"Facilities: The hotel lobby and breakfast restaurant are located on the first floor. Hygiene: The hotel is clean, and the windows are bright and can be opened for ventilation. Environment: The environment is comfortable. The hotel is located in a residential area, making it very convenient for shopping. There are several convenience stores next to the hotel, and McDonald's and similar establishments are also nearby. Service: The staff provides excellent service. I couldn't get a Grab car myself, and the front desk staff helped me out. When my family member fell ill, the staff enthusiastically told me where I could buy medicine. They also actively greeted us when we went up and down the floors, especially the breakfast restaurant staff, who were very friendly and even helped with luggage during check-in. Overall, I found it better than expected after checking out. One staff member at the hotel even spoke Chinese. For the price and service during Chinese New Year, I am satisfied. The only drawback is that the breakfast was a bit too simple; it was almost the same food every morning for three days, which made me lose my appetite. I hope the food selection can be more diverse."

Great
GGuest UserI’ve stayed at several Ascott properties across different brands—Lyf, Oakwood, and Somerset—and they’ve consistently delivered great experiences. Somerset Pattaya was no exception and definitely lived up to my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spotless, well-designed, and thoughtfully arranged, with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop pool. It’s easily one of the nicest I’ve seen in Pattaya—an infinity pool with stunning views, and it gets sunlight throughout the day, which makes it perfect for relaxing. For families, there’s also a second pool featuring a large pirate ship, which is a fantastic touch for kids. The location is another major plus. Central Mall is just across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for nightlife or entertainment, there are plenty of bars and venues just around the corner. Overall, Somerset Pattaya has become one of my favorite hotels in the city. It combines excellent service, great facilities, and a prime location. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room type was satisfactory, a sea-view room. While the building isn't as new as some high-end Bangkok hotels, after insisting with the front desk not to be on a lower floor due to a late check-in, we got a room on a floor with a good view. The air conditioning was indeed noisy, as mentioned in other reviews, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The staff were reasonably enthusiastic. The beachfront restaurant was particularly delicious, every dish was excellent. We arranged a car back to Bangkok through the front desk. There are three kids' clubs: 1. A members-only area offering simple meals. There aren't many toys for children, but it's quiet and can be a good place to relax. We bought a day pass, which wasn't cheap, and the food wasn't great. 2. The second is underground, suitable for younger children. It's a small space, and there are scheduled craft activities with a teacher daily. 3. The Lost World (or something similar, I don't remember the exact name) has large outdoor climbing nets and slides, but it was too sunny to play much. There's an indoor area showing cartoons and simple wooden houses. Cake and cookie making activities are also held in this area. Our main focus was on playing in the water and enjoying the sea. The restaurants outside the hotel were also very good, and shopping was convenient. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

MMaoduoliyamaoduoliThe hygiene was good. It was a bit inconvenient to ask for a toothbrush at the front desk, and razors weren't provided. The slippers were regular sandals, not disposable, which is eco-friendly. There were mosquitoes at this time of year, but I didn't see any mosquito repellent. The breakfast was quite rich, a mix of Chinese and Western, and tasted good. It's a non-smoking hotel, and you absolutely cannot eat durian in the room. My colleague was fined 1000 Thai Baht just for eating a bite of durian. There are two pools downstairs, where a lot of foreigners often sunbathe, but unfortunately, my business trip schedule was too packed to enjoy them.

MMuratnohad a great stay at COSI Pattaya Wong Amat Beach. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. The location is quite good and close to the beach, although it’s a bit quieter compared to central areas, which can be a plus if you prefer a more relaxing environment. The amenities were decent, but could be improved as they felt a bit limited. However, overall I still had a very pleasant experience staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

GGuest UserThoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

GGuest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

GGuest UserI actually like this hotel. The reception area is very nice, and there is a large bar in the alley adjacent to reception. My room was nice. It had Thai style furnishings, and looked nice. The balcony was large and had a table and two chairs. I didn't go to the pool, but I could see it from my balcony, and it looked very nice. I never went to the exercise room, because the pictures online just showed a bike and elliptical type machine, but I don't think they have any weights there ~ other than a few kettle bells. I had a small refrigerator, a water kettle, and safe, so it was fine for a short stay. It is centrally located and is in a very walkable area. The only bad thing was the air conditioning unit blew directly on the bed, I tried to adjust the sway and fan speed to make it less noticeable, but nothing I did worked. So, I have had a sore throat for the past few days. Overall, it is a nice place for short stays. The pool seemed very nice, but if you don't need a pool, then staying at a guesthouse might be a good alternative. I didn't eat the food there. I had my Do Not Disturb sign up most of the time, and they do not bother you or provide any towels / water in that case, but they cleaned my room once and did a good job. Overall, it is a solid hotel.

GGuest UserA nice and functional hotel overall. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable, and everything worked as expected during the stay. The location is decent, fairly close to the main areas without being right in the middle of the chaos, which makes it a good balance between convenience and quiet. Overall, a solid and decent option for a comfortable stay without anything particularly special to note.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it. The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids. The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient. Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors. Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking. Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children.
