The disadvantage is that the room is small, it is written as 20 square meters, but in fact it can only squeeze in 2 beds, a long TV, and 2 small bedside tables.
It takes a small path with steps to get there, and it is not convenient to carry a large heavy box in the peak season (there are too many guests and the boss’s family has limited manpower and may not be able to take care of the pick-up and drop-off)

GGuest UserAfter the periodic exams, my roommate and I chose to travel off-peak. Shengsi Goji Island is a popular online celebrity check-in spot during the holidays, but there are also chaos such as taxis charging random prices and scenic spots charging random fees on the Internet. However, choosing to stay in this homestay has made my trip more than 90% successful. During the two nights I stayed in this homestay, I really experienced what it means to feel at home.
On the morning of the hotel, when I was still waiting for the boat at Shenjiawan Wharf, the boss added me on WeChat and told me that I didn’t need to take a taxi after getting off the boat. I only needed to spend a few dollars to take a bus to the hotel, and said that I could ask her anything.
After checking in, just when I was about to look for travel tips on Xiaohongshu, the boss took the initiative to recommend us an afternoon tour route based on various situations of the day.
During my stay at the hotel, every time I walked out of the guest room, I would always say hello to the enthusiastic boss and his family. The guests in other rooms were also very friendly. When we were free, we sat in the yard and talked about the blue sea, and spent a lot of good time.
I received another WeChat message from the boss before leaving the hotel on the third morning. This time, she brought us a big bowl of Tremella soup to practice. So my roommate and I enjoyed the last morning before leaving the island with the beautiful sea view and the small bread we bought the night before. Our island trip ended here.
If I have the opportunity to visit this island with my relatives and friends next time, I will definitely choose to stay here again. This place is like an origin, carrying my love and good wishes for the rich natural landscape resources of this island. I hope that in the near future, the government will be able to regulate the tourism experience here and completely eliminate the monopoly of transportation on the island and the random charging of scenic spots. I hope that all operators on the island can take the business philosophy of this homestay as an example and make due contributions to the sustainable development of the tourism industry here.

SShengsibujueLocated in the Daqingshan Scenic Area, facing Qingsha Beach (you can walk directly from Qingsha to Lisha at low tide), and backed by Daqingshan Mountain, the guesthouse boasts a picturesque setting. The guesthouse has its own large plot of land; after driving through the fence, there's a spacious lawn, followed by multi-story buildings (with elevators) arranged along the road. The lobby is on the first floor, the restaurant on the second, and the sea-view rooms are on the third floor, each with its own terrace offering unobstructed sea views. At night, the gentle white noise of the waves lapping against the shore through the windows makes for a very comfortable sleep. In addition, there's a large public terrace on the third floor with several swimming pools. My Golden Retriever (by the way, it's pet-friendly here) fell into the pool, which was covered by a waterproof sheet and undergoing maintenance – sorry (o__)… The manager said the pool water is changed daily, and since the beach was flooded at high tide, I took the opportunity to play in the pool briefly (absolutely no dogs were allowed in!). The decor is clean and inviting, and there are slow-charging stations, making it convenient to recharge at night. The guesthouse has a restaurant, but since it was a weekday during the off-season, lunch and dinner were limited to seafood noodles and fried rice. Since the seafood noodles were quite delicious, we also had breakfast (breakfast was included in the room rate, and you could also choose a congee set meal). The scenery at Daqingshan Mountain is absolutely stunning! Although the entrance fee is 100 yuan, staying inside the mountain meant the entire scenic area was deserted at night! The whole area was occupied by guests!! It's perfect for people who dislike noise!

DDayuxiaoyuIt was extremely difficult to book a room after the typhoon. Ctrip coordinated the room search and arranged it in Lejia. As its name suggests, Happy Joy, the store is in the alley of the town. The B&B has a long history. I told the driver at the pier that they all knew that the delivery would be accurate and the distance would be great. The pier is not far away, and the streets of the town are full of restaurants. It is no problem to eat. The hot water in the B&B is large and the shower is comfortable. The owner is hospitable and even provides an extra bed and towels. Although it is not a sea view room, sleeping is quiet and private. From the perspective of vacation planning Said, one night's sleep is very cost-effective

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh.
First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got.
They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai.
Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure!
Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!
