The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very beautiful and very clean.
The room is also clean and tidy, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to disperse, especially the closed room without windows.
The service is difficult to say. I booked a superior room with windows and balconies. When I checked in, I said that the room was gone. The room I upgraded was the result of the ”upgraded” room. It was a fully closed room without windows! I don't agree, but the hotel said there was no room. The ”discussion” result was to give me free dinner. I didn't have a choice. I could accept...

GGuest UserA lot of rooms in the hotel are actually in the basement, and you can't see anything at all. The window is just a decoration, and the basement wall is right next to the window. The highest floor, the 4th floor, is called a luxury room, but because the roof of the third floor extends out 2 meters and tilts up, you can only see a little sky from the window, and you can't see the courtyard at all. It's very strange, but there is no reminder when booking a room. The front desk helps to order a car, which is at least 7 or 8 times more expensive than calling a car yourself. Consider it carefully.
