Hot Spring Hotels in Pattaya

We felt like we'd stumbled into paradise. It's a very quiet, secluded spot. We contacted the hotel in advance, and they met us at Naban Pier and also took us back there later. The ladies at the reception were very sweet. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail (margarita) and toffees. They processed our documents in just 3 minutes and handed us the key to a motorbike (which was free for us, included in the room rate). The room was clean, bright, and beautiful. Everything in the minibar was complimentary (the tea was delicious, excellent coffee, chips, nuts, cookies, raisins, drinks). They provide bathrobes, rubber and disposable slippers, toothbrushes with toothpaste, cotton swabs, a shower cap, a razor, combs, soap, and shampoo – everything you could possibly need. There’s also an extra beach bag and an umbrella. We booked a room with a bathtub and a sea view. The bathtub was large; two people could easily fit, even with my husband being 1.87m and me not being tiny. The view was stunning. Sunrise in the morning, the sea during the day, and Pattaya's lights at night. There were many lighting options you could turn on in the evening to create a romantic atmosphere. There's also access to a small terrace with very comfortable seating and an ashtray, for anyone who smokes. The mattress and pillows were very soft, and the bed linen was good. There were air fresheners in both the room and the toilet. The main pool is small, but you can spend some time there in the evening. I must especially mention the breakfast. It wasn't just tasty, it was magnificent; everything was fresh. We couldn't eat it all – the portions were huge! We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. We will definitely come back here ourselves, next time for a whole week.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I slept so well that I even ended up buying two of the hotel’s latex pillows before leaving—haha! The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍

We stayed at the Garden Sea View Resort in the new building. The room itself was excellent: very clean, fresh, and housekeeping was top-notch. However, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings due to the service and some strange incidents. The main issue was the mornings. Out of our five-day stay, someone knocked on our door every morning, and the fire alarm went off at 7 AM three times. It strongly felt like the staff had a peculiar way of 'waking up' guests for breakfast, as there were no other reasons for the siren to blare so regularly. Speaking of the staff, all the Thai employees seemed rather melancholic and sad; the usual hospitality was notably absent. The clientele was almost exclusively Russian. Breakfasts were quite mediocre and lacked variety. The grounds are pleasant, and the pool itself is nice, but it appeared to be rarely cleaned. There was always a 'herbarium' floating in the water: leaves, sticks, twigs, and flowers. In conclusion: The new building offers comfortable accommodation, but be prepared for an early 7 AM wake-up call and less-than-cheerful service.

Great hotel, a 10-minute taxi ride to the port, Terminal 21, and Central Festival. Very new, fresh bedding, fresh towels, excellent LED TV, separate balcony, very large room with large, soft beds, bathtub, separate shower, shower with shampoo and shower gel, leather armchair in the room, 24-hour reception, right next to 7-Eleven, restaurant, breakfast served in the hotel, swimming pools nearby, moped rental just around the corner (100 meters), gym, and 24-hour security.
