Who is discussing right and wrong with you? As an employee of a luxury hotel, you should patiently help guests solve problems! It is recommended that the hotel strengthen service awareness training to deserve the title of luxury hotel. The service of other employees is still good. Special praise for Ctrip's customer service, who quickly helped me solve the problem."

"Hotel Montecristo. The location is good. Just walking distance from the main plaza and with easy access to the main attractions. A short walk uphill and you are in the “acueducto” as well as a good spot for nice view and pictures of the city. There is a small grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. I was able to get any last minute items that I needed from there, like water, sunblock, insect repellent, etc. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was light but ok. And the internet can definitely be better, but based on the location (Cuzco) you can’t ask for much. Right? The staff people were friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

"This hotel is definitely not a 5-star property. Based on the level of service provided, I would rate it 3 stars, or 3.5 at most. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful, and on our second day, there was no concierge available. We were also supposed to have a dedicated butler who would assist us throughout our stay, but unfortunately, that level of service was never provided."

"The room was decent, and thankfully there was an elevator on the fourth floor, especially considering the city's altitude of 3400 meters. I don't know if it was altitude sickness or a bad pillow, but I didn't sleep very well. The complimentary CoCo tea in the lobby helped alleviate altitude sickness. Breakfast included delicious roast pork, but due to the altitude sickness and lack of sleep, I drank cold milk first thing in the morning, which I vomited and couldn't enjoy. The hotel's free luggage storage was a thoughtful touch, allowing guests to walk quietly to the Temple of the Sun and Plaza de Armas in Cusco, which takes 10-30 minutes. It's not close to the city's main tourist area, but it's only a few hundred meters from the Inca train station, a 5-minute walk. If you want to be closer to the core tourist attractions, I recommend the Terra Andina Hotel."

The room facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is OK. There are no windows. The breakfast is OK. You can store your luggage, so you can travel light to Machu Picchu."

On the day we had to join local tour early, the host had prepared us takeaway breakfast! Everyone in this hotel is super nice and helpful! They had helped me solve a lot of issue during my stay! Recommend this stay to everyone who visit Cusco!"
