GGuest UserOur stay was incredibly satisfying, the experience was excellent, and the value for money was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly hospitable. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. Thank you for promptly attending to all our requests. The hotel is very close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The breakfast was very generous and included fruit. We were extremely pleased. Choosing this hotel for our trip with elderly family members was definitely the right decision. It's very close to all the attractions, making getting around super convenient. Public transport, like buses and the subway, is also easily accessible. We are very happy and will choose to stay here again.

What really impressed me was that they provide Yunnan Baiyao toothpaste as part of their toiletries – it's gentle and effective, so I didn't even need to bring my own, which was incredibly convenient. They also offer a late-night congee service at 9 PM, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the hygiene details were impeccable. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The room is quiet. At night, there are security personnel who patrol the building, making it very reassuring to stay there. This hotel has a simple yet cozy design, and most importantly, it offers affordable prices. Meals are also conveniently accessible.

Environment: It was good, with excellent soundproofing, so it was quiet.
Service: I've stayed at a few hotels in Beijing, and the service here was honestly hard to describe—it was quite indifferent.

The room cleaning is very timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes. I successfully played the black monkey and had a very satisfactory stay experience! It was my first time staying in an e-sports hotel. I had a good experience. The beds were comfortable, the supplies were thoughtful, and the service was meticulous. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Miyun next time.
