EE0019****Overall, we had a very satisfying stay. Its proximity to the beach made it very relaxing, and the staff were excellent—attentive, clearly well-trained, and dedicated. The location is great, just a 5-10 minute walk from Terminal 21 and very close to the Tiffany Show. This is incredibly convenient for families with elderly members or young children, and getting to other attractions by taxi was also very easy.
The hotel features two pools: the infinity pool was wonderful, but the children's pool was, frankly, a bit basic and lacked excitement. However, the adjacent playground with its climbing frame was a big hit and perfect for kids to burn off energy. They also offered various impromptu activities, which was a nice touch.
Breakfast was good, though we regret not getting a chance to visit the rooftop.

MM27317****Wow, absolutely fantastic! The exterior is incredibly grand, and the service attitude is great 👍. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and some even have a sea view. The breakfast selection is also very diverse. There's a swimming pool on the fourth floor, plus a kids' playground. Thumbs up! 👍

Family friendly and Huge surrounding , with a great atmosphere.
Only two little points i need to mention , the air-conditioning is sadly too loud and also the water games from the pool we could hear up to 15 Level. Not so nice when you like to spend some time on balcony.
Breakfast , great ! Service fantastic, rooms are great and clean.
I can warmly reccomand it .

AAlikahepalinaketajiayiThe room was decent. I stayed in the old building and wasn't offered a new one, but the facilities were well-maintained. There's a small kids' pool and a slightly larger adult pool downstairs. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety. I noticed most guests were Russians and older Europeans/Americans, along with some Thai locals; not many Chinese guests. The location is a bit far out, near Jomtien Beach. You'll need to take a *songthaew* from Terminal 21 to get there. For tourists, I'd recommend staying closer to Pattaya Beach instead; it's noisier but much livelier and more convenient for getting around. Oh, and the 7-Eleven right outside the entrance has moved, so you'll need to walk a few hundred meters further to find another one.

GGuest UserLove the private pool and the views from our room. However, the room is very dated. It’s has a musty smells in room and hallways, the wood floor is scratch or damage. I think is probably the original hotel rooms. The corner of the bed needs to be changed. I hit it every single time . it sticks out so I ran into 3/4 times and it was painful.
It’s nice they offered the lounge service since we booked this room. But needs to go to the 24 floor from another building. Which is newer and with a views. They offered drinks and food which is very nice gesture. The hotel provided shuttles to and from town ( shopping mall Terminal 31, etc).

Ssandyxu1978The hotel service was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean. The biggest surprise was being able to see the ocean right from the balcony. Pushing open the glass door, I walked barefoot onto the cool balcony, wrapped in my bathrobe, waiting for the aroma of a pour-over coffee to awaken with the horizon. Pattaya in front of me was still breathing in a light blue mist, and the sea was a still, silky expanse.

The check-in process was smooth and convenient. Everything was spotless — great hygiene and extremely clean throughout. The location is fantastic, right by the beach with a variety of surrounding cafes and bars, which makes it lively. The building feels very safe. All facilities were easily accessible with no restrictions. Although the main building is undergoing renovations, many facilities are still accessible. The service was outstanding — the staff were friendly, extremely attentive, helpful, and patient.

SSober GParking was convenient, and the hotel features its own private beach, which meant we didn't have to worry about the cleanliness issues sometimes encountered on public shores. Service was excellent, and the staff's English was clear and easy to understand, making communication effortless. However, there was an unfortunate incident where children were shouting in the corridor, knocking on doors, and ringing doorbells at 3 AM. While this isn't the hotel's fault, it definitely detracted from my overall experience.

You can also enjoy the breakfast with a lot of food choices .It is also close to food shops,7-11 and very close to the beach.If you get tired strolling around,there are a lot of massage parlors where you can get a soothing massage.Will definitely go back again in this hotel.
