The landscape was green and so quiet. Beautiful garden around our rooms. Perfect for recharge our energy and refresh our soul and mind.

FfranktonA group of four of us traveled from Shenzhen to Zhoushan Putuo for the Putuo Yueye Trail DongHai—a highly anticipated UTMB World Series event. The race lasted two days, and we booked two double rooms, arriving at the VOCO Hotel around noon on March 13th.
The moment we stepped into the hotel, our spirits lifted instantly. The hotel is brand new, with a simple yet tasteful design, and it’s located right by the sea. The expansive ocean view from our room window truly exceeded our expectations.
Check-in was handled by the front desk staff, who were incredibly patient and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Over the next two days, we also dined at the hotel restaurant and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and perfectly arranged, offering both comfort and quality.
However, what truly touched us was the heartwarming gesture on the last day.
The race finished at 3:00 PM on March 15th, which was more than two hours past the original check-out time. We were a bit hesitant, but we decided to ask the front desk if they could be flexible for race participants. A front desk staff member named Bambi, after understanding our situation, enthusiastically helped us secure a late check-out until 4:00 PM.
That moment was truly moving. After the race, being able to take a hot shower made us feel instantly 'fully recharged,' ready to embark on the next leg of our journey with renewed energy. This kind of thoughtfulness and proactive problem-solving truly made us feel special.
VOCO Hotel not only boasts impressive facilities but also memorable service. The next time we visit Zhoushan, whether for a race or a vacation, this will definitely be our first choice! I genuinely recommend it to all friends traveling to Zhoushan.

It's incredibly convenient for those visiting Puji Temple and the South Sea Guanyin, as both are within walking distance. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, and transportation to Mount Luojia, Mount Foding, and Fayu Temple is also easily accessible. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly service-oriented. The bedding is spotless and clean, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay.

SShuishuowohuai1971For the past two years, whenever I've visited Putuo Mountain for a pilgrimage, I've chosen to stay at the Radisson Manor. One major reason is the ability to book early morning services at Fayu Temple for the next day. More importantly, staying here allows me to constantly experience the Radisson's meticulous service. This time, due to the rain, I opted to have several meals at the hotel for convenience. The dishes were exquisite and the taste was superb. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service from the restaurant staff, particularly a server named Xiao Xie. Additionally, the complimentary travel photography service was a nice touch. While the hotel facilities, as an older star-rated property on the island, are a bit dated, I believe the Radisson will still be my top choice for my next visit to Putuo Mountain.

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying accommodation experience! The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's butler service. I would like to praise the butler Guo Yue by name. He would contact us one day in advance to ask about our needs, and then tell us about the weather, clothing and the situation on the island. Because we brought a lot of luggage, we also arranged a dock pick-up service. After we arrived, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and gave us a bed fence. You can contact the butler for everything during your stay. Guo Yue always responded to us immediately. The service was very good 👍🏻. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was average. The hotel is right in front of the Fayu Temple pick-up point, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It is also very close to Qianbu Beach, just a few steps away.

MM383735****In the fourth year of coming to Putuo Mountain, this time I chose Hilton. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the Fayu Temple parking lot and quiet. It is also very convenient to have a free pier pick-up and drop-off. After getting off the bus, there will be a young lady to help with the luggage. When I checked in, I met Xiao Song at the front desk. The check-in procedure is super fast and the business is very skilled. I used to live in Puji Temple. I chose this place this time. I didn’t wait for me to ask the exit. Xiao Song introduced us very enthusiastically how to take the car around. He also told us a lot of detailed strategies. I felt that I had been blindly playing before, and I asked about our return itinerary, and recommended hotels and restaurants that are convenient for accommodation outside the island, which is particularly intimate. I really want to give Xiao Song a big praise, and I am grateful to 🙏 I will continue to choose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next time.

Upon arrival, I immediately felt a strong sense of sincerity. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in efficiently without any delays. They patiently answered all my questions about travel and local attractions with a polite and friendly demeanor, making me feel comfortable as soon as I stepped into the hotel. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant decor. The lighting was perfectly balanced, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. Whether in the lobby lounge or the corridors, everything was spotless, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The overall environment was quiet and pleasant, without any noisy disturbances, ensuring maximum comfort.
My room experience was equally great. The room was spacious and bright, with a practical layout. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and tidy, and the mattress had just the right firmness, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep without any discomfort. The room was well-equipped, with the air conditioning and bathroom facilities all functioning normally. The toiletries were of high quality, and the bathroom was clean, odor-free, with proper wet-dry separation. The cleaning staff did a thorough job, even cleaning every corner and crevice. Having such a peaceful resting space truly showed the hotel's dedication and professionalism in every detail.
The biggest surprise of my stay, and what I most want to highlight, was the hotel's Executive Lounge. The lounge had an elegant and private atmosphere with exquisite, high-quality decor. The expansive views from the window seats were lovely, and the overall vibe was quiet and therapeutic. It was perfect for relaxing, a quick work break, or chatting with friends. The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent. The afternoon tea offered a rich and refined selection, including desserts, fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The desserts were delicate and not overly sweet, and the drink options were diverse, far exceeding expectations.
The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level.
In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant.
This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends seeking quality accommodation.

JJunshengThis is probably the worst Shangri-La hotel I have ever experienced. Not only is the location bad, but there are no supporting facilities nearby. To get to the nearest seafood restaurant, you have to walk around the cultural center and sports park for 30 minutes. In addition, the breakfast selection is surprisingly limited and is not even as good as that of a three-star hotel.
