GGuest UserThis is my 5th stay in this hotel. It locates at the highway connecting Jomtien Beach and Pattaya Beach. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is of high value for money. 7-Eleven is within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Bus terminal to airport is within 3 minutes by baht bus.

LlxxkxxwxxStayed here for 3 days.. not bad. The reception is 247, has a lift. I was on the 7th floor and it also had a balcony. The view was overlooking a empty lot, but for the price it was ok. Out in the middle of nowhere, about 25 mins to Walking Street and an hour to Central Pattaya. The room was big and clean, 2 single beds. Invited my friend over, she just walked into the hotel, no questions asked. Room has shampoo and shower gel, I paper, towels, and drinking water in the form of 2 glass bottles which are replenished when they do room cleaning. If staying few days it's ok.. if long time like a week and want more night life vibes, then look elsewhere. This place is situated in a very quiet area.. this place has a lot of Indian, Arabs, Middle Eastern people so not very clean - crowded, rubbish everywhere, touts on the street trying to sell you a suit, etc.
I won't stay here again, too far, and in a dirty area.. But hotel itself was clean.

XXiaochenchenzi—Really great! The check-in process was very considerate, and the overall experience was excellent. A lady at the front desk even helped me call around to find my glasses! Although it was a bit of a struggle, we eventually found them. Many thanks to the hotel staff. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The only downside was no balcony, but for the price and location, it's fantastic. I highly recommend staying here! I only discovered on the day I left that it's super close to the beach! Just a few minutes' walk after dinner! Very convenient.

GGhost TravellerGreat location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby!
They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need.
Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗

My room was facing Soi Buakhao but i could not hear any street noises at night and had a peaceful sleep.
Rooms were clean and function as expected with fast enough wifi for streaming movies and live sports on my tv box (self brought).
Breakfast was plentiful but simple. Its cheaper to book a room with breakfast as the walk in price for breakfast is 250baht per person.
Vending machines in every ground floor lobby for drinks and snacks.
2 sets of swimming pools and 1 small gym.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was excellent. The hotel boasts a beautiful setting with lush greenery, creating a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. My room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and the bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep.
Overall, both the hotel's environment and service were outstanding, and I highly recommend it. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserThe location was good near to everything. Reception was kind. But when i first come inside my room there was smell of cigarette maybe who was before in that room smoked there and the smell was in the bed sheets too and when i asked to change the sheets next day they refused to change and said you shouldve said before you sleep. I didnt understand that response but hope they changed after i was out. The room toilet wall was glass not clearly but you can be seen from outside.

AAngelMoralesThe room is big enough for couple and with complete amenities inside the room. Thr pool is amazing though we didn't had the chance to use it. The hassle only was the check in, because the details wasn't complete about which tower or room no and floor. And can't understand English. But the location was great. Lots of street foods and bars and just in front of the beach. Easy access in everyday needs specially when you rent motorcycle it's more convenient for 300Batts a day. Wonderful experienced on my pre birthday celebration. Thank you.
