GGuest UserThis hotel is very close (2 min walks) to the Central Station in Montpellier. The room was relatively compact but very modern with all the essential requirements of this 3 star hotel. However, I was very impressed with staff and the receptionist at this hotel. I must mention Lucas, for his outstanding customer service. In additional to his exceptional English, he displayed genuine warmth and keen interest in all travellers. Due to Lucas personality, it was the best ever welcome to Montpellier. This is also large patio-terrance (on level 3) with a range of chairs and tables. This hotel was exceptional value for money and and location near main attractions of city is ideal. (10-15 walk)

GGuest UserLocated in a commercial area (supermarket, restaurants) 10 minutes from the city centre in transport. 50m bus stop, tram stop a 300m.
The hotel has a nice internet access, TV, tea and coffee maker.
The least: ventilation, heating/climate, makes a terrible noise!

GGuest UserI arrived in the evening after a long train journey. The receptionist whose English was brilliant immediately put me at my ease, giving me all sorts of useful information - including where to get a meal and how to get out from the garden side. My room was across the garden and largely unlit so it was a bit of an adventure getting there the first time. The decor and facilities in the room itself were a little 1960ish., though it did have an iron and ironing board so I was able to neaten myself up before going out. I did feel a little nervous using the shower as the bath was plastic and I’m a large old guy. I found getting in and out slightly tricky. Breakfasts were good though.Montpellier itself was strange - lots of grandiose architecture but not much shade. The old town was slightly disappointing somehow (but then I was only there for a couple of days). Leaving was complicated by another national day of (in)action. When I heard that the tram I needed to get to Montpellier Sud de France station had been held up by the demonstrators in town, reception came to the rescue and ordered me a taxi so I was able to get the train back. So to sum up a quirky hotel with terrific staff.

AAsiyah Yu LinThis hotel is right across the Gare Saint-Roch station, also around d the corner is the tram station. Walk one block you will get to Comede. It is very convenient. There are a few stairs from the elevator to my room. This is the only inconvenience. The staff are very friendly.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are average, with a small kitchen, a supermarket within 10 minutes' walk, and a 15-minute walk to the old town. Boiled water will have a lot of white sediment, and locals say that the water in the southern part of the judge has this problem.

AAnselm Salvatore VincentGreat hotel but the brown girl at customer service desk did not show friendly vibes when I was checking in at the evening. She did not open the door for me despite having a reservation. She even doubted I was the person on my ID. Apart from this judgemental person, everyone else provided excellent service.

GGuest UserLove this hotel too much, the bathing place is very high-end, the kettle is stainless steel, there are McDonald's KFC shopping malls around the hotel, etc., and you can take the electric car directly from the train station, it is too convenient

YYIFANLocated in the center of Montpellier, the environment is good and the hotel is lovely. The internal facilities are clean, people clean every day, the front desk has French and English services, the young lady is very helpful.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and bright, the bathroom is separated by transparent glass, the toilet is open, there is no obstruction, and it is a person to stay. The noise of the room isolation is relatively poor. If it is a quiet environment to fall asleep, it is recommended to consider it again. Crossing the mall to the train station will save five minutes. If the mall is closed, you have to go around a big circle. It is expected to walk to the train station in15-20 minutes, walk fast, and arrive in ten minutes.
