Outstanding
I took a chance and booked despite the lack of reviews, and I’m so glad I did. It’s an excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The bed was cozy with fresh, clean white linens, and the towels were also spotless. The breakfasts were excellent. The place is quiet, safe, and offers a beautiful view. The central square is just a 7-minute walk away. I would like to express special thanks to Isabel for her care and attentiveness. Thank you for the comfort, I will definitely come back.

I stay here for four nights. It’s a very good place overall. The bed is comfortable and the whole place is not noisy at all. I had to go out early in the morning for some tours but the host was up early to unlock the door for me. Very nice people and place.

I stayed at this hotel twice. After checking out on the first day, I went to Hotwater Town to stay for one night before coming back again. We could store our large luggage and only brought one backpack to Hotwater Town. It was great! Most of the service staff are not very good at English, only one of them speaks better English, but they are all warm and friendly, oh! By the way, there is a laundry service here for 10 soles per kilogram, which is very convenient!

Amazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Room was very clean and comfortable. The employees were lovely and extremely helpful. To access the room we had to climb up fire escape type steps (the staff kindly helped us with our bags). The only major issue was the shower. When we went to shower, the handles shocked us. We tried to use a towel to turn the water on and off and the shocks went through the towel. The breakfast was very good … eggs!

Great hotel in Cusco with good rooms, friendly service, and proximity to Plaza de las Armas, just a minute away. The hot water and Wifi worked well. The cool thing was that my city tour that I booked on Trip.com was a crook and took my money, but never showed up for the city tour. I even went to his office, which was just 10 minutes from the hotel. Fortunately, Hotel Santa Maria has tour booking services that are reliable and reasonably priced. I believe her name was Edith, and through her I booked an enjoyable city tour and got to see everything I had wanted to. She also booked an excursion for the Rainbow Mountains, which was unforgettable!
