MMeikaka✅Location: Located on the back mountain of the scenic area. Take the tourist bus and get off at the cable car station. Inform the guesthouse that they will provide a pick-up service, but we had to wait too long that day, so we ended up walking to the guesthouse ourselves. The walk isn't far, but it involves climbing a hill, about 10-15 minutes. The surrounding area is very quiet.
✅Transportation: The guesthouse offers a pick-up service, but due to island restrictions, they can't pick you up at the pier. Also, the guesthouse shuttle only runs once an hour, so if you need a pick-up, please inform the guesthouse at least 30-40 minutes in advance, otherwise you'll end up like me, having to walk.
✅Service: Excellent. The staff are very attentive and responsive. After booking, a concierge team is set up, and someone is always in contact with us, which is very convenient.
✅Room: The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities provided. The complimentary minibar and welcome fruit were great. The bedding was also very comfortable, and the foot bath provided by the hotel was a thoughtful touch; after a long day of walking, it was perfect for relaxing in the evening.
✅Dining: We booked dinner at the guesthouse in advance. Since there's not much around, and the nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk, I recommend making a reservation if you don't plan to eat dinner on the front of the mountain. They even gave us complimentary homemade pomelo wine, which was quite delicious. Breakfast the next day was a generous portion—a healthy and tasty Chinese breakfast, and we could ask for more if we wanted.
I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit Putuo.

Mmocha04The front desk staff were really welcoming and patient. They even upgraded us to a suite! The room facilities were new, and the hygiene was excellent. Although the breakfast was simple, it was clean and filling. There's free parking right in front, and it's only about a five-minute walk to catch the boat. Overall, it was super convenient and comfortable. Last year, I stayed at the Ji Hotel, which was a tiny bit closer, but it wasn't well-maintained, the rooms weren't as spacious, and the breakfast was terrible. From now on, whenever I come to Mount Putuo, I'm definitely staying at Zhenting!

XXusimpleIt is a top hotel on Putuo Mountain. I am very satisfied. The room is spacious. The supplies in the house can be seen very carefully. The voss water, Dyson's hair dryer, disposable bath bag, bubble ball for bathing, intelligent control of the whole house, and the dock transfer is also very convenient. In fact, the butler service is invincible. The corresponding speed is very fast, the real name praises the front desk brother, the young lady is attentive and thoughtful, the breakfast tastes great, and the check-out does not have to be praised, the instant goodwill is improved, really many hotels are now checking out to praise, can understand but it is really a bit annoying, Anyway, Putuo will choose this one later.

GGuest UserI booked this homestay on Ctrip, and the overall feeling is really good. The room is clean and comfortable, and the toiletries are no less than those of a five-star hotel. The environment looks inconspicuous from the outside, but it is quite warm inside. The boss gives people a very kind feeling and helps introduce places to visit around. The meals cooked by the boss's mother are fresh and delicious, and worth recommending.

GGuest UserWe love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

GGuest UserPutuoshan Hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Puji Temple and a 15-minute walk to the Puji Temple bus station. Across from the hotel is a commercial street, making it very convenient for dining and shopping.
**Facilities:** The room's basic facilities are very complete. The comforter isn't heavy or stuffy. The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit hard and creaked loudly when I turned over.
**Hygiene:** The room was cleaned very well, with no hair found.
**Environment:** It's very quiet. Sleeping at night was peaceful and undisturbed, which is perfect for elderly family members who have trouble sleeping.
**Service:** The customer service was very thoughtful and attentive. The hotel offers pick-up and drop-off services. Except for holidays when the ferry terminal control requires a bit of a strenuous uphill and downhill walk, everything else was fine.

OOuaidousenI visit Putuoshan every year, and in the past, I'd usually stay at boutique B&Bs, which are quite expensive. This time, I chose Xilei Baotuo Xingzhe, and its location is fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to Puji Temple, and downstairs, there are restaurants like Yuanzhiyuanwei Zhenxuan and Zaozishu, making dining and getting around super convenient. As a Ctrip Diamond member, I got a complimentary room upgrade to the second floor. The room size was standard, and the soundproofing was excellent, perfect for a good rest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the facilities were complete. Housekeeping kept it spotless. The mattress firmness was just right, even my friend, who is usually very picky about beds, was satisfied. Every staff member I met greeted me with a smile, which made me feel very welcome. The shuttle service to and from the station was also very well-executed. I'll definitely stay here again in the future! I especially recommend this hotel to anyone planning to attend morning prayers; it's incredibly convenient.

SSmall WandererWell located close to the (paying) beach.
The hotel requires a renovation in the public area and bathrooms (black traces of dampness on the walls, furniture broken, the carpet in public are was also peeling off, which you would not expect to see in a 4 stars hotel. The bedroom itself was renovated and the room itself is pretty big, though.
Cleaning is also to be improved, we had a lot of sand left in the shower from the previous customers.
There is no international breakfast, but the hotel is located close to the Westin (5mn walk) so you can go there.
There is a parking below.
Service is minimum, only one person at the reception desk, and no English-speaking staff.
