I really appreciate the executive, Li Fenjun, for her thoughtful reminders and assistance with coordination throughout: she gave me early warnings about cancellations, promptly informed me when services resumed, proactively arranged a shuttle when there was traffic control on-site, and even helped me clarify false information, ensuring I got on the vehicle smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a bus stop, making travel very convenient. A little tip: when returning from Mount Luojia, you can take the hotel's vehicle directly back without having to detour to Puji Temple. The entire trip went very smoothly, and I'm very grateful!

So beautiful island and cute hotel. For me was really big surprise that near Shanghai have such a small and cute place. We choose this hotel because of the pool. It’s was so amazing to open balcony and see u private pool. Actually one pool is sharing between 2 room but nobody swim, so everything was only for us. Also the staff in the hotel is helpful, helped with booking tickets, explained about islands, took us to show bioluminescent plankton. Could be nice if hotel provide one free coffee for breakfast (now need to pay) and some international food (was traditional chinese breakfast)

Traveling with my family of four, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff always greeted us warmly. After getting to our room, I noticed a bathtub. I asked a friendly staff member if they had disposable bath liners, and to my surprise, they brought one up in less than five minutes! The next day, after coming back from sightseeing, I found a brand new, unopened one sitting by the tub. It was at that moment that I realized how excellent the housekeeping service was. When we were checking out, a manager named Wang Yang, as indicated by his name tag, told us about the shuttle frequency, helped us with our luggage, and even gave our kids little gifts 🎁. Finally, when we were storing our luggage, the two young bellhops were also very diligent. They helped us load our bags into the car when we left and even invited us back again... Also, in the morning at breakfast, our daughter wanted seaweed soup, but they didn't have it that day. I just casually asked about it, and a staff member quickly explained that it was a rotating chef schedule. She even noticed me rubbing my eyes and promptly offered me tissues. She then offered to personally prepare a bowl of seaweed soup for me, but I said a substitute was fine. All these little details they provided were definite pluses. Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

The hotel service was excellent. We had a dedicated shuttle pick us up after we arrived on the island. The location is also fantastic, with beautiful night views of the surrounding area. It's only a 2-minute walk to Puji Temple. Right outside, you'll find cultural attractions and a street full of delicious food. The room was clean, tidy, and even had a dehumidifier. Definitely worth staying here.

The inscription at the entrance, ”常游究竟空” (meaning roughly ”Always wandering in ultimate emptiness”), adds a touch of Zen. The hotel's location in the heart of the scenic area is a huge advantage. Because of this, everything about the room was perfect, except for it being a bit small.

The room was very clean and odorless. Even though the window faced the street, it was very quiet at night. I, a light sleeper, actually slept soundly last night. The front desk staff were excellent. This morning I was in a rush to get to Puji Temple and accidentally left my coat's belt in the room. The staff proactively called to remind me about it. Everything was very satisfactory, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
