MMd Fahad KhanI had an amazing experience staying at the Holiday Inn Pattaya! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the entire property.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the sea. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all amenities were top-notch. I especially loved the balcony – perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, from local Thai dishes to international favorites. Everything was fresh and delicious. The pool area was also a highlight – clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing with a drink.
The location is ideal – right by the beach and close to restaurants, shopping malls, and nightlife. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel has everything you need.
I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Pattaya to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to come back!

2203800****This hotel is the pinnacle of family-friendly resorts in Southeast Asia. If you're not happy with this place, I don't know what hotel would satisfy you. The public facilities and entertainment options are excellent, and the lifeguards are quite attentive. Although breakfast isn't exquisite, it's massive. The rooms are a standard size but have everything you need. I was genuinely shocked that an executive room with a sea view, afternoon tea, and breakfast for two only cost 1500 a night during the National Day holiday. The location is also fantastic, with a private beach not far from the central market. There are two small convenience stores right outside, and even supper stalls at night where we ate for three consecutive evenings. Although there was a slight mix-up with the room type on the first night, it didn't detract from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserI'm a repeat guest at this hotel and I liked it so much I returned! The rooms are still in new condition spacious and clean, all with balconies. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. The location is great, not far from cafes, restaurants, bars and night markets, plus the beach is just 150 or 200 meters down the road. The rooms are quiet too, & well blacked out at night. The buffet breakfast is also plentiful and varied. No complaints from me. I would stay here again.

Kkang chong hienWe book ocean view room and thought of having nice ocean view room and to our surprise we got ‘construction view’(see photo below). We protest to the hotel and they claim it is not their fault. If we want to, pay. We talked to trip.com and we agreed to upgrade our room (not at hotel cost). I called room reservations and they said they need to confirm the room condition. I waited for 30min and did not received any call again. Speechless of the service and spoil our vacation mood.
Lesson learnt: Be careful with ‘ocean view room’ when performing booking. It is not accurate and the room price is more expensive.
Note: this is local brand hotel and lack of professionalism in problem solving of customer grievances. It does not matter whose fault but at least show some enthusiasm to provide the best service so that you have return customer to your hotel again.

The check-in process was smooth and convenient. Everything was spotless — great hygiene and extremely clean throughout. The location is fantastic, right by the beach with a variety of surrounding cafes and bars, which makes it lively. The building feels very safe. All facilities were easily accessible with no restrictions. Although the main building is undergoing renovations, many facilities are still accessible. The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, extremely attentive, helpful, and patient.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers a pleasant stay with friendly staff and high-quality service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options amidst impressive ocean views. Spacious ocean-view rooms feature comfortable beds. Hotel pool facilities and beautiful ocean views provided a great opportunity to relax in my last stay few months ago, unfortunately the swimming pool is under renovation during this vacation. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it easy to explore the area.

SSober GParking was convenient, and the hotel features its own private beach, which meant we didn't have to worry about the cleanliness issues sometimes encountered on public shores. Service was excellent, and the staff's English was clear and easy to understand, making communication effortless. However, there was an unfortunate incident where children were shouting in the corridor, knocking on doors, and ringing doorbells at 3 AM. While this isn't the hotel's fault, it definitely detracted from my overall experience.

DDanaiwjIt is the great hotel in pattaya, the price is quite cheap er than another hptel but location is very closely to beach that private for guest, however, I got the room upgrade from the hotel ,wow, It’so good, the room bigger but It is in back building, good view have a bad smell from toilet, a little, It si in rainny season, overall, I gave 10 for the price vs value, breakfast is normal but It is ok for me, It meet the standard, If you don’t want to find some foid in the morning.

MMaking Stuff, Going Places on YouTubeObviously it's a budget hotel and therefore is very basic, but I have no complaints about the cleanliness except that the walls around the bed were very dirty....just a little off putting.
There's no lift and the noise of other guests slamming doors all night will wake you up, but the location is perfect and the price is great.
I would definitely stay there again.
