Facilities: The amenities are quite comprehensive, making it very suitable for groups of 3-4 travelers or for medium to long-term business stays.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily, and the public areas, including the lobby, were also well-maintained.
Location: The geographical location is very convenient, though it's a bit of a walk to the subway.
Service: The service was generally good. It would have been perfect if we'd received check-in details and tips one day in advance. The two female front desk staff during check-out were excellent. There's also a dedicated area downstairs for receiving packages and food deliveries, which is very convenient.
Exceeded Expectations: They provided a 60 RMB voucher for Tim Hortons coffee every day, which meant a 30 RMB set meal per person was enough to cover breakfast and coffee!

Staying at this beautiful boutique hotel in Beijing was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Nestled in a traditional hutong alley not too far away from the main railway station, the location was perfect—quiet, charming, and full of character, with leafy lanes and little cafes that made every morning walk special. One of the best parts was how peaceful the neighborhood was. Despite being so centrally located, the area was calm and serene, allowing us to sleep very well every night after long days of sightseeing.
We were a family of four and stayed in a spacious duplex apartment with 2 rooms and 2 toilets, which was absolutely ideal for us. In effect, we didn't have to pay for 2 separate rooms n were always together. There was plenty of room for everyone to move around comfortably, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The apartment was fitted with all the essential amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, making it easy to prepare a quick breakfast before heading out for the day.
The hotel is also very conveniently located—Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing Street are all within around 3 km, making sightseeing extremely easy. It’s especially perfect for families or groups looking for both comfort and convenience.
A special mention must go to Eddy, the front office manager, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by assisting us with app links and arrangements to secure visits to the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven, which made our trip so much smoother.
What made this place truly memorable was the feeling it gave us—it was not just a hotel, but a peaceful and beautiful home in the heart of Beijing, in a setting far more ideal and relaxing than the one I return to back home. Honestly, when you walk in, it feels like a film set. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing, especially families and small groups looking for comfort, space, and authentic local charm.

Monique ArmstrongWonderful stay like a home away from home with all the homely facilities. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms so we didn't have to share. Rooms were big and comfortably sized with enough space for luggage and movement. Bathrooms were also nicely sized as well. Would be great if there was a bidet! Loved the kitchen (although housekeeping could have been on top of things in terms of replenishment - but when we called reception, anything we needed topped up came within 15mins)
Would definitely stay here again albeit a bit far from town but it's a quiet area and there is a Lotus supermarket about 15mins walk away.

The hotel was generally decent. The basic facilities were all there, and the hygiene was acceptable. The location was quite convenient. Some of the facilities showed signs of aging, and the experience would be even better if those small details could be improved.

The room layout was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and thoughtful. I was delighted that the apartment offered a complimentary room upgrade. The location is incredibly convenient for dining, transportation, parking, relaxing in the park, and shopping. The room also came with a stove, cookware, and tableware, which was great for preparing our own meals. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This is my second stay, and honestly, it's the most comfortable apartment I've ever stayed in Beijing, hands down! 😭
What I love most about it: the incredibly high ceilings and the massive, bright space. The room gets amazing natural light, and the overall feel is clean, minimalist, and wonderfully airy. There's no cramped feeling at all; it's so relaxing and healing to stay here. The quality here truly surpasses many hotels in the same price range!
The details are also a huge plus ✅ Even the hallways are super spacious and exquisitely decorated. The whole environment is clean, grand, and has a fantastic ambiance.
Getting around is incredibly convenient, both for public transport and parking. It's perfect whether you're on a business trip or just need a short or long-term stay in Beijing.
From now on, whenever I come to Beijing, this is the only place I'll ever book!

Guest UserNorth-facing room.
The window view (p1-6) is a city landscape.
The breakfast buffet (p7-15) offers a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. You can ask the chef to cook noodles or make omelets (I only overheard this, but saw other guests doing it). I encountered a polite and responsible young chef who, despite the busy peak hours, did his best to meet guests' needs.
The front desk is on the 40th floor, where you can find complimentary fruit and bottled water. There's also a coffee machine offering espresso, regular coffee, and cappuccino (p16-17).
All the front desk staff I interacted with were enthusiastic and polite, always ready to answer questions. Thank you.
The cleaning staff provided excellent service. They usually cleaned in the afternoon. If the 'do not disturb' sign wasn't out, they would proactively knock and ask if cleaning was needed. They were efficient and professional, and always asked if I needed any items replenished. Sometimes, if something was overlooked, the staff would actively inquire if I still needed it, showing genuine consideration for guests. Thank you.
Besides the front desk and restaurant, there's a small gym on the 40th floor, also with a city view. There are changing rooms outside the gym (p18).
The in-room facilities are a bit dated; anything made of plastic has yellowed. However, all essential items are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a complete set of tableware, pots, pans, and bowls.
The air is dry, especially in the bedroom. You might want to bring a small humidifier.

The place is a walking distance of 15 mins near to Sanyanqiao metro Station- Beijing airport express rmb25 one way trip, line 12 and 10. First day the reception girl was nice enough to arrange for housekeeper to help out with the bags. The rooms are spacious with two beds split in different room, which is rather old and out of date. The city view of Soho from the room was amazing though. During the stay, we found there's dust on the floor, dead small insect on the bed, holes and hair on the bedsheets and small roach on kitchen counter and wall, kitchen stove not working, and dirty pots left unwashed ( which housekeeper help to clean but didn't leave any dish washing liquid or washing detergent). There's a bathtub with broken down TV, which we cover it up when shower in it. The bathtub is rather high when climbing out. Almost slip when climbing out. Last day the receptionist was nice to help with the many bags to the taxi.

The room was clean and cozy, with proper heating. All the staff greeted us with smiles and provided exceptionally warm and attentive service.
The owner is kind and generous: knowing my son was hospitalized in Beijing, he let me use his kitchen to cook soup for free, which brought me a touch of warmth in the cold winter!
Wishing the owner booming business and abundant wealth!
