The environment and location are good, the room is not big, and the facilities are okay. The waiters speak English, the front desk staff smile less, and the airport pick-up and drop-off are paid

Beautiful hotel . The staff are all very friendly and professional. Location is perfect near the city Centre and you can walk to most of the shopping areas and restaurants yet it is very quiet and serene. They serve very good breakfast . Highly recommend

Wonderful hotel , unique architecture and ever so cozy . The culture of the staff is superb . Has an interior patios to relax are beautiful. The restaurant breakfast is top with healthy food including tropical fruits such as papaya and mango . At dinner top chefe Rafael prepares a world class Peruvian trout with maracujá sauce …. It’s superb !

Stayed here for two nights, the hotel is very nice and the rooms are set around open quadrangles. The rooms face out onto the open spaces, which means apart from a small window facing out there is no proper light into the rooms. The rooms are like boxes, however, they are very comfortable if not compact. The bathroom was large with a nice shower and refurbished amenities. The room was clean and the fixtures and fittings in good order. The beds provided a great sleep and were most comfortable, with nice linen. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good affair, with great choice and eggs if requested. We also had a lunch in the open square, which was very nice and excellent value. Overall, a nice stay in the centre of Cusco and within walking distance of most of the attractions.
