11340201****The hotel's service, facilities, and location are all excellent. I also appreciate the thoughtful touch of having everything in the mini-bar available for consumption. My only disappointment was that the bed sheets weren't changed during my five-night stay. I stayed for five nights at a hotel in Bangkok previously, and the staff proactively changed the sheets on the third day. I hope this can be improved next time, as I'd still like to stay here again.

MmydinaHonestly, for this price, I found it quite average. I booked the Space Suite, and the room was certainly big enough, but the balcony was tiny and very noisy. The sea view was only partial, and right next to us was a building under construction. Although the rooftop pool at the hotel was nice to look at, kids weren't allowed, and there was no pool downstairs, only a surfing area. For this price, it really doesn't compare to Centara. I don't understand why it's ranked number one for family-friendly hotels—is it because of fake reviews? Today, when checking out, I asked if we could check out at 1 PM, given that we'd stayed for several days, which is usually accommodated at normal hotels. The front desk's first reaction was to refuse, and after much persuasion, they only agreed to an extra 30 minutes. Honestly, it's not worth the price, and it's no wonder there aren't many people staying here.

JJuanzi721The room was clean and well-laid out, equipped with a decent-sized fridge and microwave. Across the street is a popular steakhouse, offering great value for money. Just a short walk further is Pattaya's largest 7-Eleven, and it's not far from the beach either. The ladies at the front desk and by the entrance speak Chinese, and their service was exceptional. Breakfast was exquisite and plentiful. The only downside is that rooms close to the road can be very noisy, with motorbikes speeding by late at night. I barely slept the first night, but they moved me to a room at the back on the second day, which greatly improved the experience. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. For just over 200 baht, staying in a place like this offers excellent value.

Family friendly and Huge surrounding , with a great atmosphere.
Only two little points i need to mention , the air-conditioning is sadly too loud and also the water games from the pool we could hear up to 15 Level. Not so nice when you like to spend some time on balcony.
Breakfast , great ! Service fantastic, rooms are great and clean.
I can warmly reccomand it .

GGuest UserThis hotel never fails. Clean, new, big, comfortable, respectful, always with a smile. I liked that now they have a golf cart that takes you to the mall — they didn’t have that a few years ago. Too bad I came during the season when they’re fixing the pool; I could only enjoy it a few days, but they offered another option. You can’t go wrong. You come to party, but want a place where you can also enjoy peace and quiet — with all the comforts, cleanliness, and everything it should be — this is the place. No way to miss here. The only thing I didn’t like is that if you order a Grab motorbike, you can’t get picked up inside the hotel. The motorbike drivers outside don’t allow it. And when I asked about it, they just said, “No, we can’t do anything, that’s their issue.” So they can’t make decisions inside the hotel property. That felt a bit off to me.

Ssandyxu1978The hotel service was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The biggest surprise was being able to see the ocean right from the balcony. Pushing open the glass door, I walked barefoot onto the cool balcony, wrapped in my bathrobe, waiting for the aroma of a pour-over coffee to awaken with the horizon. Pattaya in front of me was still breathing in a light blue mist, and the sea was a still, silky expanse.

AAnonymous UserI thought I would give this hotel a try, I am a regular visitor to Jomtien. I checked in and was given my room number and told to take the lift around the corner. I went to the lift unaccompanied by staff, the receptionist then came around the corner and told me I was waiting at the wrong lift, nhe kindly showed me to the correct lift. Now I had been in town all afternoon and was a little tired ,so when I got in the lift I realized he hadn't told me the floor number so I tried pressing floor one. Lift didn't move. Then door opened at ground floor. Door closed and we went tfloor 7 , door opened,no one there , I pressed 1 again and was taken to ground floor again, Door closed lift went to 7th floor, A person got in this time and told me that floor one is actually the ground floor, I got out at G floor and went to reception to be told the second digit on my key card is actually my floor number,silly me ,I should know that,!! Back to the lift to 4th floor, opened the room door and went in . The room stunk of a mixture of body odour and cigarette smoke. I thought to myself , How am I going to stay in this room? As I opened the window to let in some desperately needed fresh air, I said to myself , what am I doing , there is no way I can stay here, I headed back to reception to tell the guy on the desk I wanted to change rooms as that particular room had an obnoxious smell. A supervisor came out and asked what the problem was, after explaining she accompaniment back to the room armed with an air freshener. She walked into the room and agreed it did smell and said,” No problem sir I will turn on the air con and spray some air freshener !! I told her she could spray what she liked , there was no way I was staying in that room. She then offered me an upgrade to a better room , which I initially accepted, until she then said that I would have to pay another 500 bhat a night for the privilege!! I told her she could keep her room and her hotel and that I was leaving!! She then said would I like to see the room next door, same price bracket, Now the room next door was not as aesthetically pleasing to the eye as the smelly room but it was at least clean and pleasant,. I took the room and stayed the 2 nights I had booked. The following morning I asked if they had an iron and ironing board. No they do not but I was told they did laundry 🧺. Ah I said great could you press some shirts? No came the reply we only wash and dry! Now for a little more about the room, I had to go hunting for light switches.and the wifi code. It's on the router silly me, the two main light switches were hidden behind the bedside table ,which I had to pull out 12 inches to access. O the safe did not work, I had to get a key from reception to use it. Now the good bits. The room I occupied was lovely and clean and it was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The staff were lovely and pleasant, but poorly trained in customer service, don't blame the staff but the management perhaps? The hotel offers a late checkout at a slight cost of 100 bhat an hour. On the evening of the first night I lay on the bed and giggled to myself at the earlier events. I thought you couldn't write this but then they did. Remember John Cheese in Faulty Towers? Would I stay there again, YES definitely, . This is not a bad review or a negative review. It is an honest review, but as I have said staff were lovely and the room Clean and well serviced. But perhaps the manager should make the whole hotel smoke free and offer upgrades when rooms are sitting empty to attract repeat custom.

HHieuLQ1I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups.
I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing.
All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay, but there are a few nuances worth mentioning.
The hotel boasts an excellent sea view, but it's important to book a sea-view room specifically, as the other rooms face the inner courtyard. The hotel is clean, and the staff is responsive, polite, and clearly tries very hard to please.
The location is away from the main roads in the area. This means taxis can take a while to arrive, and not all drivers are willing to come out here, which also affects the price. However, if you're traveling with children and seeking tranquility, this is the perfect spot.
The sea itself had clean water, but the currents brought a significant amount of plastic, dead fish, and other debris to the shoreline. This was the main downside of our stay. I approached the staff several times during the day to request a cleanup of the beach; they did it once but then seemed to overlook it. This situation seriously impacted our enjoyment that particular day.
Another small issue was with the water heater after we checked in; the shower only had warm water instead of hot. This was resolved by the third day, and we had hot water from then on. We understood it might have been an energy-saving measure, but it was noticeable when several guests on our floor mentioned the same thing.
The hotel positions itself as a 5-star establishment, but in our opinion, it aligns more with a solid 3.5 to 4-star European standard. This is, of course, our subjective view, and others might not even notice these points.
Overall, for the price, this hotel is excellent. Everything else was truly top-notch: the breakfasts, the sea, the sun, the pools, the staff, the cleaning, the cleanliness, the parking, the elevators, the design, and the interiors—I might be forgetting something! It's a place you can and should visit.
