Amazing
GGuest UserFirst off, the service was excellent. We arrived around 12 AM, and the bellboy was very helpful with our luggage. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Even though there were no Chinese-speaking staff, everyone was very patient. Whenever we passed through the lobby, they'd always greet us. Secondly, the environment and hygiene were great. We stayed in what seemed to be the new building, and the room was tidy with a wide-open view. Lotte Duty Free Shop is right next door, and there's a smoking area just 50 meters outside the lobby, which is very convenient. The room facilities were complete, though toothpaste and toothbrushes were chargeable, but not expensive. The twin beds were also very comfortable. Thanks!

Great
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel with friendly staff. Stayed in luxury lake room and had a wonderful view of the Seokchon Lake during cherry blossom season. The hotel was very cooperative in my proposal planning as well.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is very strategic and convenient. It is located in front of Gongdeok station exit 9. It’s very convenient to reach the hotel from the Incheon Airport by taking the Airport Blue Line. It’s take around 1 hour. The room is clean and comfy. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Eggdrop, A Twosome Coffee, Fritz Coffee, E-Mart, BHC chicken, Olive Young and mores. I will stay here again if I go to Seoul.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel employee was very thoughtful and provided us with free room upgrade and a slice of cake because of our wedding anniversary. That was very considerate and nice gesture. Also warm water in the pool was a big bonus.
However, there are few things I would like to point out which are important for us as a family traveling with a kid:
1) children are not allowed to play screen golf. That was upsetting since we never had such issue at other hotels. Also you need to reserve time slot first, which doesn’t work for people who came to Seoul for tourism or leisure purposes.
2) children are only allowed to enter pool until 17:00. That’s extremely strange since many people check in after 15:00 and there would be no time to swim at all in that case. Also people mainly prefer to do shopping and sightseeing and relax at pool when they return in the evening. So this restriction is very strange for us. In that case hotel needs to either notify the guests during reservation or turn it into “adults only” hotel.
3) hotel has a very strict check in check out rules: 15:00 check in and 11:00 check out, not 30 min later/earlier; while standard international check in is 14:00 and check out 12:00. Usually hotels especially 5 stars hotels are very flexible and let guests check in 1-2h earlier if the guests already arrived and would allow them check out 30min-1h later without any issue.
4) Gym and pool close at 21:30. That’s very early compare to other hotels, where facilities usually work until 23:00 and sometimes even 24h.
5) Gym, sauna and pool are not exclusive to the hotel guests only. Anybody with paid membership can enter, which makes it crowded and inconvenient for hotel guests, especially on holidays and weekends. Also you need to take 2 different lifts and walk by the bridge to get there (basically it’s not the same building as hotel)
I would say it’s not a 5 star hotel, but more like a premium residence, that is suitable for a long term stay without children.
GGuest UserI had to cancel 1 night and even though i submitted the request within the amendment period, it was conveyed to the hotel and by the time the hotel responded, it had past the deadline. I felt that I was caught in between trip.com and the hotel, the time taken to communicate the amendment was delayed because of the communication time between the 2.
When I arrived to stay the 1 night, the staff were so unaware of how to do service recovery - they know that I paid almost SGD1000 for 1 night, perhaps they could have upgraded the room or just provided breakfast. But no, they say they can’t change anything in that booking. Like seriously, you guys shouldn’t be in the service industry! I laughed when I saw that welcome message from the hotel GM in my tv screen.
Never again in this hotel. And trip is not blameless too. You should always set deadlines taking into account response time between hotel and trip.

Great
GGuest UserThe breakfast was really varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's super convenient for getting around since the subway station is right nearby. It's only two stops to Myeongdong and three stops to Shinsegae Department Store. The family room, in particular, was a highlight – our kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave!
GgobacktonovemberThe hotel is very nice + very newly designed hotel.
Pros:
-nearby the sinsa station/area (but required around 5-7 minutes walk there)
-Big and cozy bed for two people
-Toilet with good warm water
-Good amenities
-Good space for 2 luggages to fit (big ones)
-Has a very nice cafe on the rooftop to see seoul city
-Able to see seoul towel from our room!
What to improve/Take note:
-the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in.
-No microwave/only fridge available
-The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

VVickychenThe only thing I'd recommend about this hotel is its location. It's right in Myeongdong, and you can see Namsan Tower from the room. It's also convenient for getting to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Namsan, and Dongdaemun. It's not a 5-star hotel, more like a Sheraton express. The toilet seat had some dirty spots, making it feel not thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast selection was limited, and the bread was hard and unappetizing. For over 2000 a night, you're definitely paying for the location; don't expect much else.

YYan-ZhengThis hotel is super close to Seoul Station, accessible from either Exit 1 or 7 (see picture 4). We had an overnight layover before catching the KTX, so staying here was incredibly convenient. You can even walk here along the Seoullo 7017 Skygarden. Plus, there's Lotte Outlets and a supermarket nearby for some shopping. We booked a family twin room with a queen bed (1.5m) and a single bed (1.1m), perfect for three people, and the space was just right. Check-out is at 12 PM, and at around 700 [currency, presumably KRW], it's really good value for money. The service was good, though we didn't get a chance to use any other facilities!

GGuest UserAn absolutely wonderful experience! We arrived at the hotel before check-in time on a very cold day, and needed to put more clothes on our child. The staff thoughtfully provided us with an unoccupied room to get settled and bundle up, which was incredibly considerate.
The reception staff (a young woman and a young man) spoke a little Chinese. I then asked them for travel advice. They were so welcoming and helpful, assisting me with booking Busan train tickets online, calling places I wanted to visit, and making reservations for activities. The young man even took us to a convenience store to buy subway cards and sent me daily itinerary directions. I booked a triple room, which was a two-bedroom apartment, perfect for our family of four. It had a living room and a hot spring bath, and was clean and tidy. Each bed was 1.5 meters wide, which is quite rare. The space was spacious and comfortable. Downstairs, there are aesthetic clinics, hair salons, and several convenience stores. The subway station is also within a 5-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. You can also walk to a huge shopping mall, which includes a luxury department store like LV, as well as a general shopping complex with plenty of dining and shopping options. We will definitely come back next time!
