Amazing
GGuest UserThis truly lives up to its five-star rating. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in Seoul's Myeongdong area. It's literally right outside Exit 8 of Euljiro 1-ga Station on Subway Line 2. Myeongdong shopping is just a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel is integrated with Lotte Duty Free, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. I requested a quiet room when I booked in advance, and they really delivered. The staff, both the young women and men, were impeccably dressed and provided excellent service. Check-in is on the 15th floor, and communication in English was completely smooth. The room was spacious and comfortable, and when you open the curtains, you can see N Seoul Tower. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

Great
AAixinqiaokeliThe hotel was very thoughtful, presenting a birthday gift and card to the child in our party. The bedding was very comfortable, and there were also pillows of different materials and heights to choose from! The hotel staff, from the porters to the front desk, were all very service-oriented and always smiling. The room was also spotlessly clean! The bread and cakes in the cafe were delicious, and getting around was very convenient! It's also very safe since it's right next to the Chinese Consulate. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

KKimonohonshuThe hotel does not provide air conditioning because they say it’s currently the autumn season.
That shouldn’t be the case, because there’s only a small little window, and it’s not ventilated enough, making it very stuffy.
Even on a high floor, as I stayed at 23rd Floor, I can still hear the noise from the traffic on the roadside who makes us can’t sleep well.
GGuest UserLocated in Lotte Jamsil, it's a 5-minute walk to the shopping mall and duty-free shop, and 15 minutes to Lotte World. The room offers panoramic views of Seokchon Lake and is equipped with a state-of-the-art coffee machine, phone charging cables, and a complimentary welcome kit. The bedding is comfortable, there's a bathtub, and the toiletries are by Diptyque. The hotel's public areas are visually appealing, and the pool and gym facilities are modern.
MM438416****The biggest issue with this hotel is that the concierge staff doesn't help guests with their luggage. The doormen are great; they'll open car doors and bring your bags into the hotel. But once your luggage gets to the concierge, they just push it towards you and motion for you to take it to your room yourself. It's truly speechless. Both times I've stayed, no one has brought my suitcase to the room. Their lack of service awareness is a real letdown and significantly impacts the check-in experience. I probably won't be staying here again.

Great
GGuest UserLocation is great right next to coex. We reserved a studio deluxe but upon check in was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment so that was really nice. Their service was great. Front desk is friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Seoul.
WWajiwapaiThis hotel is excellent, offering great value for money. The rooms aren't small and are very clean, equipped with wireless charging and slippers. Toothbrushes are available at the front desk for a donation of any amount. The service is fantastic, and the hotel's location is impeccable – it's super convenient for getting to Myeongdong, Gangnam, and Hannam-dong. It's only a 5-7 minute walk from the subway station. I recommend using exits 1 or 2 to avoid stairs, and there's a convenience store right outside those exits.
LL5858The amenity shampoo had a lovely scent. There are many restaurants nearby, and the station and airport bus stop are within a 10-minute walk.
It’s a bit far from central Seoul, but it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the Gangnam, Sinsa, or Apgujeong area.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is conveniently located near exits 4 and 5 of Seoul Station, which have direct elevators, making it super easy for those with large luggage! The rumors about homeless people near exits 7 and 8 are true, but I didn't encounter any issues, and since those exits only have stairs, I just avoided them entirely. It felt perfectly safe, so no worries there.
The biggest advantage of staying here is its proximity to the Airport Express and train lines. It's just a five-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient! Plus, Seoul Station has a Lotte Mart, so it's perfect for buying lots of groceries and carrying them straight back to your room.
You enter on the first floor and take the elevator directly up to the front desk on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor has a lovely ambiance, especially in winter. The room itself wasn't large, but anyone who's traveled to Japan or Korea will understand that. Overall, it was clean, tidy, and quiet. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

GGuest UserManage to check in early (12pm+ if I remember correctly) without issue.
However the email contact to hotel did not take action or reply me fast enough, so my Marriott membership was not attached to my stay during check in and I did not get any benefits like upgrade at all.
Rooms are quite small. Usable but no shaving kit etc. I believe you have to pay 1000krw from front desk for each item.
One very good benefit of this hotel is that the airport limousine bus stop is almost just right outside the hotel and it is the last stop (you can pay with tmoney or cash or credit card), and it’s straight to the airport.
