I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

AAnselm Salvatore VincentGreat hotel but the brown girl at customer service desk did not show friendly vibes when I was checking in at the evening. She did not open the door for me despite having a reservation. She even doubted I was the person on my ID. Apart from this judgemental person, everyone else provided excellent service.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre.
After that, it's quite impersonal, live your stay without having to do with the staff.

GGuest UserLove this hotel too much, the bathing place is very high-end, the kettle is stainless steel, there are McDonald's KFC shopping malls around the hotel, etc., and you can take the electric car directly from the train station, it is too convenient

Only the hotel also next to the train station so some noises during the night. With earplug should be okay.

AAminataThe hotel was very well located, two stops from the Saint-Roch station. The room was quite large. The toilets were clean but there was a smell of canalisations. The heating was not quite powerful even at 3, which was the maximum. The walls are fine enough to hear ALL. Otherwise the receptionists were gentle and careful

NNasrinStuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.

Room is however not up to very expectations since we were walked in to this hotel from the other hotel booked experiencing a power outage the date we had our stay in. But overall it was great and would recommend it infrequent travelers who would like to stopover here.
