O hotel é maravilhoso! Bem aconchegante! Chegamos e já fomos muito bem recebidos e servidos com chá de coca. Tem um jardim lindo para fazer fotos com roupas temáticas e descasar desfrutando um chá quente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Great location, close to everything. Really friendly and professional staff, help us with our procedures and very attentive. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Basic lunches included, we don't miss anything. I would return without problem!

The facilities are poor and the beds are uncomfortable. I didn't feel comfortable in the environment due to the lack of cleanliness. We arrived and they took us to a room with a very strong smell of cigarettes, we asked for another accommodation and they took us to one where there were hairs on my sheet when I went to bed. The sheets and towels were also stained, which did not give a good impression of cleanliness. One of the towels was dirty and I requested a change. The hand towel was a maximum of 10x10 cm and became soggy after little use. There were steps in the room, including a wall to get to the shower, so I don't recommend it for the elderly. My wife had an accident in the bathroom when entering the shower. The toilet also had loose parts that made use dangerous and uncomfortable. The service was OK and the breakfast was reasonable. The location is good, very close to Praça das Armas.
