The environment is good, the room is very clean, the double basin is very family-friendly, the owner is very enthusiastic, responsive, and very caring to the guests! The B&B is located in Xiaowushitang Village. The road at the entrance of the village is very narrow, and it will be a bit difficult to drive during peak traffic jams. Other than that, it is very good and it is a pleasant journey.

It was the first time I booked a B&B in the surrounding area. Although the surrounding environment was not ideal, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the B&B. I liked it very much. From the decoration style to the environment and hygiene, everything was super good. The food cooked by the owner's mother was also super good. 👍If I was not in a hurry, I really wanted to stay a few more days, because it is really a good place for leisure and vacation. Hygiene: very clean. Facilities: very creative and stylish. Environment: It feels like entering a Suzhou garden. Service: very good, the whole family is very friendly.

Where to find peace and tranquility when praying at Putuo Mountain? 【Banxia Banyin】 – a place for quiet contemplation! On January 9th, I went to Putuo Mountain to pray for blessings. Around 5 PM, I took the ferry back to Wugongzhi Wharf in Zhujiajian. Because I had booked the 【Banxia Banyin】 guesthouse in advance, they offered a pick-up and drop-off service. (Secretly, the guesthouse owners are young, beautiful, handsome, and cool, haha!) PS. Since the guesthouse's car was at the airport picking up guests, and they were worried I'd have to wait too long, the beautiful owner drove her own BMW to pick me up! (So kind!) Why choose 【Banxia Banyin】? 🌸Pick-up and drop-off service: The drive from Wugongzhi Wharf in Zhujiajian is about ”the time it takes to sing a song” (to borrow the words of the handsome young man who took me back to Zhujiajian Wharf). 🌺Excellent location: It's near ”Guanyin Fajie” (about 700 meters, a 5-6 minute walk). 🪷Convenient Dining: Just across the street from the guesthouse is a street full of restaurants! I ate my way through it last night, haha! 🌷Comfortable Accommodation: The guesthouse is a newly built villa, with both public areas and private rooms boasting a fresh and elegant style. (See pictures for details!) 🌼Breakfast Provided: Eat your fill before you set off! Haha!

There are comments about various problems with environmental sanitation services. As for my personal stay this time: When checking in, the front desk receptionist spoke softly and gently, and was very polite throughout the whole process. After checking in, another handsome guy showed the way and introduced the unmanned supermarket next to it, which was convenient for self-service purchase of snacks and drinks. Room hygiene: Very clean and tidy. The items were also neatly organized. There was a very retro letter on the desk. Because I came here for business and didn’t have time to eat breakfast, I didn’t have a choice, so I didn’t comment. Room service: There was nothing to clean. The auntie who hung the do not disturb also asked if I wanted to add drinking water when I went out. She was warm and thoughtful. The check-out procedure was very fast. I forgot the room card in the room and just told the front desk and left. I received the refunded deposit in one minute. I was very satisfied with this stay and will choose Xin Huaqiao next time.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

Situated just off the beach area of DaDaShuan (sp?) this hotel is perfectly placed to access surfing, water bikes, and other beach activities. It also has a wonderfully clean (heated!) swimming pool. Our room itself was excellent for our little family including baby, but the only gripe I would have is the entertainment options on the TV was severely limited to a few select videos and local channels. So if you want to watch your own films and shows, bring a device as you can use the HDMI on the TV. Also, they’re quietly dog friendly.
