at the Inn at Thorn Hill from December 22nd to 24th, and the experience was absolutely magical. Everything was perfect, the beautiful, cozy room, the outstanding food, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and the host made us feel truly cared for with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. It was a peaceful, luxurious stay and one we will always remember. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to return.

We arrived and had a quick and easy check in. Our room was ground level, with easy parking and room acsess. The room was spacious and clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and large closet. The TV wouldn't work so we made a call to the front desk, and someone came down shortly after and resolved the problem quickly. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations and stay definitely would return.

No problem at the hotel, service is good! However, I am very disappointed with Zhongan Insurance recommended by Ctrip. The insurance includes itinerary delay insurance. After the insurance is submitted, information is requested and the application is refused. Everyone pays special attention when choosing insurance.

The location is very good ～ The room is very large ～ The old design is not good to change ～ (such as the toilet) Hair dryer is average. There is no microwave in the room (there is a hotel lobby) The door of the room is not in good shape (too old so not soundproof) The lobby is beautiful - a bit old but it feels like the late repair in the lobby cafe is OK! Breakfast does not include (self-arranged) coffee ➕ sandwiches are very good. Two people spent about 40$ (sandwich Mafen one coffee two cups plus fruit cup) The reception of men at night was slightly messy ～ and ignored the image of the hotel. Parking lot design is a bit inconvenient to enter and exit ～ OK

This time I took my son to take a look at the largest city in New Hampshire. The hotel is large, the parking is convenient, and the breakfast is quite rich. The main reason is that the transportation is very convenient.

The environment is really good. The mountains and plains are covered with red, yellow and green colors. This is it. The golf course looks like an oil painting when photographed. However, such an expensive hotel does not include breakfast. There is only a buffet breakfast for 28 and there is not much to eat. I mainly eat fruits. The dinner at 1902 restaurant tastes good but is very expensive. They don’t even provide bread before the meal. They still have to buy it for 6 US dollars. I stayed in so many hotels this time, and this is the only one that has a bellman to help deliver luggage to the room because the elevator is too small. The tour that introduced the hotel was really good. The tour was supposed to be one hour, but the tour lasted an hour and a half. The service at the front desk was very poor. When I checked in, I was asked to swipe my credit card for a pre-authorization deposit. After eating two meals, I thought it was deducted from the deposit. I called the bank and said it was two pre-authorizations and one was credited to US$253 (meal fee). It’s a few dollars more than the deposit) It’s another pre-authorization for POS machine consumption that hasn’t been released yet. I don’t know what kind of trick this is. I only stayed for one night and two pre-authorizations were deducted from me. How did I use POS for the second deposit? The card machine didn't ask me for my credit card when I checked out.

The hotel is clean and tidy and the environment is good. It can accommodate an extra bed and is suitable for the elderly and children. Located close to Dartmouth College, it is best for families looking to see their children. In short, very good!
