This has honestly been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staffing was so friendly, helpful, and very attentive. The room was super clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was everything,
So many restaurants, bars, shopping, and coffee shops in a short walking distance. Would stay there again and recommend to friends. 10/10

Great location in Cusco, you can walk everywhere and the hotel is on a lovely, quite street. Very comfortable rooms with excellent service, my room had quite a large bathroom with whirlpool tub and large shower. My friend's room on the second floor was smaller so if you want more space go with the first floor rooms.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for four nights as part of our upgraded tour package and were not disappointed. The staff is phenomenal, friendly, and made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable visit. The hotel and rooms are clean, well furnished, and had great amenities and a solid breakfast buffet and/or menu selections. The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance of the main square, great restaurants, shopping and all city center attractions. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for several nights at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel and were delighted with our stay! The hotel staff were wonderful, very kind and competent. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and tea throughout the day. The location was excellent- we walked everywhere. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful- lovely artwork, flowers and decor; comfortable beds. Thank you so much!

The hotel is beautiful! The customer service is exceptional, everyone is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond for a wonderful experience. It is also centrally located which is great because you can walk everywhere. I would highly recommend !!

We have visited the hotel for our honeymoon for 5 days and it has exceeded our expectations. As soon as we arrived at the room we noticed that we had an upgrade to a suite which was amazing! The staff was always helpful and smiling, the restaurant and breakfast were superb and they even prepared breakfast boxes almost every morning before our day trips. We look forward to come back!

Un hotel excepcional en Cusco. El hotel es un auténtico museo, con obras de arte repartidas a lo largo de las instalaciones e incluso un tour con audio guía para conocer todas las antigüedades. El personal del hotel muy amable, y nos gustaría agradecer especialmente a Guido su atención. Los desayunos son muy buenos y con platos a la carta. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Cusco al lado de las principales atracciones turísticas. Lo cierto es que el hotel nos ha encantado.

We were quite disappointed with this property, having read the glowing reviews and paid a very high price. Our expectations were maybe at too high level since we had stay at the fabulous Palacio del Inka earlier in the week. Here, there were issues with the room, noise from the guest above us simply walking across the floor was very loud, things like the bathroom door not functioning well, the air-conditioning not working, and generally a cramped room, even though it was so-called superior deluxe.
