4-Star Hotels in Cusco

Recommend this hotel, few people are clean, safe, clean, the location is only 3 to 5 minutes away from the classic, everyone is very friendly, recommended a good local guide

The staff in this place are the most considerate, friendly, and helpful people I have ever came across in a hotel while travelling. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had a light meal when I first arrived and it was very good. The only issue (I was reluctant to bring it up to the staff because they were so nice) was the shower having warm water and not hot water.

The hotel is very well located, and the restaurant is unbeatable. I didn't give it a 5/5 because I went for my birthday and wasn't given any gifts, even though I specified them at check-in.

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

Whilst rooms felt tired and probably due a refresh, overall a really nice hotel in a perfect location. The lobby, bar and courtyard were really lovely.  We want to specifically mention Jean Carlo - a genuinely nice man who was always so ready to help and always  with a beaming smile - give that man a raise, he’s the face of the hotel and does a grand job!

The hotel does not have an elevator. Trip.com pay attention to communicating with the hotel. The windows of the back room type on the third floor of the old middle are very poorly lit by default. The window written in the selection room does not match the balcony bed stool and the area. After serious argue with the front desk, it was restored to the main room on the second floor.

The very characteristic Peru hotel is located in the center of Cusco, with convenient transportation, within walking distance to the central square, and convenient pick-up and drop-off. The decoration style of the hotel is very popular. The room includes breakfast. Breakfast is available very early, and it is richer. Service The staff are very enthusiastic and can store the boxes after leaving the store

The room given was good, the mountain view could be seen, the room was large and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel includes a buffet breakfast, although not rich, but it is completely enough. It is also very convenient to take a taxi near the hotel, and there is no problem with travel.

Peru's domestic hotel chain, the hardware is older, very general, the location is very good, close to St. Martin's Square, management standards, room service staff did not collect tips, breakfast is generally but the yogurt is very good. The surrounding night was very noisy, and it was cheap and cheap for the hotel to book a car to the airport.

The reception staff was very helpful. Although I had to check in at 11 a.m. I just wanted to stop my backpack because of my early flight.
