"The room was clean, and the staff provided excellent service, even helping with our luggage. I had some fruit that wasn't open yet and couldn't bring it into the room, so they stored it at the front desk for me, which prevented waste. The pool looked lovely, but we didn't have time to try it out. Overall, it was pretty good value for money. A taxi to the terminal was only about 100 baht, which was convenient."

EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay.
When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience.
Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost.
Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

IIry5006The hotel facilities include a private beach with a children's water park and an on-land play center, which are very child-friendly for children under 14. You can stay and play at the hotel for several days without having to go out.
We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which added a lot of fun for families traveling with older children and alleviated concerns about young children sleeping alone. The hotel provides children's toiletries (see picture). We had a room at the very end of the left wing. It had two balconies, and the 180-degree sea view from one balcony was absolutely stunning. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, and violators will be fined. It's worth mentioning that perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the shower water quality was very poor. Fortunately, I brought a filtered shower head; you can see from the picture what the filter looked like after two days of use. I suspect it's due to old pipes. Also, on the first day of check-in, the front desk informed me that the Ctrip price only included two people, even though I had confirmed that the bunk bed room type could accommodate four people. I had to pay an additional surcharge of over 5000🐷 for two nights at the front desk. After I confirmed that the fee included all breakfasts and services, the next day at breakfast, the staff again said that the room only included breakfast for two. This experience was very disappointing.
For dining, the hotel has two buffet breakfast areas, one in each wing, on the Ba*****t floor, and you need to swipe your card to enter. They offer bread, salads, fruits, various egg dishes, congee, and hot dishes. Service will end after 10:30 AM, and food is usually cleared promptly at 11:00 AM. You can serve yourself ice cream. Directly across the road from the hotel entrance is a Tops supermarket where you can buy various snacks, milk, drinks, and beer, and it's open 24 hours. In the evening at 7:00 PM, there are food stalls in the alley across the road. I tried a highly recommended one for everyone; with about seven or eight dishes plus beer for 1800🐷, I think I can give an informed opinion. The fried chicken wings were delicious, and the stir-fried noodles were good, though not comparable to those in China. The curry squid was okay. Don't order shrimp or sweet and sour pork, as the shrimp were not fresh, and the pork ribs were very mediocre. Overall, just think of it as a night market street stall by a school, good for a quick fried rice or stir-fried noodles.

GGuest UserI did a lot of research on Amari before coming, with some reviews being positive and others calling it a 'hit or miss'. After staying for three nights, I have to say objectively that while the hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated, my three-day stay was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was excellent.
The hotel's location is right by the Gulf of Thailand; you just walk a few steps across the road to the beach. Plus, there are several restaurants and a 7-Eleven right outside, making dining and essentials incredibly convenient.
The hotel breakfast was definitely better than what some online posts suggested. The variety was quite comprehensive. While some dishes weren't amazing, it was certainly easy to find things you liked and eat your fill. The fresh fruit, in particular, was great, and there was a wide selection of juices.
The pool facilities are absolutely a highlight and were the main reason I chose Amari. My kids really enjoyed it, especially the waterslides – they couldn't get enough of them.
The family room had a king-sized bed, probably two meters wide, plus a bunk bed, which comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. My only complaints are that the air conditioning is quite old and very noisy. Also, the family room's orientation isn't great, so there's no sea view. However, these were minor issues that we could overlook.
Overall, I'm very satisfied, and my family was happy. We would definitely consider coming back.

WWillis_o_oIt’s marketed as a five-star hotel, but in my opinion, it feels somewhat overrated.
The room is spacious and clean. There is a minibar with free bottled water and coffee sachets, though the cup noodles are charged. The breakfast and swimming pool are both quite good and enjoyable.
That said, the location is fairly far from central Pattaya. If you’re not driving, you’ll likely need to rely on Grab whenever you go out.
One downside is the TV, which does not seem to support streaming services such as YouTube or Netflix, although it’s possible I simply missed the option
The power outlet layout is also quite impractical, with some sockets placed under the pillow. On top of that, I hit my head several times on the light above the bed, which was not a great design choice. :(

BBurinnnThis resort is simply awesome, it's my go-to whenever I'm in Pattaya!
They have two outdoor pools: one is really well-designed, and the other is a standard pool. The water quality is excellent, a bit salty actually – I wonder if it's seawater?
The gym is like a glass house; I regret not getting a workout in. I stayed in building 2, which was very close to the pool. There's golf cart service for arrivals and departures, and the spa isn't far either. The ambiance is great, and a 2-hour session was only 700 baht! The quality was really high too! So satisfying.
The service is excellent, and the drinks at the front desk are quite good, though not cheap – comparable to Starbucks prices, and they give you tons of ice.
Nearby, there's a durian shop, Big C, and some local stir-fry places. Although it's a bit far from the main attractions, getting a taxi is very convenient.

GGuest UserHad a relaxing time in Cape Dara with my family. Enjoyed the swimming pool the most especially with the weather being exceptional. Breakfast was great will a lot of variety, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The resort opened in 2012 so the facilities and room feels a bit old. Other than that, the staffs were friendly and the hotel do offer shuttle service to the city which is thoughful. Recommended to those who prefers a chill holiday right next to the beach.

HHieuLQ1I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent food, a breathtaking view, and a fantastic swimming pool that’s perfect for both relaxation and fun. Its convenient location near the beach makes it an ideal spot for beach lovers.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. While the overall experience was great, I feel it could be even better with more recreational activities for guests. Adding amenities like arcade gaming machines, ping-pong tables, and billiards would provide more entertainment options, especially for families and groups.
I would also love to see more retreat activities, such as yoga classes or guided tours, and more promotions or special packages to make the stay even more enticing.
All in all, Royal Cliff Terrace is a fantastic destination, and I look forward to returning!

The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day.
We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us.
