"Staying for three days was truly disappointing. The equipment is new, but there were hardly any games on the computers, requiring a long time to download them myself. The internet was terrible, constantly disconnecting, and the game frame rates were very low, likely due to the network issues. Playing games felt like a choppy slideshow. Although the bed was comfortable, the gaming facilities in a room specifically booked as an 'e-sports room' were incredibly frustrating."

The front desk service was warm, thoughtful, and paid great attention to detail. The location is prime, with convenient transportation, making it a top choice for business travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yizhuang!

I stayed for two nights in a twin room and one night in a suite, and I was very happy with both. The location is convenient, and the service is excellent. The front desk ladies were all incredibly kind, gentle, and patient; they went above and beyond to accommodate every request. Breakfast was delivered to the room punctually every morning, and there was an all-day supply of milk and coffee. I'm very satisfied~

The shower in the bathroom is also great; it has three outlets controlled by three separate buttons. Once you've set the water temperature, you can simply press a button to turn the water on or off, which is very convenient as you don't need to adjust the temperature every time. The toilet has a built-in night light, and with the small night light outside the bathroom door, you don't need to turn on any main lights when getting up at night, which means it won't disturb anyone else sleeping. This design is excellent!

Environment: It was good, with excellent soundproofing, so it was quiet.

The room cleaning is very timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes. I successfully played the black monkey and had a very satisfactory stay experience! It was my first time staying in an e-sports hotel. I had a good experience. The beds were comfortable, the supplies were thoughtful, and the service was meticulous. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Miyun next time.
