Xiaohuojun_Facilities: The room is spacious and well-equipped. The Panasonic high-speed hairdryer is better than the Dyson one without a pool. The air conditioner in room 1012 makes a sudden 'dong dong dong' noise after starting; it would be good to investigate the cause.
Hygiene: Very satisfied. I love their body lotion. I left a message, and they sent two extra bottles the next day.
Environment: It's very close to Universal Studios, just a short taxi ride away. There's a mall nearby which is great for browsing, and you can access it directly from the 3rd floor without having to go outside in the sun.
Service: I mentioned it was our honeymoon, so they gave us a room on the 10th floor directly facing Universal Studios, sent us desserts, and the towels in the room were folded into swans. They found my comb while tidying the room and immediately called me. I'm very grateful!
Universal Beijing Resort Shuttle Service: Didn't use it, but there are three time slots available for a free shuttle. You just need to book in advance with the front desk.
Welcome Fruit: Plums, a bit sour, haha.
The pool isn't big, but I had a quick swim, and the view is excellent.
Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely consider revisiting.

Anonymous UserThis time, my best friend and I came to Beijing to play, and we specifically booked a deluxe city-view suite at Wanda Vista. The overall experience completely exceeded both of our expectations. We couldn't find a single flaw in terms of hygiene, environment, service, or facilities. I absolutely have to write a glowing review and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end hotel in Beijing!
First, let's talk about room hygiene, which honestly deserves a full five stars â no exaggeration. The moment we checked in and entered the room, it felt incredibly clean and fresh. The entire floor, the corners of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and even the crevices of the sofa were all impeccably clean, with not a speck of dust. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was exceptionally well-done; there wasn't a single water stain on the vanity mirror. The bathtub had been disinfected in advance, and every corner of the toilet and shower area was sparkling clean. The bedding was soft and fluffy, the sheets and duvet covers had no strange odors, and the pillowcases and duvet covers were neatly stitched. The My Dream bed mattress had just the right firmness. My friend and I were exhausted from traveling the night before, but we slept incredibly soundly that night, without any trouble adjusting to a new bed or insomnia. The mini-bar, TV cabinet, and the inside of the wardrobe were also perfectly organized. All the water glasses and tea sets were high-temperature sterilized. You could really tell that the cleaning staff was incredibly meticulous when tidying up, paying great attention to detail. We felt completely at ease during our stay.

ThenayzerThe room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We really liked that the hallways were also quite wide, which made the hotel feel even more comfortable and open.
The breakfast offered an extensive selection, including a variety of international cuisine.
The hotel kindly offered us a late check-out since our flight was at 5:00 PM, which was very convenient and much appreciated.
The staff were very friendly, attentive, and considerate throughout our stay.
The hotel also provides free airport pick-up, and the meeting point was very easy to find. Our driver was very friendly and spoke English well, making the transfer smooth and convenient.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Anonymous UserFacilities: The room offers an excellent view directly facing the Forbidden City. The swimming pool is comfortably heated, and the gym is well-equipped with machines that are maintained like new.
Cleanliness: Impeccable. The bedding was pristine and crisp, and the bathroom was spotless. The turndown service even organized personal belongings meticulously.
Ambiance: Located in Wangfujing, yet surprisingly quiet. The floral arrangements and artwork in the public areas are tasteful and elegant. The unique scent of oriental agarwood creates a distinctive, secluded atmosphere.
Service: Our butler, Xiao LĂź, was the absolute highlight. She attentively observed our needs, proactively prepared a rainy-day itinerary, and arranged a late check-out. Her thoughtfulness felt like that of an old friend, making it a truly warm and memorable experience. Overall, it exceeded our expectations! đđť

After comparing several hotels in the same price range, I chose ZÇlĂłng Gardens. I'd also looked at their usual rates, and it seemed a bit pricier then, but booking it in advance for a holiday trip was definitely a steal.
**Stay:** For the same price, other places offer rooms under 30 square meters, but ZÇlĂłng Gardens gives you 50 square meters. It's nestled in a hutong, offering a quiet escape in the midst of the bustling city. It's actually the former residence of Prince Taò, who was an advisor to the People's Liberation Army's equestrian administration. We opted for the family room, which even had a small balcony with a view. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, so washing up wasn't cramped at all.
**Food:** The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks (mineral water, Coke, Sprite, beer), and they'd replenish it anytime. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food is incredibly fresh, with different dishes every day. I initially thought breakfast wasn't included, but it turned out to be free! From 11 AM to 11 PM, they offer afternoon tea with chef-prepared dishes like wontons and Zhajiangmian, all completely free of charge. You can even take fruit back to your room. The 'SÏyuè HÊtún' restaurant on the first floor also had good prices and flavors; no reservations needed for their fugu or roast duck.
**Getting Around:** It's very close to Nanluoguxiang, the National Art Museum of China, Wangfujing, and Longfu Temple. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, but I mostly used taxis, which made getting around super convenient.
**Service:** The hotel staff's service was impeccable. Finally, although check-out was officially at 12 PM, they were fine with us leaving at 2 PM, and even gave us a farewell gift.
Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. Our 5-day, 4-night trip during Chinese New Year was a fantastic family experience and definitely enhanced our vacation.

Guest UserFirst time choosing this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, facilities were complete, and parking was convenient (a big plus). For a short trip, it's more convenient and cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and it's only a 3-minute ride. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (including a convenience store). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I've just included some from my trip instead.

Guest UserMy recent stay at Empark Prime Hotel Wangfujing was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend it highly enoughâespecially for Muslim travelers!
From the moment I arrived, Manager Khalid Mohammad set the tone for a flawless experience. He personally ensured a seamless check-in and, most importantly, took the time to walk me through the hotel's excellent halal breakfast options. Knowing that I could start each day with delicious, properly certified halal food made such a difference. He also reassured me about the hotel's Muslim-friendly amenities, including prayer direction indicators and a quiet, comfortable space for prayers.
The concierge team, Lukas and Elio, were equally outstanding. They went out of their way to assist with my luggage and provided spot-on recommendations for nearby halal restaurants outside the hotel. Their friendly, attentive service made exploring Beijing completely stress-free.
The hotel itself is perfectly located in the heart of Wangfujing, just minutes from the subway and major landmarks. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed.
A massive thank you to Khalid, Lukas, and Elio for making my stay so memorable and comfortable. If you're a Muslim traveler looking for a worry-free, welcoming stay in Beijing with fantastic halal dining, this is the place to be!

Guest UserHere I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips.
I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night â I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names.
This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather.
I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute.
This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine!
(I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)
