Kk f lohThe location is superb, just a few steps from Qianmen Subway Station Exit G. Qianmen Street, Xianyukou, Dashilar, and Tiananmen Checkpoint 7 are all within a 10-minute walk – super convenient! The front desk staff were also very polite and patient. They even upgraded my room, giving us a view of the Arrow Tower and Zhengyangmen from our window. There's an elevator, and a robot delivers food orders to the rooms. The room itself was spacious, bright, and clean. They also replenish free water and soft drinks daily. The only downside is that some of the facilities are a bit old and could use an upgrade.

GGuest UserOur hotel room is really great! It's about a 500-meter walk from Beijing West Railway Station, making it super convenient. The room was very clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The central air conditioning worked perfectly. There was even a cute little kung fu tea set with loose leaf tea (not those flimsy tea bags!), which was perfect for unwinding after a long journey. When we ran out of the complimentary bottled water, a quick call had the delivery robot bringing more right to our door – so convenient! There's also a thoughtful full-length mirror. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, plenty of hot water, and a great hairdryer. All in all, fantastic value for money and a very pleasant stay!

GGuest UserThe room was very nice. Well-design. The service was good. They offered luggage drop off. Just note that your room might be on upper floor and you may need to climb the stair. There is a stair even to get to the building. I think any inn in the town has the same standard since it seems to operate by same company. Also, i think they should improve on explanation of offers provided as it seems confusing.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! I was traveling with two elderly people in Beijing, and our days were packed. We'd usually get back after 8 or 9 PM. The hotel's service was incredibly attentive; they provided so many amenities, all individually wrapped, so there was no 'you use it, then I use it' situation. They even offered foot-soaking tubs, and delivery food could be brought right to our room, which was a huge relief. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and they even offer wake-up calls. Housekeeping cleans daily, and the snacks and drinks on the table are complimentary. I think the most comfortable aspect of this place is the service; the staff are neither overly enthusiastic nor overly cold—they're just right, making communication feel incredibly comfortable and stress-free. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this place is genuinely excellent!!! Right before my flight, I realized the yogurt I bought wasn't sealed! But I was about to head to the airport! I asked the front desk if I could buy a roll of cling film to seal it myself for checked luggage. The front desk attendant went to check for me and gave me a huge roll! 🥹 I absolutely love this place! Every word I've said is true, no exaggeration!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. We brought our family to协和 Hospital for a check-up, and it was very convenient to get there by taxi. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was great, even including latex pillows, so we slept wonderfully. The front desk staff were very friendly and promptly answered any questions we had. I especially want to praise the breakfast! There was a wide variety of options, including freshly cooked wontons and noodles, and even a DIY sandwich station 🥪 – which was a fantastic idea. There were also plenty of hot dishes, fruits, and desserts, all of which tasted delicious and were absolutely superb. I particularly enjoyed the Shanxi specialty, huangmi lianggao (yellow rice cake), which was delightfully chewy, and my family loved it. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel! I travel frequently for work and have stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I've genuinely felt compelled to leave a glowing review. First off, the room was incredibly spacious, and I was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. It was very comfortable, and it seems like it hasn't been renovated for long, as all the amenities are top-notch. Plus, it was spotless everywhere. What really impressed me was the bathroom setup – the shower and toilet are completely separate with a dry/wet partition. If you know, you know! No more wet shoes or toilet seats after a shower. Everything is smart and voice-controlled, like Pandora, which is super convenient. There's also a retractable magnifying mirror, and the smart lighting at night is so cozy and warm – it really hit the spot. Across the street, there are many newly opened snack shops and noodle places, making it very convenient for getting around with lots of small restaurants. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The front desk staff were very welcoming. I initially chose this hotel because of its high ratings, and I admit I was a little skeptical about whether the reviews were real. But after staying here, I can confirm it's fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located. And finally, a special mention for the front desk service – they truly embody warmth and friendliness.

CCaseBooked this place because it was relatively cheaper than some other places that are smaller and farther. Room was huge, as we were just two friends so we have enough space for both of us. There was a laundry room on our floor you can use, and they have a robot to deliver food from your app deliveries. Location was, kinda far from the main attractions but thankfully didi is cheap. They change towels everyday but we noticed that the floors are sometimes not mopped enough for our standard but it was clearly passable. They have centralized air-conditioning so you can’t make it cooler on days that are warm unless it’s their summer season so you have to note that. Overall, they were nice to us with our queries and requests. Room’s spacious and they also have good breakfast option!

GGuest UserGot an upgrade! This trip was such a pleasant surprise. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. The location is superb, right on Qianmen Street, with a Lawson convenience store just across the road. It's on the central axis of the city, and you can walk to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum in about ten minutes – everything is so close! This made my trip incredibly convenient. When you're traveling, a good location is key, and since it's off-peak season, the price was great. Definitely excellent value for money. The staff are also fantastic and truly think of their guests; they even helped me cancel a more expensive booking to get a cheaper one.

AAnonymous UserThe service was great! Coincidentally, the elevator was out of order when we arrived, but the staff were so helpful and carried our luggage up for us – they really went above and beyond! They also offered us a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. The location is super convenient, very close to the subway.

GGuest UserI stayed in a different branch last year which was amazing. And based on that experience, this year I chose this branch for convenience as it was the closest to my friends residence. Comparing the two branches, the room size felt very small. Also there was no window in my room which made it a bit claustrophobic for me. I had to turn on the AC on a cold night as it felt cramped up for me. There was a lot of noise too outside my room at 11.30pm with some kids running around and speaking loudly which was very easily heard and it disturbed my sleep. You need to take a few stairs to take the lift and with heavy bags it can become a bit tricky. I had 2 big bags and it was a little inconvenient. Overall it was ok as I only had to be there for one night. I personally wouldn’t stay here if it was any longer than 1 night. As an international business traveller, I would pay a little extra and stay in Hampton by Hilton which is a 5 min walk away. This is my honest opinion.
