I've stayed at Orange Hotel Crystal several times, and I always choose it first for my travels because it's clean, hygienic, and offers attentive service. This time, I booked a family room again, and from the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. That evening, there was a slight odor in the bathroom of my room. After I called the front desk, a housekeeping manager promptly came to address the issue and kept apologizing. They handled the problem without delay or shirking responsibility, immediately helping to resolve it. The proactive attitude and efficiency in solving the issue made my stay absolutely perfect 💯. The location is also great; it's very convenient to get a taxi, with one arriving within 10 seconds. I recommend the nearby Siji Minfu restaurant as well.

I stayed here for several consecutive days, and the experience was consistently good. Housekeeping was thorough every day, and supplies were replenished promptly. I even got to know the front desk staff, and their service remained attentive. The surrounding area has all the amenities you need, making daily dining and shopping convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable to live in, making it a great choice for a long-term stay. The service was fantastic, truly excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive, including a laundry room, gym, and even a coffee machine. Responses were very prompt, which was especially great. The hotel was clean and very close to the museum, just a short walk away! The breakfast was also delicious, and they even had a chef carving Peking duck right there. Their ox tongue pastries and date paste shortbread were incredible, far superior to other well-known brands – truly delicious! They weren't too sweet and had a delicate texture. I regretted eating them last because I was too full! I wanted to buy some to take home, but they said they were homemade by the hotel and not for sale to external guests, which was a real shame! Everything else was pretty good, and the water and drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary! For this price and location, I think it's an excellent deal!

I've stayed at the Manlan Hotel a few times for business trips, and the service and environment are consistently good. It's super convenient as the Line 17 subway station is just a 3-minute walk away. Every time I check in, they thoughtfully prepare a welcome gift; this time it was matcha mochi pastries and sour plum juice. The other snacks and drinks provided are also quite varied. Manlan recently launched a new membership card, and the staff kindly guided me on how to use it when I checked in. The vouchers included can be used for booking rooms and at the restaurant, and there are points that can be redeemed for services like face masks, aromatherapy, or foot baths, which is really practical.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby. The room was clean, bright, and cozy, with good soundproofing. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast spread was extensive and fresh. Overall, the environment was tidy and comfortable, the service was attentive and meticulous, and the price was reasonable. It's a great choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended, and worth staying at again.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and as always, the service is excellent, and it offers great value for money. The hotel package included dinner and breakfast for two. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good. The housekeeping staff on the 22nd floor are particularly noteworthy; their service attitude is fantastic, and they are very diligent, responsible, and meticulous in their work. A big shoutout to the hotel's housekeeping department! Looking forward to staying here again next time!

I highly recommend this hotel if you can ride a bike, as it's close to everything. However, if you can't, getting to the subway or taking a taxi isn't very convenient. It's a bit far from the subway station, and taxis often get stuck in traffic or can't find a place to stop. Beijing really is a city where you'll walk your legs off. The hotel facilities are a bit old; it has one large bed and one small, very basic bed, so I wouldn't recommend it for three people. It feels like you're staying right in a tourist area, and food nearby isn't cheap. You can walk to Wangfujing and the Forbidden City. It's also an internationally-friendly hotel.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was spotless, and I loved that the disposable toothbrushes were already in the bathroom, no need to pick them up at the front desk. The room was spacious and well-designed. This is definitely my go-to hotel every time I visit Beijing! A special shout-out to the bathrobes and slippers – they were incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was still mostly Western, and aside from the milk, everything was perfectly to my taste!

I had a really good stay this time. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the bedding was fresh, and I slept comfortably. There was plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were sufficient. The front desk staff were very nice; check-in and check-out were quick. The location is also convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The price was reasonable too. I felt very secure during my stay, definitely worth coming back.

Upon checking in, Miss Zoe at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic. When I asked about upgrading my room type, she immediately and proactively helped me check and change it, quickly finding me a room with a better view. She was patient and polite throughout our conversation, very efficient, and took the initiative to explain the hotel facilities. Her attention to detail showed thoughtful service, and she was serious and responsible in addressing guest needs. She's an excellent front desk staff member! 👍
