The ambiance is excellent, and the location is equally impressive. Facing south, you get views of Chang'an Avenue, and from the east, you can glimpse the Forbidden City and the China World Trade Center in the distance. The natural lighting is superb.
The living room is very spacious, and the layout is incredibly comfortable. The kitchen comes with a full set of cooking utensils; however, knives are not provided for cooking, so you'll need to bring your own.
After a week-long business trip, I've already come to see this place as my second home.
The service from the front desk, security, and housekeeping staff is incredibly attentive. Special thanks to Xiao Ma, Xiao Kang, and Xiao Liu for their help. I will definitely choose Financial Street Apartment again for my next visit.

Staying at this beautiful boutique hotel in Beijing was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Nestled in a traditional hutong alley not too far away from the main railway station, the location was perfect—quiet, charming, and full of character, with leafy lanes and little cafes that made every morning walk special. One of the best parts was how peaceful the neighborhood was. Despite being so centrally located, the area was calm and serene, allowing us to sleep very well every night after long days of sightseeing.
We were a family of four and stayed in a spacious duplex apartment with 2 rooms and 2 toilets, which was absolutely ideal for us. In effect, we didn't have to pay for 2 separate rooms n were always together. There was plenty of room for everyone to move around comfortably, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The apartment was fitted with all the essential amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, making it easy to prepare a quick breakfast before heading out for the day.
The hotel is also very conveniently located—Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing Street are all within around 3 km, making sightseeing extremely easy. It’s especially perfect for families or groups looking for both comfort and convenience.
A special mention must go to Eddy, the front office manager, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by assisting us with app links and arrangements to secure visits to the Summer Palace and the Temple of Heaven, which made our trip so much smoother.
What made this place truly memorable was the feeling it gave us—it was not just a hotel, but a peaceful and beautiful home in the heart of Beijing, in a setting far more ideal and relaxing than the one I return to back home. Honestly, when you walk in, it feels like a film set. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing, especially families and small groups looking for comfort, space, and authentic local charm.

This Marriott-branded service apartment is really great. It has a kitchen, so it's perfect for longer stays. All the facilities are up to Marriott's usual standards, which is especially good for families with kids. This time, they upgraded me to a three-bedroom apartment, which was over 100 square meters. Each bedroom even had its own bathroom – it was huge!

My kids absolutely loved the room.
I'm conflicted about the service score. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, easily a 5/5. The cleaning staff were also very friendly.
However, I'm giving a 2-star rating because there's no dedicated drop-off/pick-up area at the entrance; you have to stop on the street. Also, it seems the hotel cuts costs by not having doormen. When I arrived, it was drizzling, and I had several suitcases and two kids. I had to drag everything into the lobby and then up to the room myself, with no help whatsoever. For a hotel costing over 2,000 RMB a night – I spent over 10,000 RMB – I didn't receive even the most basic service.
Comparison truly highlights the shortcomings. The day before, after arriving in Beijing late at night, I decided to stay at the airport Hilton for one night, which cost just over 900 RMB. There was a free shuttle bus at the airport entrance, and the driver immediately got out to help load my luggage onto the bus. From the moment I got off the shuttle, there were staff greeting me and helping with my bags, escorting me into the lobby and offering all sorts of assistance, even delivering my luggage directly to the room.

The room layout was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and thoughtful. I was delighted that the apartment offered a complimentary room upgrade. The location is incredibly convenient for dining, transportation, parking, relaxing in the park, and shopping. The room also came with a stove, cookware, and tableware, which was great for preparing our own meals. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Guest UserThis hotel is right across from Xinchenli shopping and dining, which is very convenient. The service is great; if you need more water, the staff will bring plenty. The facilities are a bit old, but it's very comfortable to stay in and the hygiene is good. Food deliveries are brought right up to your room. The balcony is fantastic for drying clothes quickly. It's also quite convenient for concerts, though a little far from the subway station, but easy to get around by bike. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd come back for another concert. Nothing feels too far from here.

Guest UserFree parking, and it's pet-friendly. Located in a residential building, there's a high turnover rate. It's a large studio apartment with a kitchen, but the hygiene and facilities are just average; I only stayed one night.

xiaoxiaoI chose this hotel for a 4-day summer vacation in Beijing with my best friend and our kids. I opted for a hotel apartment, thinking it would be convenient for the children to play and that the concierge service would be attentive. For three days, we were out exploring during the day and returned to the room at night. However, we had a very unpleasant experience: almost every night around midnight, the hotel would call our room. The wardrobes in the room were mirrored and directly faced the bed, and the lighting throughout the room was dim and not very bright. Our kids were scared every night. They also complained that we were being too loud. I was baffled – how can three children watching TV and talking be considered too loud? Does staying at a hotel mean you can't even talk or watch TV? Are we paying to suffer here? Anyway, I strongly advise against this hotel. Couples shouldn't stay here either, as apparently, staff patrol the hallways every night and will contact you if you're too noisy. It's definitely not recommended for families with children, as it will scare them. And for solo travelers, it's even less recommended – it's a bit creepy. Okay, that's my bizarre stay experience shared.

The room was clean and cozy, with proper heating. All the staff greeted us with smiles and provided exceptionally warm and attentive service.
The owner is kind and generous: knowing my son was hospitalized in Beijing, he let me use his kitchen to cook soup for free, which brought me a touch of warmth in the cold winter!
Wishing the owner booming business and abundant wealth!
