Hhk379723We are in a premium room and has a phenomenal sea view. The room is recently renovated and thus is clear and modern. However, the common areas in the hotel are aged and would require a makeover.
The pool is great and makes the hotel a very good family choice, but also because of the same, the hotel tends to be quite noisy and some guests are too focused on their kids, ignoring the normal manner they should pay to other guests.
Food is average and would suggest to dine outside. There are plenty of choices.

Llydi****The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that had a drying rack. The breakfast was plentiful, with hot dishes that varied slightly each day. It's very close to Jomtien Beach and not far from the Jomtien Beach Night Market. There's a swimming pool, and you can watch the sunset from there in the evening. There's also a kids' splash area by the pool.
The service was excellent. When we arrived, there were steps leading into the hotel, and a staff member helped us with our luggage and brought it up to our room. A staff member also assisted with our luggage when we checked out.
The hotel is less than 1 kilometer from Jomtien Bus Station, where you can catch a direct bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. The fare is 143 Thai Baht, and the journey takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes, entirely via highway.

GGuest UserI'm a repeat guest at this hotel and I liked it so much I returned! The rooms are still in new condition spacious and clean, all with balconies. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. The location is great, not far from cafes, restaurants, bars and night markets, plus the beach is just 150 or 200 meters down the road. The rooms are quiet too, & well blacked out at night. The buffet breakfast is also plentiful and varied. No complaints from me. I would stay here again.

Llumeng623The description mentioned this is a family-friendly hotel, and the service, cleanliness, and location are all very convenient! However, I do have a small suggestion: if it's truly a family hotel, I hope they can provide children's toothbrushes and slippers! Also, children's bath towels – all the amenities provided here are only for adults! But they do have entertainment facilities like a swimming pool and a kids' club!

GGuest UserLove the private pool and the views from our room. However, the room is very dated. It’s has a musty smells in room and hallways, the wood floor is scratch or damage. I think is probably the original hotel rooms. The corner of the bed needs to be changed. I hit it every single time . it sticks out so I ran into 3/4 times and it was painful.
It’s nice they offered the lounge service since we booked this room. But needs to go to the 24 floor from another building. Which is newer and with a views. They offered drinks and food which is very nice gesture. The hotel provided shuttles to and from town ( shopping mall Terminal 31, etc).

GGuest UserCalled the receptionist to complain about the noise from the cleaners , cleaners talking outside room waking me up a few times , after calling to complain , the workers hand phone ringtone ring no stop , outside room , don’t know how to sleep at all ring every 10-15 seconds very loudly

MMandySriWe stayed in a 2-bedroom corner room — very private and comfortable. The breakfast line was open on two floors during the long weekend, with a great variety of delicious options. The Movie Club was a nice touch, keeping the kids entertained. The beachside area was clean and perfect for swimming. All the staff had excellent service mind — they remembered us, gave great recommendations, and always greeted us with a smile. Highly recommended for families! 🌴😊

BBrianThis place is not friendly. They charge 100 baht if you leave your key in the room and 500 if you loose it. It's a plastic key. The lobby is several steps up which is fine if you don't have multiple bags. No elevator and they do not help with bags. I will not stay here again.

AAdrianHTKDReviewed again in 2026 – updated since my visit last yearI stayed here again recently and was pleased to see a number of improvements compared to my visit a year ago.Positives:The location remains a major highlight. The lobby, coffee shop, and common areas are well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including eggs cooked to order. Rooms are equipped with a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee.Balconies are large and offer excellent views, particularly at sunset. The rooftop bar has great views as well, along with drink promotions worth checking out, and another bar is due to open on the 21st floor. The hotel has a good on-site gym and two attractive outdoor pools.The beach is clean and safe for swimming, with cordoned-off areas. Sidewalks along the beach road have been upgraded, and the main road is once again two-way. There are plenty of small shops, bars, restaurants, and massage places nearby, and night markets are a 5–10 minute walk in either direction. The hotel is also on a baht bus route (10 baht per trip).Many rooms have now been upgraded (though a few may still be pending). On this visit I stayed in a lower-level, inland-facing room, which was excellent value for the price. The room had a large, comfortable bed, TV, strong Wi-Fi, a balcony, and good overall facilities. The gym has been relocated and now spans two levels near the ground-floor pool, and Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel has noticeably improved since my last stay.Negatives:There are still no power sockets by the beds. Some renovation work may still be ongoing in parts of the hotel. The breakfast area feels a bit like a school canteen and can be very busy at peak times—it can be hard to find a table, so it helps to leave a cap or bag while getting food.Not all elevators go beyond the 5th floor. The 5th-floor pool area is often very noisy, with lots of unsupervised children, which detracts from the experience. Ideally, this pool should be designated as an adults or quiet pool, with families directed to the ground-floor pool, which is already better suited for children. This could easily be achieved by relocating the kids’ club from the 5th floor to the currently unused room on the ground floor that previously housed the gym.Overall:I was more impressed this time than on my visit a year ago. There have definitely been improvements, and with a few remaining issues addressed, this could be an excellent choice for the area.

GGuest UserWe booked Suite Room King Bed with City view but reception assigned room with TWIN bed when we went down to complain she said already move two Twin bed next to each other (PIC1) that not call King bed. After complaining we got a new room which is King Bed and Sea View which is good.
Room very very old and need to make a refurbish as soon as possible.
At night WATER is not working ..... no comment!!
Only location is the best in this hotel with has Starbucks and McDonald's in front of the hotel and Central Festival Shopping Mall only 1 kilometers.
