The landscape was green and so quiet. Beautiful garden around our rooms. Perfect for recharge our energy and refresh our soul and mind.
Location is very near and in walking distance to Guanyin Fajie.’

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for two consecutive nights. My plans for the second day were originally undecided. When I later inquired about extending my stay, the hotel informed me there were no special discounts for extensions, and the price was identical to what was listed on Ctrip. Fair enough, as it was a weekend and hotel prices usually go up, so I decided to check out other hotels. However, when I returned from my excursion and decided to extend, I found that the hotel's price had actually dropped compared to the previous night. If I had extended my stay directly that morning, I would have seriously overpaid.
Perhaps because it was my first time staying here, a hotel staff member contacted me by phone and added me on WeChat the day before to confirm if it was my initial visit. Once I confirmed, everything was perfectly arranged. Upon arrival at the pier, a hotel shuttle bus picked us up and took us to the hotel (this was the most important reason I chose this place). As soon as we disembarked, a bellhop helped with our luggage and delivered it directly to our room after check-in. The front desk mentioned a room upgrade (though I honestly felt it was no different from what I booked, and I didn't book the most basic room to begin with). The room's environment and cleanliness were quite good, and any extra amenities requested were delivered promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying first night's stay.
However, everything changed on the second day. Being a weekend, the hotel was accommodating tour groups. Check-in was incredibly slow, and the front desk staff seemed rather indifferent, completely lacking a customer service mindset. Despite room availability clearly allowing for it and my being a two-night consecutive guest, there was no room upgrade offered. Most notably, for a four-star hotel, they didn't even offer late check-out; I was informed the latest check-out time was 1 PM. The dehumidifier's water collection tank in the room was full, and before checking out, I even found a small spider crawling on the wall 😅.
My overall impression of the service industry on Putuoshan is that it operates with an attitude of 'take it or leave it – we don't lack tourists anyway, so just come and leave quickly.' The island's management is also extremely poor, which was quite disappointing to say the least.

DD2100****This is a newly opened hotel. I booked a family room with breakfast and dinner. The restaurant has a great view and needs to be booked in advance. The buffet dinner has a wide variety of dishes and is 99 yuan for in-house guests. The restaurant's freshly made sushi is excellent. The lady pushes the food cart to make it for the guests. I recommend the beef noodles for breakfast. The housekeeper, Ah Zhen, provides attentive service and deserves a five-star rating. When I checked out, I was given a unique gift from Putuo Mountain. I like it very much and will stay at Voco again when I come to Putuo Mountain next time.

GGuest UserI have to give the housekeeper Xiaoyu a big five-star 🌟praise. Xiaoyu's service brought us a full sense of happiness. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, they enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage. When delivering our luggage to the room, they also carefully introduced the breakfast restaurant's business hours and the location of the park, giving us a general understanding of the hotel's facilities and equipment. They were very considerate.
The next day we went to Putuo Mountain, and I was deeply moved by Xiaoyu's service. She took the initiative to help look after the elderly and children. Not only did she send them safely to Fantasy Island Children's Playground, she also accompanied them throughout the entire trip. After the trip, she helped take the elderly and children back to the room and helped apply for a late check-out. She took care of them in every possible way. This kind of private butler service truly considers what the guests think and relieves their worries. Thank you very much Xiaoyu for allowing us to travel with peace of mind [namaste] without any worries. The service quality of Zhoushan Senbo Hotel far exceeded expectations. It is definitely the first choice for family travel. We will definitely come again next time!

GGuest UserPutuoshan Guantang is located at the Fayu Temple Station of Putuoshan Tourist Bus Station. It is right outside the gate. It is very convenient for travel and has a superior geographical location. It is a wise choice for us to choose Putuoshan Guantang this time. The environment is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and a large shower. The waiters are very friendly and answer all questions. They are very careful and responsible for keeping our luggage. I would like to praise Miss Lin at the front desk. I would especially like to thank the handsome housekeeper Xiao Pan, who contacted me by phone in advance and patiently told us in detail about all aspects of Putuoshan tourism. He arranged a car to pick up and drop off at the pier in advance. It was very thoughtful. I also give a thumbs up to the hotel management for having such good employees. This is a great experience. Putuoshan Guantang will be my first choice next time I come.

KKevin HZThe Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach.
The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children.
The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service.
I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel.

I changed several rooms, and the problems were handled in a timely manner, and the remedial measures were particularly sincere ❤️. The hotel's services are still very good 👍🏻👍🏻! Beautiful environment, wide view, it's a pity that the balcony door can't be opened. The three-separation design of the bathroom with double sinks is very convenient. There are too few tables in the room, and there is a lack of a chest of drawers in front of the TV, and there is no place to put things. Overall satisfaction, full marks for software, hardware needs to be improved. The location is a little far from Zhujiajian Wharf and Putuo Airport.

GGuest UserThis year I took my elderly family there. Overall it was good. I go to Putuo every year. The hotel food is also good and suitable for the general public. In particular, there is a slightly plump girl who provides great service! When ordering, she enthusiastically recommends special dishes, is very familiar with the dishes, and answers questions patiently and carefully. She also pays attention to customer needs and is very friendly, which adds a lot to the dining experience.

NNIHATThe hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
