Not loud, not rushed — just comfortable, peaceful, and honest.
The rooms are spacious and cozy, with beds that let you truly rest. Clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged — no unnecessary luxury, just real comfort done right.
The location is a big advantage. Everything is close: the beach, food, walks, local life. And at the same time, the hotel itself remains quiet and relaxing — a rare and valuable balance.

XXuanxiaojieAiThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! My son loved it so much he didn't want to leave at checkout. The room was quite new and very comfortable. It's truly a paradise for family vacations. The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was just okay. The stir-fry street food stall right outside the hotel entrance in the evening was so popular we almost couldn't get a spot. There were also banana pancake and fried chicken stalls, which tasted great. There's a supermarket right outside the main hotel entrance, and if you turn right, there's a 7-Eleven, as well as fruit carts and snack stalls. I want to give a special shout-out to the baggage staff in the lobby. I accidentally dropped my bracelet when I was putting things away, and they found it and returned it to me. I didn't even realize it was missing until they handed it back! The staff were all very good. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be back. This time I only booked for two days; next time, I'll book for longer.

GGuest UserA true 5-star experience! My girlfriend and I had an amazing New Year’s holiday at the Amari Pattaya. From the moment we arrived, we felt absolutely pampered. Our first impression was the impeccable cleanliness—even the air felt fresh. The staff were well-groomed, professional, and incredibly service-minded. Despite the high occupancy of the holiday season, they made us feel welcome and right at home throughout our three-night stay.
Our room was spotless and comfortable, boasting a fantastic view. While the pools were a highlight, we did find the fitness center equipment to be somewhat limited. However, the real standout was the breakfast buffet at Amaya. Having stayed at many hotels in North Pattaya, this is by far the most delicious breakfast we have ever experienced.
On a minor note, the in-room TV’s Chromecast was a bit inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi was somewhat slow. Having native apps like Netflix and YouTube directly on the TV would have been a great addition. That said, we enjoyed our stay immensely. If we return to North Pattaya, we would choose Amari Pattaya 10/10 times!

AAlikahepalinaketajiayiThe room was decent. I stayed in the old building and wasn't offered a new one, but the facilities were well-maintained. There's a small kids' pool and a slightly larger adult pool downstairs. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety. I noticed most guests were Russians and older Europeans/Americans, along with some Thai locals; not many Chinese guests. The location is a bit far out, near Jomtien Beach. You'll need to take a *songthaew* from Terminal 21 to get there. For tourists, I'd recommend staying closer to Pattaya Beach instead; it's noisier but much livelier and more convenient for getting around. Oh, and the 7-Eleven right outside the entrance has moved, so you'll need to walk a few hundred meters further to find another one.

11585144****I was pretty satisfied with this hotel. It's great for a vacation, with a swimming pool and a beach. There's also a shuttle service if you want to go out. However, Terminal 21 shopping mall, which everyone online recommends, really doesn't have much to see. So, I think just staying at the hotel is a good option. The hotel views are indeed great, but there doesn't seem to be much else around.

The check-in process was smooth and convenient. Everything was spotless — great hygiene and extremely clean throughout. The location is fantastic, right by the beach with a variety of surrounding cafes and bars, which makes it lively. The building feels very safe. All facilities were easily accessible with no restrictions. Although the main building is undergoing renovations, many facilities are still accessible. The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, extremely attentive, helpful, and patient.

GGuest UserCame to Pattaya to escape the cold and stayed at the Pullman. The surroundings are beautiful, and it has its own private beach – swimming was very enjoyable. Getting around was also convenient. I particularly want to commend Mario; he was incredibly enthusiastic and professional. He managed to arrange for us to stay in the same room for two separate bookings, which was a huge relief and saved us, as seniors, the hassle of changing rooms on the second day. The breakfast was good too. The only minor point is that the hotel has been open for a while, so some of the room facilities are a bit dated, but everything else was excellent.

GGuest UserThe facilities are complete, and the beachfront seaview room is absolutely stunning. There's a gym, and it's just a few steps to the beach. It's very quiet, and the breakfast is rich and varied, tasting pretty good too. I've stayed here a few times and always had a great experience.

HHong Kee Villa ClementiThe hotel has a nice view and overall looks decent for the price. The building is a bit run-down, but for this price point, I can’t really ask for much. The staff were friendly and professional, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, I’m satisfied.
The only downside was the loud music at night, which went on even past midnight—but still manageable.
There’s also a shopping building right in front of the hotel that’s currently under renovation. The early-morning knocking, drilling, and metal sounds were horrible. The construction site didn’t even bother to put up any sound-proof fencing or barriers.
