NNikikanshijieThe room is simple and comfortable. They provided fruits, drinking water, nice-smelling shampoo, and diffusers, among other thoughtful touches. The third floor has laundry facilities and a scripture copying room, which is very considerate. Downstairs, the restaurant offers private dining options. The shuttle service from the ferry terminal was spacious and comfortable. All the butlers had clear roles and responded promptly! A big thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😘

YYingyuanbaoForgot to take pictures of the room, but I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, only a 15-minute drive from the Putuoshan ferry terminal. The lovely lady at the front desk helped us upgrade our room, and when we opened the door, we were greeted by an endless view of the sea. Although it wasn't very blue, the sunset was absolutely beautiful. As a family-friendly hotel, there were thoughtful touches for kids everywhere, which I really appreciated. The breakfast in the restaurant was quite extensive and tasted good. If I get a chance to come back, I'd love to try the seafood ramen, haha!

GGuest UserBeautiful retreat nestled in PutuoShan. Though hotel has not been renovated for some time the facilities remain in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Though we had some issues with the air conditioning in the winter the rooms were warm and we did not have to switch on the heater. The hotel organises tea classes and sutra writing which was therapeutic. Only issue is hotel is intended for domestic audience so very little english is used. One has to be able to speak chinese. All in all recommended for any spiritual retreat.. without compromising the luxuries of a premier hotel.

GGuest UserRoom facilities: Staying on the first day of the Spring Festival, the executive suite was set. The room was spacious and bright, including two toilet rooms. The paper rolls were all native bamboo pulp paper towels. The quality was great.
Cost-effective: The package also includes afternoon tea and mini bar, affordable.
Service: Room service is efficient and fast, and the staff is polite and welcoming. In the evening, there is also a porridge buffet in the lobby. The white fungus soup and eight treasure porridge are online. After visiting the ancient city in the cold winter, the family will come back with a bowl per person, which is too comfortable.
Breakfast: rich choices, noodle stalls and seafood noodles. The family can also pack it back to the room to eat when they are unwell, which is very user-friendly.

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying accommodation experience! The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's butler service. I would like to praise the butler Guo Yue by name. He would contact us one day in advance to ask about our needs, and then tell us about the weather, clothing and the situation on the island. Because we brought a lot of luggage, we also arranged a dock pick-up service. After we arrived, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and gave us a bed fence. You can contact the butler for everything during your stay. Guo Yue always responded to us immediately. The service was very good 👍🏻. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was average. The hotel is right in front of the Fayu Temple pick-up point, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It is also very close to Qianbu Beach, just a few steps away.

GGuest UserThis wasn't my first time in Zhoushan, but it was my first time staying at the Silk Road. I was incredibly satisfied, and especially grateful to the Silk Road staff, including Xiaolu at the Silk Road front desk and Wang Lin and Zhang Mingju at the Haitiantai. We booked a family room this time, which had high ceilings and was very comfortable. The only downside was that there wasn't much to sit on besides the bed. The chair was a little uncomfortable, but it would have been perfect if there were two comfortable single sofas. The dinner buffet was also very good, with a wide variety, so even if you didn't like something, you could find something else. The price of 198 is not bad, and children are free if you spend 120 or less. We also received complimentary hot spring tickets to the Haitiantai. Every staff member was proactive and enthusiastic. No matter what the problem was, they would first comfort us and then resolve it. After two days, I switched to Kaiyuan Senbo for my children's playtime. I regret it now; the Silk Road was my only choice.
Facilities: There was less room for children to play.
Cleanliness: The lobby seemed cleaned regularly. I wiped the table outside with a wet wipe, and it wasn't stained at all, indicating it had been cleaned recently.
Service: Most of the staff were excellent.
Dongsha Scenic Area Tour: Very convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning.
Warm hot spring tickets for two: Excellent.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Greentown Hotel, and it served as a perfect transit point for Putuoshan. We arrived late, around 4 PM, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a panoramic sea view room, which was a fantastic experience. The guest rooms, restaurant, and public areas all had a wonderful resort-like atmosphere. If I come back to Zhoushan for a summer escape, I'll definitely choose Greentown again.
