RRoger Ow YongFirst time in Seoul and stay in hotel. Hotel was excellent: receptionist is helpful and courteous. Check in and out is fast. Hotel facilities is excellent too. Water pressure is high, with separate restrooms. Living room had a sliding door to close to separate restrooms and washing basin. Had a small vacancy is more than enough. Location is the best walking distance 2-3mins to hongdiv MRT station exit 9. Overall is professional and high standard of living. I surely with stay again for next trip to Seoul never regret . I like make commitment to housing keeping for the well done, receptionist will help to call taxi for customer . Well done !

GGuest UserHave been to Seoul many times now but it was my first time staying in Insadong. Convenient location, where first floor connects to the Insadong alley and also near bus stops and the train station.
Double room was spacious for a single person, and I believe it would be spacious enough for 2 too.
Amenities in the room are standard, like what you’d find in most hotels.
There’s a coin laundry room, 4,000krw to wash/dry respectively. Overall design of the hotel was
very tasteful.
Only thing I noticed was a corner of the bedsheet being slightly stained when I arrived on my first night, but nothing else that I’d deem negative for this hotel.
Would definitely recommend to others.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts convenient transportation. You can take the airport bus to and from the airport, and the drop-off point is also where you catch the return bus, which is super handy. I took bus 6015 and got off at Myeongdong Station. After getting off, you'll see Subway Exit 8. Head towards Exit 8, and at the first intersection, turn right and walk straight. (Make sure you don't go past the CU convenience store; it's actually right opposite Exit 8.) It's quite close, just a few hundred meters walk. The hotel is also very close to our embassy, which gave me extra peace of mind. Every morning, I could see the embassy from my window seat. The room was a bit small; opening a 28-inch suitcase made it feel a bit cramped, but the hotel's cleanliness was good. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it's in lively Myeongdong, it was very quiet at night, which was fantastic.

GGuest UserOverall, our stay was great. The location is perfect, 4 metro stations, plenty of buses, a lot of cafes are near by. The room is pretty spacious, there was everything that you might need. The TV is smart, it’s possible to watch Netflix or YouTube. The room was clean, well-prepared. The check-in process is super fast, the staff is friendly. The WiFi was great as well, I joined zoom-call easily
There were two minor things that we were a bit dissatisfied about: 1) the AC doesn’t have a night mode so it’s hard to adjust it, it’s either cold or hot.. we struggled. 2) we wanted to dinner at BBQ restaurant at the hotel, which works till 10pm as was stated at Ad. However, we came at 9, it was already closed, they said that the last order is at 8:30.. which is rare.. usually last order is 30 min before closing. So we left hangry.
Anyway, the hotel is great, we would definitely come back and recommend all friends.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is new and very photogenic, and the breakfast is excellent value for money with beautiful views. What impressed me most was the incredibly helpful staff. We left something at our previous hotel, and the staff, who spoke fluent English, seamlessly communicated with the old hotel and helped us retrieve our lost item. A big thank you to Phillip and the lady at the front desk who was on duty on the evening of the 22nd! The only minor drawback was that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

AAnonymous UserLoved the location, close to metro and there’s a convenience store onsite. Room was bright, spacious, clean, had well built storage spaces. Gym was spacious, clean and new. Washing machine and dryer in room. The service staff were very polite and helpful.
The only thing that I thought could be improved on was perhaps the hotel providing some free laundry detergent. It’s not expensive to purchase from the front desk (krw 1000) but it’s a hassle to have to go down to purchase it. It’ll be nice and much more convenient if they just provide enough for a use or two in the room.

GGuest UserApartment was very clean upon arrival and amenities were great e.g. washing machine and TV streaming services.
However, space was slightly squeezy especially for travellers with luggage.
Also had to google how to turn on the water heater from the control panels as it was all in Korean.
Bear in mind that you will have to manage your trash well as there is no housekeeping.
Overall, would come back again!

GGuest UserLocation: This hotel is reasonably close to Subway Line 5, but a bit further from Line 3. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby; if you turn right out of the hotel and cross an intersection, there's a large 7-Eleven with a microwave and hot water – very convenient for solo diners. On the way to Line 3, there's a large agricultural market selling mainly dried goods, with few snack stalls. There's also a Michelin-starred noodle shop nearby. Other shops are mostly commercial. Overall, it lacks a lively, local atmosphere. Lotte Department Store is very close, just two stops on Line 3. Across the road, there's a stop for Airport Bus 6001, named 'Baiton Hotel'.
Service: The staff speak a little Chinese and are generally good.
Environment: In the room, things like the air conditioning, lighting, and whether you need room service are all controlled via a panel. The air conditioning temperature adjustment isn't very comfortable for winter. Both the room and the hotel overall feel a bit dated.

BBokexierdienThe hotel has a great location. It's just two turns away from Chungmuro Subway Station Exit 8. Airport buses 6105 and 6011 also stop near Exit 8, making it very convenient to get to the hotel.
It's a fully self-service hotel with a self-check-in machine that has Chinese language options, which is super handy.
The room door uses a key code, which is easy to operate. The bathroom is very clean, and there's a slight step down from the toilet area to the shower, which prevents water from splashing out.
Myeongdong is also within walking distance. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul.
