Outstanding
AAnonymous UserThank you very much for such a wonderful house. I liked everything very much! The house has everything you need, great location. The house is of course a little old, there are small flaws, but this creates more ambience and the feeling that you are in an old antique Thai house

Amazing
DDaddy J227The villa itself is very very good. Clean and tidy. It got KARAOKE system, high end speakers and mics. Directly connect to YouTube music, Netflix, private pool, bathtubs, snooker table, open kitchen. It really has everything. Definitely need your own car or your own sort of transportation other than that it ticks every box. 7-11s are also closed by. 100% would definitely come back again with my group of friends when we are travelling to Pattaya again. Perfect for big family’s, couples and groups of friends together. The pictures in these reviews couldn’t do its justice. When I stepped foot inside I was running around like a kid. It was simply that good! Had the chance to stayed there for 3-4 days straight. Also got its own washing machines and dryer 😂

Great
KKseniiaZOur room was on the second floor and was perfectly decent. Rooms either face the road or the water; ours faced the road. Since we were only staying for a couple of nights, we didn't have any issues. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. The hotel grounds, I would say, are not well-maintained. For the most part, this is a city hotel, good for an overnight stay. If you're looking for a relaxing hotel vacation, this is definitely not the place. It's a 5-minute walk to Second Road. If you go right, you'll reach the Terminal 21 mall, and if you go left, you'll get to Central Pattaya, both about 15 minutes away.
Breakfast was simple, but there was enough to eat.

Great
MmiaokkokkoIt is a naturally friendly hostel. I was worried that there would be a lot of bugs in the room, but it wasn't as much as I was worried about. There are a total of 6 rooms, which can be used as a private house.
The facilities are generally old and smell a bit from the air conditioner.
Feeling quite far from major tourist destinations such as Pattaya Beach. However, there are not enough facilities to enjoy around. Of course, there is no laundry service and I have never asked, but breakfast is not provided.
The most ridiculous point is that the three sides of the room are glass windows. On the first day, I lay down to sleep, and the window facing me was open, so I couldn't try to hit the curtains. In the end, I covered the window with a big towel and slept. The decisive moment when I was told that the only person staying at this resort was you and the only team that made me miss the noisy people such as Chinese Indians. Staying in a place without people was a pretty big adventure. I would never recommend it to anyone traveling alone.

Very Good
SShaun PatelWe had a fantastic stay at Pattaya Zhongtian Beach Villa. The villa is spacious, modern, and very well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably.
The private swimming pool was a big highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both daytime fun and evening relaxation. The living areas are large and comfortable, making it great for group gatherings. Bedrooms were clean, air-conditioned, and the bathrooms were modern and convenient.
The location is another plus: close to the beach, quiet, and private, yet still within easy reach of central Pattaya. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the property was easy and responsive.
Overall, this villa offers great value for money, privacy, and comfort. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in Pattaya. We would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserThis was the first hotel we stayed at in Pattaya. We chose it because it's very close to the North Pattaya bus station, and we ended up staying for about four or five days. The room was spacious, and the pool was quite nice. There's also a BBQ bar downstairs. The nearest 7-Eleven is a 15-minute walk, but the hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. The front desk staff spoke both Chinese and English very well, and their service was better than what you typically find in most Thai hotels.
RRoderic JohnThe hotel is okay for a night or two. The price is good and the location is also quite good. The pool is narrow but located with direct access from the downstairs rooms. We booked the family room but on arrival we were told the loft air conditioner wasn't working, so we were given 2 separate rooms. That was disappointing but we coped. The beds are very hard and the pillows low, which suits me but some may find the hard bed and very basic pillows rather uncomfortable. Still, we handled it okay for 2 nights. Apart from being much cheaper than other hotels in Pattaya our cats could stay for free, which we really appreciated. The wifi worked very well.

Good
AAnonymous UserIf you love Harry Potter, you MUST stay here! This villa is a dream come true, every bedroom is authentically themed after a Hogwarts house, the kitchen is designed like the Hogwarts Express, and the barbecue area is called “Quidditch.” The pool is large and inviting, the staff are super responsive and friendly, and the villa is beautifully decorated with movie accurate details. You truly feel transported into Hogwarts! For those less enchanted by Harry Potter, it’s still a once-in-a-lifetime experience, the design, amenities, and location (right at the entrance of a secure, monitored compound, walking distance to Walking Street, 7-Eleven, and fantastic restaurants) are unmatched. Whether you’re a superfan or just looking for a unique, luxurious villa, this place is a must-visit in Pattaya. Thanks you again 😀
